Streatham Youth and Community Trust (SYCT) is seeking an experienced Interim CEO to navigate the organisation through a critical period of transition. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in turnaround management within the charitable sector, capable of implementing strategic and operational changes to address systemic issues and rebuild organisational strength and sustainability, while stabilising the relationship with the wider community.
SYCT is currently facing significant financial and operational challenges. In this context, the board and the newly appointed CEO have had to make a number of difficult but necessary decisions. The recent closure of the charity-run nursery due to a combination of quality and financial viability concerns has resulted in a significant amount of noise. As a result, she has decided that she is not the right person to lead the turnaround efforts. She will stay in post until 28th June 2024 if needed, but is happy to step back after a brief handover as soon as a suitable Interim CEO can start in the role.
Top priorities for the Interim CEO will be leading the organisation through a period of restructuring, focusing on rebuilding core services, stakeholder relationships, processes and systems; and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards and HR protocols.

We're delighted to be collaborating with a distinguished membership association in search of a Brand and Operations Coordinator for an interim period of 3-6 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Digital Asset Management tool, ensuring timely updates of brand assets and guidance for staff and fellows.
- Conduct induction training on the Digital Asset Management tool and brand for new and existing staff members, maintaining a comprehensive training database.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external experts to audit and implement best practices across the organisation.
- Approve brand reviews for various organisational outputs, adhering to visual and tone of voice guidelines.
- Conduct annual brand tracker surveys in partnership with the Senior Insights and Database Manager, sharing insights to boost brand awareness.
- Ensure consistent application of top-tier organisational messaging across all channels, supporting updates through thorough auditing and project implementation.
- Regularly review and update brand and editorial guidelines in collaboration with the team.
- Oversee co-branding initiatives, implementing a structured tracking and approval process.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in data-driven marketing performance analysis.
- Strong background in brand management and stakeholder collaboration.

Prospectus is delighted to be partnering with an inspirational charity, in the recruitment for an Interim Head of Health Services. This position is offered as a six-month contract (with the opportunity of extending), full-time or part-time opportunity, with remote work available in which you can be based anywhere within the UK. Please note, there may be occasional travel required to the different services up to a couple of times a month. The advertised salary banding includes London weighting.
As the Interim Head of Health Services, your role will entail collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to guarantee the appropriate delivery of services, adherence / compliance to contracts within England's relevant services, and assistance in the transition of services to new providers. Additionally, you will assume full financial accountability for the services under your purview. During a period of transition and retrenchment as the charity refines its areas of delivery, your role will involve providing leadership, direction, and motivation to various services. You will lead the planning and quality monitoring of these services, evaluate their effectiveness of delivery, and ensure robust reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, you will manage essential relationships with the NHS, public sector, third sector, and other pertinent stakeholders to guarantee the effective delivery of contracts, commitments, and redeployments to new services (including TUPE).
To excel in this position, you should have a proven track record in leading, managing, and inspiring both staff and volunteers across diverse service delivery areas. Your experience should encompass effectively managing services, involving service users in their development, and establishing partnerships while negotiating contract terms. You should be skilled of using project management skills to maintain transparency and accountability of work projects. Proficiency in budget management across various portfolios to ensure adherence to financial allocations is essential. Additionally, you should demonstrate a commitment to inclusivity and sensitivity to the diverse needs of stakeholders. Your skill set should include the ability to foster relationships conducive to transitioning contracts to new work providers and ensuring stakeholder engagement throughout the delivery process. You should have experience of building internal relationships with corporate services to facilitate the best outcomes for staff, volunteers, and service users. Knowledge of public sector commissioning within the UK is desirable but not essential.

The goal is a CRM environment where users can manage processes effectively, using automated workflows and apps to deliver exceptional supporter experiences in a secure, contemporary, and well-governed system.
The Role
We are looking for a Data Governance Lead to come in and work to define what first-class data governance looks like for the Charity, including establishing a data retention framework for their relationship marketing systems and tools, to ensure privacy is included within process design at all points, and will work to embed best practice data quality standards within the organisation.
You will champion and train colleagues in how to get the most from data, creating a framework for data classification, discovery and the provision of self-service datasets and increasing data literacy across the organisation.
This individual will be the resident expert in data governance and maturity, adept in data governance tools and helping to classify, categorise and document our data.
The Candidate
We are looking for someone with experience in developing and implementing data governance policies, standards and procedures, with an understanding of advocating for better use and management of data along with delivering better data literacy within an organisation. You should have experience of setting up or establishing a data governance framework from scratch, enabling data users to deliver their objectives efficiently and confidently.
Experience of implementing data governance tools such as Azure Purview, Informatica, Talend, etc would be highly advantageous.
Furthermore, you should have excellent communication and persuasion skills with the ability to turn technical understanding into clear, understandable, and useful information and advice for internal customers.
Ideally you will have worked as a Data Governance Manager or a Data Governance Lead, but we will also welcome applications from those with strong Data Management experience across a range of sectors and disciplines.
