About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and organised Education Officer who will play a vital role in inspiring children and families to connect with nature through engaging outdoor learning experiences. They will deliver a dynamic annual programme of curriculum-linked environmental education sessions and wild play activities across the region, with a particular focus on Birmingham. This role supports the development of lifelong connections to nature by bringing learning to life in local green spaces and nature reserves. to support the planning and delivery of events and engagement activities across our sites and communities. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.

This post is based at EcoPark, 258a Hobmoor Road, Small Heath, B10 9HH, with flexibility to work from home as required. This role will require regular travel regionally – a company pool vehicle will be provided for travel in between sites.

As a Relationship Fundraiser, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the Relationship Manager to strengthen and grow meaningful connections with individual donors, helping to advance North Yorkshire Hospice Care’s mission across Saint Michael’s Hospice, Herriot Hospice and Just ‘B’. You’ll help identify potential supporters, understand what inspires them to give, and contribute to thoughtful, personalised engagement strategies that ensure every donor feels valued, appreciated and connected to the impact of their generosity. With a focus on in-memory giving, regular giving, legacy gifts and general donations, you’ll help maximise opportunities for supporter engagement and secure sustainable income for our care.

Your work will span a range of fundraising activity: supporting sensitive and impactful in-memory campaigns, helping to deliver strong regular giving appeals, aiding the smooth management of general donations, and acting as an ambassador for legacy giving across the organisation. You’ll use CRM systems to maintain accurate donor information, tailor communications and deepen relationships, while collaborating closely with colleagues in marketing, events and volunteer management to deliver a cohesive supporter experience. You’ll also help with evaluating and improving fundraising processes, gathering case studies, reporting on KPIs and ensuring that donor journeys and stewardship activities are consistently warm, personalised and meaningful.

To excel in this role, you’ll be a natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding supporter care. Organised and detail-focused, you’ll have experience managing fundraising or engagement campaigns, analysing data for insights and working confidently across multiple projects. With strong written and verbal communication, proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems, and a proactive, results-driven approach, you’ll bring professionalism, empathy and enthusiasm to every interaction. About the role

We are looking for an experienced Translations Editor (French) to join our Communication for Development team. This role ensures the quality and delivery of Tearfund's French translations for audiences primarily in Francophone Africa.

You will manage translation workflows for a wide range of content—from publications and training materials to digital and multimedia resources—working with a network of freelance translators and proofreaders. You will also contribute to strengthening Tearfund's translation standards and digital processes, including the use of our translation software management and AI tools.

About you - You will bring:

• Native-level proficiency in French and strong command of English (spoken and written)

As Family Engagement Manager, you will manage Pact’s Family engagement casework within the prison, organise Family Days periodically and liaise with our subcontractors in the Visits Centre. For over 25 years, RMC has assisted thousands of refugees and migrants from 164 countries. It has helped to remove the barriers to integration, helping its clients become equal citizens, using a whole-person approach to the delivery of services from specialist legal advice through to education and employment programmes.

Position Overview

The Senior Programme Officer will support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of Friends of Palestinian Universities’ advocacy and awareness, and building UK-Palestine higher education links programmes. Key responsibilities

1. Building UK–Palestinian Academic Links

About the role
 
As a Maintenance Surveyor, you’ll deliver repairs and voids maintenance services for up to 800 properties across your region, collaborating with our teams and contractors to provide our customers with high-quality, timely repairs. Your proactive approach and commitment to excellence will inspire others and make sure our property services are constantly improving.
 
The role is a mixture of site visits and desk-based work. You'll visit customer homes to understand their repairs needs, using your expert knowledge of the make-up of domestic buildings, HHSRS and schedule of rates to qualify repairs. You'll raise the repairs on our bespoke Housing Management System and update the customer account through to the completion of the works. You'll also uphold our Empty Homes (Voids) standard to deliver first-class quality homes in a timely manner.
 
In line with Awaab’s Law, you’ll play a key role in identifying and addressing hazards such as damp and mould promptly and effectively, ensuring that health-related repairs are not delayed. Your understanding of housing disrepair will be essential in ensuring compliance, protecting customer wellbeing, and reducing risk.
 
Through your collaboration with contractors, housing teams, and internal colleagues, you'll help improve service efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and contribute to Accent’s mission of providing quality homes and services.
 
About you
 
You should have a HNC in Building (or an equivalent qualification) or experience in maintenance and construction, an understanding of building design, building fabrics and associated lifecycles, plus a strong understanding of contract performance and budget management. You’ll have a strong customer focus, great communication skills, an ability to interpret building legislation and use operational software for property management. As you’ll be travelling around our different sites, you’ll also need a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
