The award-winning ISM is the dynamic, change making professional membership body for musicians. With a current membership of over 11,000 the ISM is known for its campaigning work as well as services to musicians ranging from legal support and representation to counselling and professional development.
The ISM is now looking for a Knowledge Hub & Resources Manager who will create, manage and deliver the ISM Group’s resources and professional development offering across a range of platforms including digital and print. This is a key part of what the ISM offers to its members and the wider music sector and it is vital that resources are relevant and of the highest quality. You will be an excellent writer and a brilliant communicator of sometimes complex information with a lively interest in all things which affect the lives of musicians. You will have a positive attitude, a keen attention to detail and the ability to handle competing deadlines.
You will be joining a professional staff team who are based in Bayswater, London. The role is four days per week of which at least two will be in the office.

A self-starter, you’ll need to be able to work independently within agreed brand guidelines and with minimal supervision. You’ll also need to be highly organised, ensuring that deadlines are met and that content lands in a timely manner. Through analytics, you’ll monitor engagement, using these insights to inform our evolving content plan and drive growth.
As well as creating compelling content for our core communications platforms, you’ll also provide valuable support to our ambitious press plan, helping to amplify the voice of Pilgrims’ Friend Society in local and national media.

The Role
As a Marketing Officer (copywriting and content) you will build brand awareness and help to ensure the Yorkshire Cancer Research brand is accurately and consistently presented at all times.
Supporting the the Marketing Manager you will ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone of voice and visual brand representation. You will extend the charity’s reach across Yorkshire by supporting the delivery of integrated marketing and fundraising campaigns. Specifically, you will:

Develop high-quality, supporter-focused written marketing communications for a broad range of channels and supporter touchpoints. About the role
This role is part of the trusts and statutory team of eight. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a portfolio of five and six figure trust and statutory funders to help significantly grow the income over the coming years. Assistive Technology Support Officer
Based in Stanmore/Berkshire - onsite.
Salary circa £30,900 per annum dependent upon experience.

As an Assistive Technology Support Officer, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals with learning disabilities by providing technical support and assistance.
Not only will you be responsible for maintaining stock and databases, but you'll also have the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects aimed at improving service delivery. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, including suppliers and Norwood's Technology team, to ensure the smooth integration of equipment into our digital network.
To be a car driver and have access to a car during office hours and willing to drive between locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- To visit services and complete installations, repair, maintenance, reviews and collection of Technology Enabled Care (TEC) equipment, with new and existing service users throughout Norwood’s services in North London, Redbridge and Berkshire.
- Troubleshoot problems with equipment installations and resolve these faults both remotely and in person.
- To be responsible for stock and undertake auditing of the stock and maintain current databases according to Company requirements including updating and maintaining asset registers
- Support the IT manager in providing a high level of service coordination to ensure that new projects are delivered effectively.
- To take part in training sessions and attend meetings as required.
- To manage and maintain records, including central records, stock control and budgetary records.
- Train staff in the use of all systems available and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of the systems in place.
- To support and promote digital inclusion, independence and empowerment for people using telecare or telehealth equipment
- Produce resources to support progress for users of AT.

This new role within our Working with Communities Team will develop and implement a digital strategy to amplify and support SERT’s presence through increased brand profile, supporter acquisition and engagement and donated revenue. This will involve creating and managing online marketing and fundraising campaigns for the Trust across our digital platforms that grow support for our mission, generate income, reach new audiences and promote the value of the South East’s rivers.
The role will refine the Trust’s existing supporter journey to increase donor revenue making use of its established channels (organic social media, newsletter, website) as well as researching and implementing new channels such as paid advertising, SEO, online campaigns (including crowdfunding) and new social platforms.

Voluntary Action Harrow Co-operative work with the local community providing information, training and guidance.
Based in Harrow, we are a not-for-profit co-operative owned by our workers. We have in-depth knowledge of the local area and of who’s doing what. Our members collectively have over 35 years’ experience in the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector, specialising in capacity building in a variety of different organisational development areas.
We’ve worked with a diverse range of local organisations, from small community groups, to regional and international charities. We also run, manage and co-ordinate projects, working with local people and groups to help them make a difference in their local community.
