NHS Providers’ Development programmes team delivered a range of training and development activities for NHS boards and foundation trust governors. The team delivers over 200 events annually. We are looking for an additional Programme Administrator to take responsibility for the efficient event and logistics administration of this work to deliver high quality training and support for our members. This activity is delivered virtually, in-person or hybrid.

We are an award-winning national charity which trains over 9,000 young people affected by street violence each year in emergency first-aid through a team of 300 healthcare volunteers and youth workers. Key Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Client Support

The YWF Youth Voice Coordinator Role

About the role
This role will be part of the Programmes and Learning team which is responsible for designing, managing and delivering locally led learning solutions and build a network of regional centres that can together create lasting change in the humanitarian system.
The purpose of this role is to work alongside digital and learning specialists to enable the development and delivery of an integrated and impactful digital learning solutions and support the maintenance of a portfolio of locally-led digital learning programmes.
The post holder will need to stay abreast of digital tools that meet the demand and needs of individuals, organisations and the wider humanitarian sector.
In this role, you will:
- Work alongside Digital Learning Specialists, Learning Specialists and Regional teams to
design and develop quality online courses, blended learning programmes and other
resources for the HLA and partners. - Support Save the Children staff and external partners with digital delivery and the

About you

· Support the Individual Giving Manager to develop and deliver a strategy for acquisition and retention – to increase the number of supporters we bring into the Charity and increase engagement to maximise income potential
· Support the Philanthropy Manager to develop and deliver the mid and high value strategy to deliver a sustainable engagement and cultivation programme for these supporters
· Develop campaign briefs, budgets and campaign targets to manage campaigns end to end. This will include project management of internal and external teams across Individual Giving campaigns. You will work with the Community Experience Team to optimise campaigns using data insights
· Manage the income and expenditure for acquisition and retention campaigns and monitor all targets. You will keep teams informed of budgets and work with them to optimise cost savings

About this role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Reprieve team as our Head of Digital and Mass Engagement covering parental leave. This is an exciting opportunity to join the TCV Sussex team to expand and develop our Health Walks offer as part of our new Green Gateways social prescribing project.

East Sussex Health Walks is a long running county-wide scheme of weekly one hour walks led by trained community volunteers. Last year we had nearly 20,000 walking engagements and we want to build on this. This post is for a Health Walk Coordinator to coordinate and develop the programme to help even more people to improve their health and wellbeing with regular, manageable exercise.
You will be coordinating the existing programme of Health Walks (approximately 25 per week) and managing the large group of Volunteer Health Walk Leaders (currently about 100). You will be responsible for recruiting and training new volunteers and developing new Health Walks to meet the funder's targets, including liaising with local partners, mapping, risk assessing and planning.
There will be ongoing marketing and publicity needs, as well as regular internal comms with volunteers to make sure they feel supported and valued and to reinforce and role model TCV best practise for safe, inclusive and supportive activities.
You will also be responsible for general project running tasks such as purchasing, scheme admin, report writing, attending events, liaising with funders & partners, meeting targets and deadlines.
