We’re looking for a Global Retention Executive to nurture and grow relationships with individual giving donors worldwide. In this role, you’ll help deliver inspiring, multi-channel fundraising and stewardship campaigns that show supporters the real impact of their generosity, and keep them connected to our mission for the long term.
Working closely with and reporting to the Global Retention Manager, and teams across fundraising, communications, supporter care, programs, and data, technology and insight, you’ll bring powerful stories to life through email, direct mail and digital journeys. You’ll play a hands-on role in creating meaningful supporter experiences that drive impact for animals who desperately need our help.

Whizz Kidz is seeking an experienced, creative and strategic Social Media & Content Manager to lead our content and digital storytelling across all channels. This role combines hands-on content creation with strategic oversight, giving you ownership of how Whizz Kidz tells its story to inspire, engage and mobilise audiences.
You will manage the development and delivery of multimedia content - from video, photography and graphics to written storytelling - while leading our social media strategy, and website content. The person

You are experienced in managing and growing social media channels, with a strong understanding of what makes content resonate across platforms. You are equally comfortable leading the strategy and mentoring others as you are getting hands-on with multimedia content - filming, editing, photographing, and designing posts that capture attention and inspire action.

Key accountabilities
Content creation (hands-on focus)
- Produce and edit high-quality multimedia content, including video, photography, graphics, and written stories for social media, website, email and campaigns.
- Capture and tell authentic stories of young wheelchair users, families, fundraisers, and partners.
- Ensure content is inclusive, accessible, on-brand, and optimised for each platform.
- Lead content planning for campaigns, events, and organisational priorities.
Content strategy and leadership
- Develop and oversee the content strategy across all digital channels, aligned with organisational and team goals.
- Set creative standards, tone of voice, and quality benchmarks for content produced across the organisation.
- Mentor, guide, and support colleagues involved in content creation, fostering a culture of storytelling excellence.
- Evaluate content performance and recommend new approaches, trends, and platforms
Social media and digital channels
- Own the social media strategy and day-to-day management across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Plan and maintain content calendars, ensuring a consistent flow of engaging posts, stories, and reels.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance, using insights to optimise content and engagement.
- Stay up to date with digital trends and best practices to keep Whizz Kidz content fresh and impactful.
Website and digital storytelling
- Produce, edit, and maintain content for the Whizz Kidz website, including news stories, impact features, and campaign pages.
- Ensure content across digital and print channels is accurate, consistent, and engaging.
- Work collaboratively with teams to refresh and improve content across the organization.
PR and media support
- Support the Senior PR and Communications Manager with media activities, providing content expertise and ensuring all communications are on-brand, inclusive, and impactful.
- Work collaboratively with teams across the organisation to source stories, assets, and insights for campaigns, social media, and wider communications initiatives.

The Role
This is a new role with scope to shape both strategy and delivery. You will lead on trusts, foundations, corporates and major donors, working closely with the Fundraising Trustee and Curator to:

- Excellent written and numeracy skills and experience of crafting persuasive funding proposals
- Confidence building relationships with funders, trustees and senior stakeholders
- Highly organised working practices and strong attention to detail
Desirable - Experience in museums or heritage, an interest in military history, and a creative, entrepreneurial approach to income generation.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Implementation (Online & Offline)
• Key operational lead, deputising for the Head of Individual Giving and Legacies, taking responsibility for the planning and delivery of campaigns and activity across channels and supporter journeys.
• Develop and implement activity to attract new supporters through an integrated mix of channels, including social platforms (paid and unpaid), search engine advertising, email marketing, and offline appeals.
• Manage relationships with external partners, including creative, fundraising, and digital marketing agencies, ensuring high-quality delivery and ROI.
• Develop and execute integrated campaigns where ultimate conversion may occur via traditional channels such as telephone or mail, taking a holistic approach to acquire and convert new supporters.
• Analyse metrics and data, reporting on KPIs, budget, and spend. Work to constantly test and optimise campaigns to exceed targets and improve return on investment.
• Support forecasting and budget planning on marketing activities within the IG budget.

