The new co-ordinator will be responsible for delivering a full programme of activities. This includes chair-based exercises and yoga, 1:1 gym sessions, line dancing, reflexology, drama, art & craft, bingo, coffee mornings, movie matinees, outings and a Wednesday Lunch Club. We also offer free advice and advocacy sessions to support our older members with issues including housing, benefits and PIP, housing.
The ideal candidate will want to make good personal connections with our users, as well as showing passion for growing the programme overall, in size and scope.

The post-holder is responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the Society’s finance and CRM operations, including the National Eczema Society membership scheme. You would join our small team based at the charity’s offices near London Bridge. There is flexibility for some home-based working and you are expected to work in the office at least two days a week to facilitate effective team-working. CAP is a national charity that is driven to help release people from debt, poverty and their causes through partnering with local churches. We do this by providing a variety of services: CAP Debt Help, CAP Job Clubs, CAP Release Groups and CAP Life Skills. Purpose:
The finance department is going through an exciting period of transformation. Camp Jojo is a small/medium, but growing charity with a committed team of Trustees, Special Advisors, and Volunteers. The holder of this post will be critical to this development; working to establish a sister site in Cumbria to Ivy Farm on Mersea island, Essex, with a well tried and tested model of operations. The role of Nags Head Farm: Operations Manager (Families and Site Ops) is to offer leadership and administrative support to key functions of Camp Jojo at Nags Head Farm, and to members of the Camp Jojo Board, in relation to the camps held at Nags Head Farm.
The Contractor will handle clerical and logistics tasks for the organisation in a timely and efficient way. The primary task of the Nags Head Farm: Operations Manager will be to oversee family applications to the camps, and to maintain and develop data bases in support of this. They will hold a key role in relation to communications with the families pre-, during, and post-camps. In addition, they will attend and minute meetings, and contribute to camp operations in planning etc. They may need to work flexibly, according to the seasonal demands of the charity.
They will attend the first day (Friday) of each camp The Nags Head Farm: Operations Manager will have a varied and sometimes high-pace job environment. About You and the Role
