We are looking for a Brand Officer to help deliver Dogs Trust’s new brand strategy, ensuring our brand is applied consistently across all channels to enhance awareness, value, and impact. You’ll support asset application, brand development and brand roll-out projects while collaborating with the Brand Lead, Marcomms, Fundraising and stakeholders across the charity. This role is being offered as a six-month fixed term contract.
What does this role do?
As a Brand Officer, you will:
- work closely with the Brand Lead and another Brand Officer to deliver, launch, and embed the new brand strategy across the organisation,
- manage specific stakeholder projects, creating engagement with the brand and timely delivery of their priorities,
- manage day-to-day relationships and ways of working with core agencies,
- produce regular reports providing data and insights to support strategic decision-making and evaluation.
Interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for Thursday 22nd January 2026, and will take place on Teams.

Trusts & Foundations fundraising is a core part of the role. Reporting to the Head of Trusts and Foundations, the postholder will be responsible for prospect research, relationship development and bid writing, securing restricted, project-based funding aligned to funder priorities. This includes contributing to cases for support and working with programme colleagues to shape fundable project ideas.
Alongside this, the role supports business partnerships work. This includes contributing to proposal decks and written materials and helping shape project ideas as businesses explore working with Hubbub. Partnerships are typically service- or project-based. Trusts & Foundations expertise is the priority, and Hubbub can support the postholder to develop experience in business partnerships over time.
As Development Manager, you will:
- Contribute to delivery against Hubbub’s annual team fundraising target, securing mainly restricted Trusts & Foundations income for specific projects, roles and the scaling of proven work.
- Grow the Trusts & Foundations pipeline, focusing primarily on new business and building relationships with both solicited and unsolicited prospects.
- Lead on prospect research to identify Trusts & Foundations that align with Hubbub’s priorities, programmes and way of working.
- Develop and write clear, well-targeted cases for support, working closely with Project Leads and Directors to shape fundable propositions.
- Write high-quality Trusts & Foundations bids and supporting materials, taking opportunities through to submission and reporting.
- Attend funder meetings and events as required, primarily in and around London.
- Support colleagues working on business partnerships, including contributing to proposal decks and written materials for service- and project-based partnerships that typically run for three to twenty-four months.
- Stay informed about environmental and philanthropic trends, using this insight to connect funder interests with Hubbub’s work and strategic objectives.
Person specification
Essential
- A strong track record in Trusts & Foundations fundraising, with experience personally securing high five-figure and low six-figure grants (including new business, renewals and uplifts). Examples should be clearly evidenced on your CV.
- Full-cycle experience across Trusts & Foundations fundraising, from research and cultivation through to solicitation, reporting and ongoing relationship management.
- Confidence building new funder relationships from scratch, alongside stewarding existing ones, both in person and remotely.
- Demonstrable experience researching, prioritising and converting Trusts & Foundations prospects into secured funding.
- Proven ability to develop compelling, funder-specific cases for support that respond clearly to funding criteria.
- A collaborative working style, with experience working across teams and seniority levels to deliver high-quality bids to deadline.
Desirable
- Some experience of business partnership fundraising, or a clear interest in developing skills in this area alongside core Trusts & Foundations work.

About the role
We’re looking for a senior manager, brand marketing to join our team at an exciting time of growth for Breast Cancer Now. As part of our new 2025-2030 organizational strategy, we have ambitious plans to increase awareness, understanding, trust and engagement, to support the impact we can have for people affected by breast cancer. To achieve this, we’ve secured significant investment in our brand marketing program and this role will play a key role in making those ambitions a reality.
The senior manager marketing, brand marketing will lead the brand marketing team and oversee the planning, development, and delivery of our brand marketing program. This includes managing high-profile multi-channel advertising bursts and fame-driving activations, working closely with stakeholders across the charity, and with our creative and media agency partners. This role will develop compelling briefs, oversee campaign delivery, and ensure performance is measured and optimized.
The post-holder will also take responsibility for monitoring our brand health - working with research and media agencies to set KPIs, analyse results, and identify opportunities for improvement.
About you
This is an important role for Breast Cancer Now and one which requires a passion for and proven expertise in managing a brand marketing programme, including delivering multi-channel campaigns.
The role provides a fantastic opportunity to work with stakeholders across the charity, and with external agencies to support the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns. As such, you'll possess strong communication skills and be adept at building positive working relationships with people at all levels. You’ll also be committed to delivering exceptional creative work and have knowledge of brand measurement techniques, working with research agencies and using performance data to monitor and maximise impact.
You'll be confident line manager with solid project management skills, able to work at pace and manage multiple, competing priorities. You'll also have experience in setting and monitoring budgets.

Head of Fundraising (internally known as Head of Income Generation)
Build Up is a youth-led charity that designs and builds public spaces, supporting young people aged 10-25 years old to shape their local area. We’re looking for a Head of Income Generation to drive our fundraising strategy and secure significant investment for our youth-led projects.
The Role
This is an exciting new position in our team, created to help build our case for investment, tell our story and harness the support of new audiences. You’ll shape priorities, diversify income, and build lasting funder relationships – while writing compelling bids that win investment. With consultancy support on communications and evaluation, you’ll have the tools to make a powerful case for our work.