Stewardship, Content & Operations
• Develop and deliver personalised relationship-building communications and initiatives that recognise supporter loyalty and deepen their connection to the impact of their support.
• Oversee the operational delivery of supporter communications, including the development of processes for bespoke and workflow-delivered thanking and nurturing.
• Create and optimise content, sometimes cross team and directly with our incredible patients and supporters.
• Build journeys that maximise conversions and build loyalty. This includes high-quality creative fundraising writing, concepting, and messaging development.
• Ensure all supporters are thanked and updated in an appropriate and timely manner, working with the team to ensure coverage and that all interactions are in line with our supporter promise.
• Cultivate deeper engagement with supporters beyond transactional interactions, explore opportunities for meaningful dialogue and a sense of community.
Collaboration & Cross-Selling
• Work with the wider PCR team to maximise opportunities for fundraising and patient impact, specifically leading on cross-selling meaningful cash and support propositions to other audiences (e.g., events participants, community fundraisers, and campaigners).
• Work with Agile principles in mind, collaborating with colleagues across the organisation to plan and deliver high-quality work.
• Build key relationships across teams within and outside Public Fundraising to achieve successful fundraising outcomes.
• As required, represent PCR externally, promoting our work and building long-term relationships with stakeholders.
Database and Compliance
• Develop your existing experience and affinity for supporter data to improve outcomes for supporters.
• Hold a very good working knowledge of key aspects of data protection law including GDPR and PECR, as well as the Fundraising Code of Practice.
• Work with our tools and seek to improve knowledge and use of these, including Access CRM, Fundraise Up, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Wordpress and MailChimp.
Skills and Competencies
Our ideal candidate would have the following:
• Fundraising Expertise: Proven experience in an Individual Giving role(s) with a track record of managing both digital acquisition and offline appeals (direct mail/telemarketing) for a charity or social cause, as well as significant experience in retention, marketing communications, supporter services.
• Agency Management: Experience managing creative, fundraising and digital marketing agencies, to deliver a variety of campaigns or activities across multiple channels.
• Digital Proficiency: Demonstrable expertise setting up and managing campaigns in Meta Business Suite, Google paid advertising, and email marketing platforms like Mailchimp.
• Strategic Thinking: Evidence of leading successful integrated campaigns resulting in significant income or lead generation.
• Audience development: Led development of successful new propositions for cross-selling across existing audiences.
• Creative Skills: The ability to motivate and inspire audiences through content and creative writing and storytelling for various channels.
• Financial Acumen: The ability to monitor and manage income and expenditure against targets as well as forecast and report on campaigns across all channels.
• Supporter Experience: A strong desire to provide excellent supporter experience and customer journeys to everyone who encounters PCR.
• Collaborative Mindset: A collaborative and innovative mindset with a desire to test, learn, and work with stakeholders cross-functionally.
• Agile Working: Experience working within Agile project management frameworks would be beneficial.
• Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of WordPress website optimisation and plugins, or a strong desire to learn.

Principal responsibilities and duties
Budget Management
- With the Head of Comms & Individual Giving, set annual budgets and programmes of activity, actively monitoring performance against these and adapting approach as necessary
- Plan, monitor and control expenditure as appropriate and manage income against set budget, KPIs; providing regular revised projections and narrative for the Senior Leadership Team and trustees as required
- Analyse individual giving performance, reporting as required and using the results to improve practice, including evaluation of cost effectiveness and sustainability
Communicating and building relationships
- Cultivate and steward meaningful relationships with individual donors to maintain their engagement and support and ensure a stable and growing donor base
- Create compelling fundraising materials and appeals targeted at individual donors
- Provide excellent donor stewardship through timely acknowledgement of gifts, personalised communication and recognition efforts.
- Develop and deliver a plan of regular communications for recurring givers and high-value donors
- Represent the charity at Willow or third-party events, to promote fundraising products and talk to potential supporters about ways they can get involved

Programme Development
- Conduct regular reviews of income streams and put recommendations into action

Data management

- Work with the Finance Team, Data & Insight Officer and Supporter Care Officer to ensure accurate data recording
- Use data to identify areas of prospective growth and build plans to deliver these
- Adopt a data-led fundraising approach, segmenting data and using supporter journeys to maintain engagement and speak to people about the right products for them
- Monitor donor attrition and implement measures to mitigate disengagement

