Actively Interviewing

This organisation is scheduling interviews as applications come in. They're ready to hire as soon as they find the right person. Don't miss your opportunity, apply now!

Job description

Start date: as soon as possible and no later than August.

Do you want to direct more of the assets of society towards a social purpose? Are you interested in helping organisations use innovative financing? Would you like to help funders and philanthropists look beyond traditional grant-making in achieving their social objectives?

Join our team, to support our communications and convening activities including delivering the Beacon Forum, the largest, most influential impact economy event in the UK. You’ll be part of a supportive, values-driven team with wide specialisms and expertise, who combine innovative consultancy with research and thought leadership.

Our organisation

New Philanthropy Capital is a think tank and consultancy working with individuals and organisations to maximise their impact.

Established in 2003 by far-sighted philanthropists, we have spent over 20 years at the heart of the impact economy, helping funders, practitioners and policymakers identify promising initiatives, measure and evaluate impact, design effective philanthropic structures, and direct hundreds of millions of pounds towards lasting social and environmental outcomes.

This role

This is a varied role for someone who enjoys clear communication, building relationships and making things happen. You will support NPC’s communications and business development marketing activity, with a particular focus on the Beacon Forum, helping to engage partners and sponsors, promote events and content, and keep projects organised and moving forward.

The attributes we are looking for include:

  •  Strong communication and relationship skills
  • Organised, proactive and detail-focused
  • Good digital, marketing and stakeholder engagement skills

You may not have everything listed in the job description, but if you’re excited about this role and believe you could make a difference, we encourage you to apply. We are committed to supporting and developing you through informal and formal learning and training
