About the Role

This is a newly created opportunity for a Senior Reasonable Adjustments Coordinator to lead on complex and escalated reasonable adjustment requests for professional assessments. You’ll be the go-to expert, ensuring that learners with specific needs receive the right support to succeed. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you’ll help shape inclusive practices and uphold high standards across the organisation.
 
This role sits within the Professional Standards team but collaborates heavily with the Service Innovation (Qualifications) team. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives on meaningful work, and wants to influence inclusive education at scale.
 
 
Key Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for escalated reasonable adjustment requests
• Liaise with learners, employers, and training providers to gather evidence and make informed decisions
• Ensure compliance with the Equality Act and internal policies
• Monitor and report on adjustment trends and outcomes
• Support the development of inclusive educational products
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams and external partners

 
 
Skills / Experience Required

• Strong understanding of the Equality Act 2010 and inclusive education practices
• Experience interpreting educational assessments and recommending appropriate support
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive conversations

We are looking to recruit an Assistant Family Services Practitioner to assist with the provision of our whole family holistic approach. You will plan and support safe, creative, inclusive, and appropriate play opportunities for children and young people from a range of age groups. In addition to this, you will work with the team to ensure that children are supported with their learning through activities such as after school, homework clubs, practical and other activities when required. You will also work with the team to assist with the development and delivery of the Family Services outreach offer which will require some traveling to other settings to deliver our services off site. These may include temporary accommodation hotels or community venues in Westminster. Additional travel expenses will be reimbursed.

Provision of support to the Membership Services Manager for Membership matters. This will include, but is not limited to:

• Administrative project support for ongoing initiatives and live projects.

LEAP is built on the foundation of strong, supportive relationships that empower residents to move towards stable, independent living. Through one-to-one key worker support, trauma-informed care, and community engagement, residents rebuild trust, form friendships, and gain confidence. Activities like gardening, arts and crafts, and creative writing foster connection and personal growth, while group involvement helps residents feel part of a wider community. LEAP empowers people with lived experience of homelessness and/or addiction, helping them build the confidence and skills needed to move towards independent living and employment. Over three years, the project aims to support 750 individuals. Through a wide range of engaging and meaningful activities, residents will experience positive outcomes such as increased confidence, self-esteem, and a sense of inclusion. They will build supportive networks, learn key life skills and access training, volunteering, and employment opportunities. Many will gain qualifications and secure long-term accommodation. The project strengthens peer support and enables residents to shape services through formalised Residents’ Forums, ensuring their voices influence senior decision-making. For Homeless Oxfordshire, LEAP enhances our capacity to deliver peer-led support, builds staff knowledge, and informs service improvement. Wider community benefits include reduced stigma around homelessness, stronger partnerships with employers and organisations, and improved understanding of the issues faced by our residents—ultimately contributing to a more inclusive and compassionate society.

About the role
 
An exciting opportunity for a registered nurse with a minimum of four years clinical experience (palliative care experience desirable but not essential) to work on our specialist 10-bedded inpatient unit within Saint Michael’s Hospice. You will work alongside our experienced MDT specialist practitioners to deliver excellent standards of care to our inpatients. We offer a robust induction period with clinical competencies required, and you will also benefit from regular training and education on our in-house study days to support your clinical knowledge & development. 
 
What you’ll be doing:
·        Planning and delivering patient-centred care, working closely with patients and their families.
·        Acting as the ‘shift’ coordinator, overseeing high-quality team nursing care and coordinating wider team care that puts patients at the heart of what we do.
·        Acting as the key worker for a designated caseload, showing nursing leadership by providing care as part of a multidisciplinary team.

About the Role

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an occupational therapist, experienced in working with young people (age 7-25 years old) in a community mental health setting to join our growing team.  We would particularly welcome applications from individuals with experience or skills working with young people aged 7-14.

As occupational therapist your role will involve overseeing the running of community projects and supervising team members. You will work closely with the management team and CEO to ensure project targets are met and develop the growth of Cup-O-T by listening and collaborating with young people, families, our team, funders and delivery partners.

Please note that having a full driving licence and access to a car with business insurance is essential for this role.

In this post you will:

• Assess and provide individual occupational therapy interventions
• Develop and deliver group occupational therapy interventions. Including: Interoception and Discovery (Recovery Through Activity) and Campfire Community (outdoor based) therapy groups
