About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an innovative and enthusiastic Campaign Manager to lead, plan, implement and evaluate campaign activity to showcase and promote us as Kingston and Richmond’s local Hospice, helping us to build trust and engagement now and to sustain future decades of community support.

You will lead on gathering insights on these local communities enabling us to create a campaign which resonates with and inspires people to support us, work with us and connect with us. You will collaborate to produce an innovative campaign, using digital and non-digital channels across a range of owned, paid and earned media.

Your success will be measured on results; increased awareness, understanding, engagement and activation that results in raising more income for Princess Alice Hospice. Building relationships with local stakeholders will also be key.

The role will be based at the Hospice but will require you to spend time on a weekly basis in both Kingston and Richmond. There is also some flexibility with regards to hybrid working.

Flexible, between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend and/or evening work required. Part-time (minimum 30 hours) will be considered.

About you

You will be an exceptional communicator. You will have experience of managing comprehensive campaigns across a range of media especially in local or community-based campaigns. Your ability to inspire, motivate and mobilise both internal colleagues and potential partners externally will be key. Overall, you will have excellent insight, planning, organisational and project management skills, with exceptional attention to detail and appreciation of copy and production quality issues.

Home based role and living within the relevant region or close enough proximity to be able to travel and meet the requirements of this role’ (subject to meeting homeworking assessment requirements, which includes a minimum broadband speed of 18Mbps). 

In this key role you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Negotiating Officer to manage and support our stewards, safety and equality representative networks across West Midlands and part of Cheshire, advising them in providing individual and collective industrial relations support to members, working both in and outside of the NHS. You will also be expected to spend approximately 25% of your time, managing cases from across the UK, but predominantly from nearby regions.

The postholder will work in collaboration with other health trade unions across the region.

You will work with the CSP regional team to recruit and organise members, influence on local workforce issues and promote physiotherapy.

About the Role:

As a Group Work Practitioner, you will be delivering a range of group work courses and programmes to adults affected by crime in the Thames Valley. You will be required to manage your own caseload and work in collaboration with other service delivery staff within the Thames Valley Adult Victims Service.

 About the role

As a Senior Climate Change Advisor you will provide technical leadership in your area of specialism to shape and drive influencing and impact agendas within Save the Children and the wider sector. You will provide expert technical guidance to drive impactful programme design and evidence generation, and to policy and advocacy goals. You will build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers and partners, lead capacity strengthening for colleagues and partners, and champion equality, inclusion and the shifting power agenda.

In this role, you will be responsible for: 

• Provide global leadership in your area of specialism to shape and drive shared influencing and impact agendas within the Save the Children movement and the wider sector, maintaining up-to-date expertise and monitoring relevant external trends.

• Set and deliver outcome goals for your area of specialism by working collaboratively to implement strategies that contribute to systemic change, incorporating power analysis, policy, advocacy, research, partnerships, and programme portfolios as relevant.

• Develop and deliver very high-quality policy, research, and/or technical programme design and evaluation with minimal supervision, ensuring inclusivity and excellence in implementation.

• Contribute to a strong learning culture through leading or supporting research, evaluation, innovation and knowledge sharing.

• Provide thought leadership in your area of specialism, including engaging in external debate and producing technical guidance, research briefs, and/or analytical outputs to identify barriers and pragmatic but ambitious solutions for transformative change.

• Facilitate capacity strengthening through mentoring, coaching, and training, providing formal and informal support to colleagues and partners to build expertise and effectiveness.

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key high-level decision-makers and opinion leaders, including senior civil servants, academics, and leaders in international organizations and civil society, to amplify the impact of our advocacy and programmes.

• Champion and role model equality, inclusion, and impact across Save the Children's work and the broader sector, while actively shifting power and resources closer to the communities and children served.

• Identify and lead strategic partnerships with funders and other organizations in collaboration with partnership colleagues to advance child rights and increase impact.

