Main Responsibilities
· To input and process finance data on a daily basis, using the finance system (currently Xledger), Excel, and CRM and other relevant systems, to maintain accurate and up to date financial records for the Trust and Folly Farm Centre.
· To support the Financial Controller and Accountant in the provision of accurate and up to date financial information.
· To provide cover if required for general administration, including telephone, reception and general enquiries.
· Attend regular team meetings and make a positive contribution to delivering an excellent finance service.
· To undertake specific ad hoc tasks as required.

Join Dementia UK as a Gift Processing Officer helping to establish an excellent level of financial processing that will underpin the growth in fundraising activity across a range of income streams.
Working within the supporter care team you will be responsible for processing a high volume of donations. The two Assistant Vergers and Precinct Officers (AVPOs) carry out a wide range of duties under the direction of the Head Verger and Precinct Manager. The Programme Officer role will report to the Programme Manager and sit within the Programmes Team.

What can we offer you?
The salary band for this role is £24,000 - £27,000 per annum, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
You will start on 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (which increases after 2 years), plus additional time off to volunteer.