Person Specification
Experience
- Experience working in individual giving fundraising with an excellent working knowledge of donor recruitment, retention and development
- Experience of designing supporter journeys that engage, retain, and inspire donors
- Experience of preparing and managing annual plans and budgets
- Proven project management experience, including design, print and mailing processes
- Experience of working with a CRM system (we use RE NXT) and digital fundraising tools
- Experienced in using data and insight to inform decisions and optimise activity
Knowledge

Prospectus is excited to be working with our client to help them recruit for a part-time Digital and Creative Fundraising Lead to join their team. The youth club is a voluntary organisation and registered charity, working with young people aged 8 to 19 years. The club was founded in 1926 and is located in Shepherds Bush, West London. Open six days a week, the club provides children and young people with a range of regular after-school and evening activities during term time, and a variety of daytime activities and residential trips during the school holidays. In 2025, it was attended by over 500 local children and young people.
This role is offered on a part-time, 18-month flexible contract (up to 21 hrs/week), paying a salary of £35,000 per annum pro rata, with flexible hybrid or remote working arrangements between home and the club.

About CoppaFeel!
CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.

The Role
CoppaFeel! is seeking an inspiring and strategic Fundraising Director to lead our fundraising activity and help to drive the next phase of our growth.
As a key member of the senior leadership team, you’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering our fundraising strategy, ensuring a strong, diverse and sustainable income portfolio that enables us to reach more people and move closer to a world where all breast cancers are diagnosed early. Leading and supporting a newly formed but high performing team, you’ll oversee new business development, high value corporate partnerships and outstanding stewardship of our supporters. Working closely with the CEO and colleagues across the organisation you’ll set ambitious targets, identify opportunities for growth and champion long term, values aligned partnerships.
CoppaFeel! has experienced a period of exceptional financial growth, increasing income from £1.6m to £7m in 5 years, driven in large part by the success of our partnership with Asda. This has placed the organisation in a strong and exciting position with the opportunity to build for the long term, diversify our income, and significantly increase our impact.
The Fundraising Director will provide bold, strategic leadership to shape the next phase of CoppaFeel!’s growth, evolving our fundraising model, reducing reliance on any single income stream and ensuring long term sustainability. This role is about setting vision, unlocking opportunity and embedding fundraising as a strategic, organisation wide function. While oversight of day to day fundraising performance remains important, this role is fundamentally future focused building resilience and driving innovation.
This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week in our offices based in London Bridge. This role sits within our Senior Management Team and reports into the CEO.
Duties and responsibilities
Strategy & Leadership
- Work as part of the CoppaFeel! SMT shaping the organisational strategy, culture and cross departmental ways of working
- Set and lead an ambitious, multi year fundraising vision aligned to CoppaFeel!’s organisational strategy and impact goals
- Develop and support the Fundraising Team in the delivery of the fundraising strategy to ensure long term sustainability and maximum impact
- Provide strong, clear and consistent leadership through a period of growth, transformation and increasing complexity
- Champion innovation, testing and learning across all fundraising streams to unlock new opportunities and audiences
- Work collaboratively across all departments to ensure that fundraising is integrated across the organisation and aligned with our organisational delivery
Governance
- Work closely with the SMT to develop strategic recommendations for the Board of Trustees and support effective governance
- Development of the 3 year budget, including regular reforecasting and longer term projections to inform investment and growth decisions
- Analyse and monitor the ROI of across all income streams, using insight to drive decision making!
- Take on fundraising related governance responsibilities, including attendance at Finance Committee meetings and contributing to the annual report.

