We are looking for a Children's Spiritual Formation Lead. In this role, you will develop and create a spiritual formation pathway for children, that fosters spiritual growth through contemplative Christian practices, with a specific focus on pioneering and developing retreat day experiences for schools as part of the pathway. This is a national role that will enable churches to support their ministry to children in schools through contemplative Christian practices. You will also, where needed, play a hands-on role in supporting churches and schools in our work.
In this role, you will:

Write and develop a contemplative spiritual formation pathway to strengthen
lifelong spiritual growth for school children from Early Years to Secondary.

Develop and project manage a national strategy for the pathway that can be
contextualised, to encourage and equip churches to provide spaces where
school children grow spiritually through contemplative Christian practices.

Where helpful pilot the pathway within Oxfordshire.

Develop, hone, pilot, and test a scalable, one-day contemplative retreat model
for schools using Space Makers and prayer-space resources.

Embed our one day contemplative retreats for schools as an integral component into the creation of the contemplative spiritual formation pathway.

Expand delivery of retreats nationally with support from the CEO, by designing
and delivering training for churches, leaders, lay volunteers, & students.

Embed a network of volunteer adult & student Contemplative Practice Champions to sustain & refine delivery of retreats and the contemplative spiritual formation pathway.

Where needed, support on-the-ground delivery of retreats and prayer and reflection spaces in schools.
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:

5–7 years of hands-on experience supporting children’s spiritual growth within a Christian-faith context.

The Role
The Financial Controller plays a critical role in safeguarding MSF UK’s resources so they can be used where they are needed most.
You will lead the financial accounting function, ensuring MSF UK’s finances are accurate, compliant and well-controlled, while also driving continuous improvement in systems and processes. Building on strong existing foundations, you will help modernise and streamline financial operations so they remain fit for a growing and increasingly complex organisation.
Working closely with the Director of Finance & Services, the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis and colleagues across MSF UK and the wider MSF movement, you will ensure that financial stewardship actively supports humanitarian impact.
What You’ll Do
You will lead MSF UK’s financial accounting function, balancing rigour, efficiency and service. This includes:
- Ensuring strong financial stewardship: leading statutory accounts, audit, tax compliance and regulatory reporting, including to MSF International.
- Maintaining robust controls: safeguarding MSF UK’s assets through effective internal controls, risk management and reserves oversight.
- Overseeing core financial operations: ensuring accurate, timely processing of transactions, payments and financial records.
- Managing funds and grants: overseeing restricted and unrestricted funds and MSF grant flows, ensuring donor and organisational requirements are met.
- Leading systems and process improvement: driving automation, system enhancements and improvement projects to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Leading and developing the team: managing and supporting a high-performing financial accounting team and fostering a collaborative, improvement-focused culture.
- Trusted technical advisor: providing clear assurance and expert accounting and tax advice to senior leaders, trustees and colleagues.
About You
You are a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with significant experience leading a financial accounting function in a complex organisation. You bring strong technical expertise, sound judgement and a commitment to integrity and transparency.

Job summary:
The Head of Communications, Marketing & Digital is responsible for shaping, delivering, and evaluating the charity’s communications, brand, digital engagement, and marketing activity.
Reporting to the Director of Fundraising & Communications, the postholder plays a pivotal role in growing the charity’s profile, strengthening engagement, and ensuring all communication channels, platforms and content are effective, accessible, and aligned with organisational goals.

Role Mission.
To ensure Scotty’s delivers high-quality, consistent, and scalable support to those affected by military-connected bereavement, by leading all aspects of service delivery.
You’ll own the structure, systems, standards, and team needed to deliver support across all four Family Programmes (SMILES, SUPPORT, STRIDES, and the planned START programme) and help ensure our support reaches the growing number of families who need us.
The key responsibilities of this role are:
Programme Operations & Service Infrastructure
- Overall accountability for the service provided to the bereaved military community.

About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a lively, dynamic and driven fundraising events team. Over the last decade, Breast Cancer Now has built up a strong events function, with community fundraising and events currently accounting for nearly a quarter of the charity’s overall voluntary income.

