Salary: £27,113.00 per annum FTE (£16,267.80 per annum actual for 22.5 hours per week)
Salary Scale Point: 15 (April 2025)
Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Based: in Peterborough with hybrid working option

About the Service

The Victim and Witness Support Service supports people whose mental health and wellbeing has been impacted by a crime. Co-located at the Victim and Witness Hub in Peterborough, Victim and Witness Support Facilitators will use a person-centred approach to support people by exploring guided self-help tools, personalised wellbeing plans and resilience building strategies to help improve their wellbeing.

We are seeking candidates who have experience of supporting people on a one-to-one basis; have a preference for strengths-based approaches; and has a non-judgemental approach.  The post holder will have experience of providing time limited support, they will be highly motivated and organised, and confident to work autonomously.  The successful candidate will work closely with the Victim and Witness Hub as a member of the CPSL Mind Team.  They will receive induction training including Trauma Informed approaches to supporting mental health challenges and ongoing personal development.