• Contribute to and support multi-disciplinary teams by leading work streams or providing specialist advice, including deputising for the Head of Team when required

About you 

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:

• Proven ability to strengthen evidence and learning uptake through analysis and collaboration

• Proven ability to support development of strategies to influence key stakeholders (partners, donors, policy makers) in the climate change thematic focal area

• Experience of advancing children's rights in relation to the environment and climate change and deliver key results

• Experience of strengthening the integration of climate resilience and environmental sustainability into sectoral programs

• Experience of advocating for children's rights in the climate crisis

• Experience of designing and implement evidence-based climate resilience and environmental sustainability interventions

• Strategic thinker driven by impact and evidence, curious to keep up to date with new ideas and innovations, and sees the positive potential in change

• Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and authenticity that enable effective communication with different audiences

• Collaborative team player capable of coaching, motivating and working through others to achieve outstanding results

• Effective convenor, creating synergy and maximizing collaboration

• Proven ability to build external relationships and partnerships, and to influence decision-makers and policy specialists, including politicians and donors, and other key actors globally

About the role

As the Data Protection and Compliance Officer, you will deliver the data protection and compliance agenda at Crisis, ensuring a risk-based approach in line with applicable laws including the Data Protection Act 2018, UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Privacy and E-Communications Regulation in respect of marketing compliance.

You’ll work right across the organisation, from supporting our client facing regional centres in effective information sharing to help end someone’s homelessness, to working with Crisis’ transformation programme to help improve the governance and safekeeping of corporate and personal records. It is a hugely varied and busy role where you can switch from interacting with members of the public, our clients on rights issues to advising on police disclosure requests.

This is an exciting time to join Crisis and to be part of the new Compliance, Risk and Governance Team, influencing the privacy and data protection agenda for 2025-26. You would be an integral part of this small, yet influential team supporting the organisation to meet its legal obligations, understand its regulation requirements, and foster best practice.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Extensive knowledge of UK Data Protection law including an understanding of marketing legislation (PECR)
• A pragmatic, risk-based approach to advising internal teams on compliance activities
• The ability to translate data protection law into everyday terms and actions
• An understanding of information security and its interdependency with data protection requirements
• The ability to prioritise and work effectively with various departments.
• A values-based approach to how data is utilised, ensuring that it is not only lawful but fair, meeting the reasonable expectations of the people whose data Crisis is entrusted to protect.

You may have experience in, data protection, information governance or legal services provision in the not-for-profit, private or public sector.

We are looking for a fulfilment focused Supporter Relations Assistant to join our Supporter Relations Team and provide a great customer experience for all our supporters!

This role supports the Fulfilment Coordinator in embedding and implementing fulfilment initiatives and activities within Friends of the Earth and plays a frontline role in strengthening our supporters experience and promoting our vision to a wide range of people through our channels - email, post, phone and social media.

Key Skills and Attributes: 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed customer service whizz who can juggle managing deadlines, ensuring supporters are thanked and resource orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently, speaking to our brilliant supporters on the phone, moderating our social media pages, updating and maintaining supporter data in Dynamics and processing donations. You will be proactive and organised and have strong admin skills with an eye for detail and a problem-solving attitude.  

No previous experience is needed as you’ll be trained in using the Dynamics CRM and AgoraPulse platform, understanding Gift Aid, GDPR, compliant donation taking and more, and be a proactive self-starter who can hit the ground running, answering queries about climate change, the environment and protecting the natural world.

Our friendly and passionate Supporter Relations Team is at the frontline of our commitment to create and develop positive relationships with our grassroots network and supporters of Friends of the Earth.  

Location and working pattern:

Friends of the Earth operate a 4-day-week across 30 hours. Your working pattern will be Tuesday-Friday or Monday-Thursday.

We ask that our Supporter Relations Assistants work 4 days in our office in Stockwell with the day starting by 10am with a flexible working pattern to suit your individual needs. Our core hours are 10am to 4pm.
