Purpose of the role
The Business Analyst will play a key role in improving our organisational efficiency, strengthening our data and reporting infrastructure, and supporting the growth and sustainability of our services. Working across teams, the postholder will analyse and streamline processes, enhance data capture and reporting, and support the integration and improvement of our core systems (CRM, Finance, and operational tools). The role will help reduce manual analysis, free up staff time, improve insight and decision-making, and strengthen our ability to deliver high-quality services to the communities we support.
As this is a 12-month fixed-term contract, the role is focused on delivering clear, sustainable outcomes. By the end of the contract, WECHI will have:
- A full set of documented business processes, including process maps, supporting notes, and clear user guides.
- Clear ownership of processes, with all staff understanding agreed ways of working and what is required of them.
- Core systems (CRM, Finance, and operational tools) effectively integrated, with minimal manual intervention or duplication.
- Appropriate data controls and validation checks in place, providing confidence in the accuracy and integrity of information.
- Automated dashboards, drawing directly from core systems, providing timely operational and financial insights.
- Reduced reliance on manual reporting and spreadsheet-based workarounds.
- Embedded processes and tools that are sustainable beyond the life of the contract.
Success at 12 months will mean the organisation is operating more efficiently, using reliable and accessible data to inform decision-making, and is better equipped to manage growth and demonstrate impact.
What you'll do
- Define key data capture points across systems to enable consistent and accurate reporting.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards that provide operational, financial, and strategic insight.
- Improve data flow and integration between CRM and Finance systems to ensure completeness and accuracy of data and revenue capture.
- Provide timely and reliable data analysis to support decision-making at Executive and Board levels.
- Analyse internal and external data to identify service demand, emerging needs, and opportunities for growth.
- Review and map current business processes (particularly stock management, purchasing, invoicing, CRM and finance systems).
- Identify inefficiencies, duplication, and opportunities for automation or system enhancement.
- Develop and implement improved workflows and processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Ensure improvements lead to a consistent and high-quality customer experience from first contact through to service delivery.

Level Water exists to solve a problem that shouldn’t exist: too many disabled children are still missing out on high-quality swimming lessons.
Last year, our swimmers raised over £1m. This year we’ve sold out events in minutes and want to double the fundraising. We’re on the path to exponential growth and we need someone who can help us get there.
We're Level Water, a founder-led charity solving learn-to-swim for disabled children. We're not your typical charity. We own our events and run them like a business. Rural Affordable Housing Enabler
We are seeking a motivated and community focused Rural Affordable Housing Enabler to support the delivery of affordable housing across Gloucestershire.
Position: Rural Affordable Housing Enabler
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 per annum pro rata, depending on experience

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in enabling the delivery of affordable rural housing.
You will work with communities, Parish and Town Councils, local authorities, housing associations, landowners and other partners to identify housing need and support the development of local affordable housing schemes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Promoting and supporting sustainable rural affordable housing to meet local need

The Programmes You’ll Lead
Music Producer Club (MPC) – digital music-making for young people aged 12–18, delivered in schools, youth centres and online. Taught by ‘producer educators’ - working music producers we train to educate the next generation -, MPC builds creativity, skills and confidence while connecting participants with electronic music culture and the national curriculum.
Process – a development programme for women, non-binary and trans+ music makers. Structured across three strands for different abilities (Create, Define, Release), Process combines workshops, mentoring and masterclasses to build skills, confidence and community for underrepresented producers.
Out The Box (OTB) – hands-on analogue mixing workshops in leading London studios, giving emerging producers practical experience with desks, outboard gear and professional engineers while bridging digital and analogue production techniques.
Key Responsibilities
Programme Management

Lead planning, scheduling and delivery of MPC, Process and Out The Box programmes and events.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Finance Manager, who will be responsible for all aspects of financial management and HR administration. You will be well organised, able to work on you own initiative and be experieced in writing clear and engaging reports tailored to a non-financial audience.
The main responsibilities of the role are:

This exciting CRM Officer role will support the data team with data imports, data selections and processing of income.
The Foundation has just started using a new CRM after undergoing a CRM migration from Raiser’s Edge, a very exciting time to be joining the Foundation! This role, alongside with other members of the CRM team, will liaise with the CRM Project Teams to support and ensure the successful outcome of the project and get us up to BAU.
What does the role involve?
- Manage data processes, imports and exports of all fundraising data including direct debits, new donors, email signups etc. in accordance with agreed protocols and in agreement with CRM Manager.
- Ensure that the use of the Fundraising database and the capture of all data from supporters or prospects conforms to data protection guidelines including GDPR relating to supporter preferences and consent.
- Support training for colleagues using the new CRM (Beacon) and help ensure all members are trained and kept up to date on new features and enhancements as they require to do their job effectively.
- Support the reconciliation of the bank statement with Beacon and ensure the Finance team know where to find information to enable accurate coding for management accounts.
What skills, knowledge and experience are we looking for?
- Demonstrable relevant experience working in Fundraising, or a Charity database team role using Raiser’s Edge or any database similar, with experience of CRMs in general.
- Evidenced experience of managing high volumes of personal data using a large and complex supporter/CRM database.

CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.
Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.
The Role
The Individual Giving and Legacy Manager will report into the Head of Public Fundraising and sits within the wider CoppaFeel! Fundraising Team. In this pivotal role you will leverage your individual giving digital skills, knowledge and passion to drive our fundraising efforts to new heights. Your innovative approach and data-led mindset will grow our income and supporter base, and ensure we’re on track for our mission to educate and empower young people of early detection of breast cancer.
You will need to have experience in both acquisition and retention programmes particularly in paid digital, new product development and developing multi-channel supporter journeys. You will be a great project manager, be confident in managing budgets across multiple income streams and using data to make evidence-based decisions. You will also have excellent attention to detail and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, with the ability to generate ideas and solutions.
This is a fixed term contract of 12 months and a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.
Duties and Responsibilities

Development and delivery of the Individual Giving Programme across regular giving, cash, lottery, legacy and in memory activities and income streams with a digital first approach.

Work with the Head of Public Fundraising in developing and delivering the public fundraising strategy to support growth over the next 3 years.

Manage budgets against financial and non-financial KPI’s and targets. Be involved in setting budgets and regular re-forecasts, working closely with the Finance team to ensure all income and expenditure is coding and recorded correctly.

Develop supporter journeys across the programme and organisation, monitoring to optimise when necessary.

Manage external suppliers and partners to make sure that CoppaFeel! Is getting the best value for money and high quality services.

This exciting new role will raise the funds to enable The River Thames Boat Project to expand our cruises and education programme on the River Thames, and cover our annual running costs.

Established in 1988, our charity's mission is to make the River Thames accessible to all.

We are seeking a fundraising professional to grow our charitable income across all streams (grants, foundations, corporate sponsors), raise significant capital funds, reinvigorate our members program, diversify our fundraising income and establish a volunteer fundraising committee.
As Fundraising Manager you will also be responsible for marketing the charity to prospective clients through mailings, social media and other routes.
