The Services Marketing and Communications Officer is responsible for developing and delivering marketing and communications plans to support specific service KPI’s and objectives.
The successful candidate will be a marketing and communications all-rounder, with a working understanding of brand, marketing, communications, media relations, PR and social media relating to services, and able to work with marcomms colleagues to support services through these channels.
Main Responsibilities:
· Develop and deliver bespoke marketing and communications plans and activities specific to particular Family Action services and targeted at their audiences (public and professional).
· Develop marketing collateral, press releases, guides/toolkits, adverts, articles for professional magazines, e-bulletins/newsletters, web pages, events, etc.
· Ensure all services marketing activity is brand compliant and aligned to Family Action’s corporate priorities, as well as meeting the needs of the specific service.
· Manage the production of marketing collateral using design tools/software and/or Family Action templates. This will include copywriting, proof reading, image selection.
· Liaison with and management of external suppliers, such as designers and printers, when appropriate. Management of the production process on behalf of the service/s you work for and budget management.

· Demonstrable experience of developing and delivering a range of successful marketing and communications activity across multiple channels and for a variety of stakeholders.
· Experience of working within a corporate visual identity and translating that for multiple uses.
· Experience of materials development, e.g. writing, editing, proofreading, design (including the use of design software).
· Some understanding of website design and delivery, e.g. developing content, navigation, accessibility, SEO.
· Experience of managing external consultants and suppliers, e.g designers, printers.
· Experience of managing projects to be delivered on time and in budget.
· A marketing or design qualification or similar experience, and evidence of a commitment to continuing learning and professional development.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Interest in the charity sector and social impact.

Our Counsellors are a lifeline to people in need of talking treatment providing a safe clinical space for individuals to speak out about negative life events and take back control of their lives. We are now recruiting a qualified counsellor to offer life-changing, talking treatments to adults experiencing mild to moderate mental health and wellbeing needs in GP practices across the Rhondda. Role Purpose

Main duties and responsibilities
To uphold and promote best practice in the delivery of high-quality person-centred counselling / psychotherapy services to ensure all Cwm Taf Morgannwg Mind services are safe, ethical and client centred in line with the Mind Quality Mark.
To accurately capture data taking direction from the Counselling supervisor, and colleagues in Primary Care to ensure robust quality monitoring is undertaken and all patient notes accounted for in the delivery of counselling /psychotherapeutic services.
In collaboration with internal and external colleagues to explore how we can improve the counselling / psychotherapeutic experience for people who use our services, implementing recommendations and learning from clinical supervision, team meetings, line management meetings, and your own reflections to improve and refine your professional counselling practice. Role purpose
Compass is a service designed to support adults (18 years and over) in H&F and Hounslow. The service provides support with welfare benefits, debt, housing and well-being/peer support groups/workshops.
The role of the Information and Advice Worker will be to provide advice, guidance and customer representation to H&F and Hounslow residents living with mental health problems. Advice issues may include, housing, benefits, council tax, debt, signposting etc.
The successful candidate will deliver support to enquirers and manage a caseload of individuals as agreed with the project manager. In addition to advice casework, the Advice Worker will also be expected to assist onboarding referrals to the service when needed.
The successful candidate will be required to work alongside other caseworkers and volunteers supporting on the project and report to the project manager.
The Advice Worker will be required to work within the Advice Quality Standard framework (AQS), and adhere to Mind’s policies and procedures.

The PA to the Archdeacon is a crucial and incredibly varied role at the Diocese, as you will provide support at a senior level to ensure the smooth running of the work of the Archdeacon’s Office in Maidstone.

The Science Council is a registered charity and we believe science and innovation are vital for human thriving. We provide professional recognition by setting standards for four interdisciplinary professional registers: Registered Science Technician (RSciTech), Registered Scientist (RSci), Chartered Scientist (CSci) and Chartered Science Teacher (CSciTeach).
The Registration and Licensing team supports the adminstration and development of the professional registers. We work with the Science Council’s member organisations and a large number of volunteers who assess different parts of the registration process. We also answer queries from registrants and potential registrants.
You will have excellent customer service skills as well as administrative/coordination skills and experience. You will have proficient use of software platforms relevant to the role such as Microsoft Office, Customer Relationship Management platform, video conferencing and a willingness to become an expert user of our software platforms.
You will have to be able to handle confidential data securely and in line with data-sharing protocols and an initiative in suggesting and making process improvements.

Our Grants Officers hold responsibility for operational and administrative support to the fund management of a portfolio of grants on UK Aid Match. We have an exciting opportunity for Support Workers who are passionate, enthusiastic individuals to join our commissioned service that will deliver high quality activity sessions to children and young people aged 8-18 that have special education needs and disabilities.
This Support Worker role is based in Merseyside, it is 18.5 hours per week which involves evening, and weekend work during term time, with shifts transitioning to daytime hours during school holidays.
The Ideal candidate will need:
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging activities suitable for diverse age groups and abilities.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience working with children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities is desirable.
Some of the key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead activity sessions for children and young people, maintaining a high standard of service. You would need to liaise with parents as well as manage group bookings. Be able to plan and deliver engaging activities suitable for the age range and needs of the participants. Ensure all paperwork, including risk assessments, consent form and behaviour management plans are completed and kept up to date.
This service provides transport for some of the children and young people so it would be advantageous for the post holder to be able to drive as they may be required to drive a vehicle which facilitates group transport.
