About The Role:
We are recruiting for two vacancies within this service. As an advocate for our clients who may experience homelessness as a result of a hospital visit, we will expect you to lead on the case management of these clients. You will work in partnership with other agencies to create holistic, caring and personalised support plans for them. Our clients usually have a range of support needs that might impact their experience of homelessness. This includes mental health problems, social isolation, challenging behaviour, finance and debt, alcohol and drug abuse and you will be working with them to achieve outcomes that include move on.
You will ensure their voices are heard and make them aware of available support to them including maximising this support. It is important to let you know that at times this role is tough, but most of the time it is very rewarding when you see the difference you make in the lives of others.
Main Responsibilities Of The Job:
- To be part of a team running of a new and dynamic service assessing and managing risk for individuals and in the service.
- Ensure the effective delivery of high quality care, support and housing management according to Homeless Oxfordshire policies and procedures.
- To work in partnership with other agencies to ensure the delivery of holistic wrap around support.
- To work in partnership with Connection Support Step provision and Out of Hospital Team.
- To work with other agencies to provide client centered support & risk management plans for clients with complex needs to identify work towards a suitable move on option within 6 weeks.
- To be a supportive and effective part of the team working as part of a rota including evenings and weekends.
- Report any safeguarding concerns without delay in line with procedures.
To make and maintain Housing Benefit claims.
- Manage challenging situations in line with procedures and to ensure the safety of yourself and others.
- Ensure that IT systems are updated as required and concise record keeping is completed promptly.
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, relatives, carers, professionals, commissioners, contractors and the local community.
- To undertake any other duties that can be reasonably required to meet the operational needs of Homeless Oxfordshire.

OTR are looking for a Grants & Corporate Fundraising Coordinator to work as part of the Fundraising & Communications Team. This role is the organisational engine for income through trusts and foundation grants, and corporate fundraising, within OTR’s fundraising mix. It would suit an organised individual with a strong interest in relationship management, and proven writing abilities.
Working collaboratively with the Head of Fundraising & Communications, the post-holder will cultivate and nurture funder relationships and be responsible for researching and writing compelling case for support copy for applications. They will maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline planning and customer relationship management (CRM) records, and, once familiar with OTR, will have the opportunity to lead on mid-level funder opportunity management.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience working in fundraising, identifying and tracking funding opportunities, drafting proposals, and raising funds.

- Supporting the organisational commitment of SafeLives, and that of the Partnership, to Authentic Voice.
- Working within the Innovation team and alongside the Partnership to develop an influential panel, a powerful approach to gathering and amplifying survivor voices, challenging ‘them and us’ attitudes, you will have the skills and values to support and engage with survivors of domestic abuse.

About Beyond Reflections
Beyond Reflections is a UK charity providing dedicated mental-wellbeing support to Trans+ people, as well as to their families,
friends, and allies. We offer a combination of group support, one-to-one services, and therapeutic interventions delivered by experienced case workers, counsellors, and therapists.
Our work spans both online and in-person settings, ensuring support is accessible, confidential, and rooted in compassion.

We're looking for a Rehoming Manager to embed a culture of high performance, creativity and excellent customer service at our Rehoming centre in Shoreham. Working closely with the rest of the management team, you'll manage and support the development of our rehoming team, who work tirelessly to find forever homes for the dogs in our care.
What does this role do?
As Rehoming Manager, you will:
- promote a culture of rehoming across the whole centre team, maximising the effectiveness of interactions and their conversion to adoptions,
- lead, manage and develop the rehoming team, instilling a performance based approach, focused on meeting both objective based and customer service targets,
- collaborate with other managers to optimise kennel occupation and to ensure appropriate assessment and triage of dogs is completed,

To be successful in this role, you'll need experience of leading a small, diverse team, with particular focus on driving high performance, delivering excellent customer service and meeting targets. This role can be either a live out or live in role, with accommodation accessed by a flight of stairs. This role includes working every third weekend and regular night duties 2-3 times per week.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Managing people operations and advisory support
· Support managers with employee relations advice and guidance (informal and formal people processes), acting as a trusted expert on all people policy and process matters.
· Oversee the employee lifecycle from recruitment through to leaving The Charity, ensuring inclusive, legally compliant and engaging processes throughout each stage.
· Lead recruitment campaigns and talent attraction, writing compelling adverts and building a diverse talent pipeline.

This will include acting as the central point of contact for volunteering operations, providing guidance, support and inspiration to teams and volunteers on volunteering policy and process.
· Oversee the recruitment, induction and training of volunteers, working with the People Operations Officer, Senior Learning Officer and People Administrator, developing digital and in-person learning resources. This will include promoting volunteering opportunities internally and externally, ensuring clear and engaging communications.
· Develop recognition initiatives to ensure volunteers feel valued and connected, including campaigns such as Volunteers’ Week and Trustees’ Week, working alongside the Internal Communications Manager role.
· Support Volunteer Coordinators across teams with advice, training and problem-solving to ensure a consistently excellent volunteer experience.
· Ensure volunteering activity is safe and aligned with safeguarding, risk and data protection standards through ensuring policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with legislation.

Person Specification:
This role would suit someone who is excited about planning and delivering key events; someone who thrives in getting things done under tight deadlines and whilst overseeing many complex moving parts.