Liberty is looking for a skilled manager with strong political instincts to step into the exciting role of Interim Head of Policy & Campaigns for a period of twelve months. We will be implementing a bold new strategy in a rapidly changing external environment, where existential threats to human rights and civil liberties give our work a renewed sense of urgency. This is an opportunity to help deliver high-impact campaigns that seek to influence policy at national level. You will be well supported by a highly skilled peer group and senior leadership and will lead a team of four Policy & Campaigns Officers to deliver innovative, politically insightful campaigns.
The Interim Head of Policy & Campaigns will play a key role in successfully implementing parts of Liberty’s new strategy. The role will oversee the development and implementation of Liberty’s policy and campaigning priorities: undertaking high quality research, influencing decision makers, building coalitions, producing policy and campaign materials, providing policy input to strategic litigation, and building public and political support for Liberty’s work.
We are seeking someone with strong political influencing experience who holds Liberty’s values and ambitions close to their heart, as we work to ensure everyone in the United Kingdom is treated fairly, with dignity and respect. This is a key role in securing the long-term policy change needed to protect the human rights and civil liberties of everyone who lives in the UK.

You will have a strong understanding of how to secure policy change in challenging political environments.

Its 2025–2030 strategy, Elevate Your Impact, focuses on supporting people through life’s toughest transitions — helping families give children the best start in life, supporting young people to build independence, and enabling safer futures for those rebuilding after abuse, displacement or prison.
We’re looking for a creative and organised communications professional to help deliver high-quality content across the Foundation’s digital channels. You’ll play a key role in shaping and publishing engaging stories that bring the organisation’s work to life, from website content and social media to email campaigns, case studies and press materials.
Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you’ll help manage the communications calendar, contribute to social media strategy, and ensure all content is timely, accessible and aligned with the Foundation’s tone of voice and values. You’ll also support regular website updates, manage digital assets, and use analytics to track performance and inform continuous improvement.

About the role
This pivotal role will see you working with colleagues across the IG team and with wider fundraising colleagues to deliver the Individual Giving (IG) and Retention strategies, working to:
- Increase lifetime value of cash, regular giving and lottery supporters
- Manage key projects and exceptional fundraising campaigns with significant income and expenditure targets
- Give supporters more control of how they give, when we contact them and the content that will mean most to them at their stage in their supporter journey.
- Make sure that each campaign builds strong supporter relationships and long-term commitment to Shelter
- Develop inspiring multi-channel integrated campaigns to create accurate, consistent and engaging experiences at every supporter touchpoint.
- You’ll have the opportunity to deliver audience-led new product and propositions to engage and retain supporters in innovative ways.
- You’ll work across teams as part of our matrix colleague, collaborating on new strategies for creating
- Manage budgets for individual campaigns and help with forecasting income and expenditure targets
About you
Passionate about outstanding supporter experiences and maximising income opportunities, you have demonstrated experience of direct marketing and digital channels such as direct mail, SMS, telemarketing and email.
You’re also used to optimising and reviewing campaigns and aren’t afraid to share both failures and successes. You’ll be highly collaborative, flexible and diplomatic in your approach to managing internal and external stakeholders to deliver results.
What’s more, you excel in analysis and intelligent use of data, are great at utilising insight, including the motivations, interests and behaviours of supporters to guide decisions and have a demonstrated knowledge of project management and development, and will be able to manage multiple projects at once.
You’re happy to challenge the status quo and introduce new ideas, methods and processes too, like to horizon scan and keep ahead of emerging trends and are comfortable working in matrix teams.

About the team
Our Individual Giving team sits within our successful, growing Income Generation directorate and consists of three programmes - Supporter Acquisition, Direct Dialogue and Supporter Retention and Development. Together, we deliver a diverse programme of work with ambitious income targets that support our organisational strategy, across cash, regular giving and lottery products. We’ve grown quite a bit over the past few years and benefitted from both investment and opportunity for innovation. That’s resulted in us generating over £20m of unrestricted income every year.