You’ll have a proven track record in leading fundraising strategy, securing charitable investment and writing successful grants. Alongside trusts and foundations, you’ll bring experience across other income streams (like corporates or major donors). Introduction
We are looking for an exceptional fundraising Programme Manager to join and lead our Caribbean UK Overseas Territories (UKOTs) team. Based in the region the Caribbean UKOTs Programme Manager will work closely with regional management teams and our excellent external partners to develop and oversee a pipeline of high impact conservation projects across the Caribbean UKOTs.
What's the role about?
In a time of constrained funding the primary responsibilities for this role include a significant focus on helping to identify and develop fundraising opportunities, supporting our various partners to build their own organisational fundraising capacity, and working to secure financing to deliver against a range of national and regional environmental priorities.
The Programme Manager will in addition lead and oversee several Caribbean-based RSPB project managers to ensure successful delivery of projects within the region and ensure that these contribute to impactful outcomes for species and habitats and delivery of the Strategic Outcomes of both the RSPB and our partners.
Essential skills, knowledge and experience:

About the Role
MSI seeks a Global Programmes and Philanthropy (GPP) Manager to support the management of a large-scale five-year multi country programme funded by the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF). The Manager will be responsible for supporting The Challenge Fund Programme (2024-2028), a $100m programme with global and bilateral investments from CIFF to advance sexual and reproductive health services and increase modern contraceptive prevalence in six countries across West and Central Africa.
Working in the Challenge Fund programme team (composed of a Head of Challenge Fund, another GPP Manager and two GPP Advisers), the GPP Manager will actively support the Niger and DRC Country Programmes and partners’ implementation, ensuring delivery of agreed deliverables (including payment by results KPIs) for the Challenge Fund Programme. In addition and given the strong focus on co-funding of this investment, the Manager will be responsible to support the Niger country programme with their programme funded by the Gates foundation.
They also work very closely with other relevant donor teams, International Operations and Technical services departments to ensure MSI and donor priorities are reflected in programmes and learning agenda. The Manager will play a critical role in donor relationship management including effective and timely reporting and serve as an important internal resource and ‘donor champion’. To perform this role, you’ll need the following experience:
- Experience of managing CIFF or Gates Foundation donor-funded projects preferable, or large restricted foundations/government/institutional donor (multi-country desirable), including project monitoring and reporting against payment deliverables, proactive risk management and escalation (essential)
- Experience in writing and editing reports, or externally facing project information for donors or other external stakeholders (essential)
- Financial management experience including budgeting, budget tracking and financial performance analysis (essential)
- Demonstrable experience managing complex relationships across organisations and across countries (essential)
- Experience in delivering capacity building support and skills development of others in either a technical area or project management skills, in order to meet project deliverables (essential)

Formal education/qualification

Location: London, UK (minimum of 2 days per week in the office) or any country programme where MSI operates in.
Full-time: 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
Contract type: 12-month fixed term contract (maternity cover).
Salary: £40,000 - £51,000 per annum for UK based candidates, for all other country programmes the salary will be banded within the national local context.

Role description:
We are excited to be seeking a talented and motivated individual to join Southampton Hospitals Charity as our legacy and in-memory manager to help shape our legacy development programme and in-memory strategy.
The role will involve leading on the operational delivery of both legacy and in-memory marketing and legacy case management. The postholder will implement donor-centric approaches to legacy and in-memory campaigns and events, case management, and supporter stewardship.
We are looking for an individual who is as passionate about fundraising as the work we do as a Charity to join our team. This role will be key, as we launch our ambitious new strategy to grow our income, reach and impact.
Main responsibilities
Legacies
- Develop and implement a comprehensive legacy strategy, identifying new opportunities, products, and campaigns to increase engagement, consideration, and pledger numbers.
- Work across the Charity to ensure legacies are integrated across relevant channels to reach key audiences.
- Build a portfolio of case studies to showcase how legacy giving has had a transformative impact across our hospitals.
- Build and nurture relationships with legacy pledgers and prospects, organising legacy information and engagement events to position the Charity prominently in legator consideration.
- Responsible for legacy case management and be the main contact for our legacy consultancy partner, ensuring all processes are compliant, efficient, and deliver for the Charity and for its supporters.
- Communicate with empathy and professionalism with executors, solicitors, and beneficiaries’ families, including handling enquiries and confirming receipt of legacy notifications.
- Work with the director of operations & resources on disputes and contested legacies, to ensure these are handled appropriately and sensitively.
- Work with the director of finance to ensure all information is recorded appropriately to ensure correct accounting and accrual of legacy income.
- Support the director of finance on legacy matters relating to the Charity’s annual external audit.
In-Memory
- Support with the development and management of stewardship programmes for in-memory donors, ensuring journeys are sensitive, supportive, and effective.
- Have responsibility for the efficient use of all in-memory payment platforms, ensuring that they are utilised correctly, report accurately, and are employed as part of a strong stewardship programme.
- Work closely with the hospital engagement team for the promotion of in-memory giving opportunities
- Working with the marketing & campaigns manager, develop and implement relevant campaigns, including within our hospitals, to increase awareness of in-memory giving
- Support the events & community fundraising officer with events organised by families and friends in memory of loved ones, ensuring appropriate stewardship processes are put into place.
- Look for new opportunities for developing in-memory products, developing cases for support and implementation plans to ensure the Charity’s in-memory programme is at the forefront of new practice.
- Work closely with the grants manager to ensure restricted and tribute funds are able to have an impact in the areas donors wish to see.
- Develop and cultivate strong relationships with supporters by offering suitable opportunities to remember someone special.
- Working with the marketing and communications team, source and develop case stories for use across the in-memory programme and charity.
Knowledge and experience
- Proven experience in legacy administration within the charity sector
- Certificate in Charity Legacy Administration (ILM) is desirable
- Proven experience in developing and delivering legacy, in-memory, and/or individual giving strategies and campaigns across multiple channels.
- Extensive experience in donor stewardship, fine-tuning supporter journeys, and delivering excellence in supporter care.