Fundraising
- Drive the delivery of CoppaFeel!'s growth strategy, including achieving fundraising targets across multiple fundraising streams

- Support the Asda partnership at a strategic level, ensuring income is stewarded effectively and impact is clearly reported
- Oversee and empower the Department Heads in the implementation and optimitisation of the fundraising strategy
- Lead the diversification of income, reducing reliance on any single partner or activity and building a resilient, balanced fundraising portfolio Identify and develop fundraising opportunities that are accessible, inclusive and engaging for 18–24-year-olds and priority audiences
Sector representation
- Act as a visible ambassador for CoppaFeel! within the fundraising sector
- Build CoppaFeel!’s fundraising credibility through conference speaking, thought leadership, award entries and sector engagement

About Tiphereth
Tiphereth is a Camphill community in Edinburgh providing residential care and day services for adults with learning disabilities and autism. We are part of the wider Camphill movement, which emphasises intentional community living, meaningful work and shared life between people with and without support needs.
Our community brings together over 200 people with our members, staff, vocational co-worker and volunteers across residential homes, supported living services and vibrant day services. We operate craft workshops, horticulture programmes, a pop-up shop and participate in local markets. Our work is underpinned by anthroposophical principles and a deep commitment to human dignity, inclusion and the belief that everyone has a meaningful contribution to make.
Tiphereth is at an exciting point in its development. Following a successful financial recovery and the launch of our Five-Year Strategy, we are investing in our capacity to grow sustainably. This new Director-level role is central to that ambition, leading our efforts to diversify income, build lasting supporter relationships and tell the story of our community to the wider world.
Role’s Primary Objective
The Fundraising (and associated marketing development) Manager is a senior leadership position, reporting directly to the CEO and sitting alongside other senior managers on the Senior Management Team. This is a newly created role with significant scope to shape Tiphereth's external engagement and income generation strategy.
In Year One, you will be hands-on across the full breadth of fundraising and marketing activity, building the infrastructure, strategy and relationships needed for long-term success. From Year Two onwards, you will have the opportunity to recruit and develop a small team covering marketing and communications, community fundraising, and grant and trust applications.
This role requires someone who can operate strategically whilst also delivering at pace. You will need to be equally comfortable presenting to the Board as you are drafting a grant application or stewarding a major donor. Above all, you will need to connect authentically with our ethos and be able to communicate the distinctive value of Camphill community life to diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
• Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising and marketing strategy aligned with Tiphereth's Five-Year Plan and organisational values
• Work towards strategic income targets including a minimum £250,000 in major donor engagement over five years and increasing non-government income to 10% of total revenue
• Identify, develop and secure new fundraising opportunities to maximise income potential and expand Tiphereth's supporter base
• Provide strategic advice to the CEO and Board on fundraising trends, opportunities and risks
• Build business cases for capital projects and new initiatives requiring external funding
2. Major Gifts and Philanthropy
• Identify, cultivate and steward a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and family foundations with capacity to make transformative gifts
• Develop compelling cases for support and funding proposals for capital projects and programme development
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with donors, ensuring exceptional stewardship and regular impact reporting
• Support the CEO and trustees in their donor engagement activities, preparing briefings and facilitating introductions
• Maximise tax-efficient giving through Gift Aid and other mechanisms
3. Grants and Trusts
• Research and develop a pipeline of grant-making trusts and foundations aligned with Tiphereth's work
• Write and submit high-quality funding applications, working collaboratively with service managers to develop project proposals
• Maintain accurate records of applications, outcomes and reporting requirements
• Build relationships with programme officers and foundation staff to strengthen future applications
4. Marketing and Communications
• Lead the development and implementation of Tiphereth's marketing and communications strategy
• Oversee brand management, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across all channels, including timely responses to donors and interested parties
• Develop engaging content including the Annual Impact Report, newsletters, social media and website
• Champion digital fundraising initiatives and enhance supporter journeys to improve engagement and retention
• Raise Tiphereth's profile through media engagement, events and participation in sector networks
5. Community Fundraising and Events
• Develop and grow community fundraising income including individual giving, regular giving and legacy programmes
• Plan and deliver fundraising events and supporter engagement activities that reflect Tiphereth's values
• Support and coordinate third-party fundraising by community supporters
• Explore corporate partnership opportunities aligned with our ethos
6. Team Development and Management
• Build the case for and recruit specialist roles in marketing, community fundraising and grant-writing as capacity grows (from Year Two)

• Manage budgets for fundraising and marketing activities, monitoring performance and return on investment
