We are looking for someone to support CCT’s strategy with the replacement/upgrade of its current digital information systems with a new fit for purpose digital environment and manage the Trust’s move to this new environment.

You will work with all teams within the Trust, across all levels of the organisation, developing and implementing CCT’s Digital Transformation Strategy. You will take the lead in further documentation of the system and recommend a product/suite of products that will achieve the Trust’s Digital Transformation programme.

As Digital Transformation Officer, you will oversee teams that use agile, data-driven, and digital solutions to address the human factors that affect CCT’s capacity to achieve its strategic goals. These factors include how to cultivate, engage, evolve, measure and bring CCT’s workforce along the digital transformation experience.

Job Purpose

The purpose of the Programme Coordinator is co-ordinate with all parties (Community Engagement Manager, the Programme Manager, LMK Leaders and the host organisations) to enable LMK to deliver high quality workshops for young people/youth work professionals/workplaces. 

Acting as the lynchpin of the organisation’s delivery team, the Programme Coordinator takes the workshop brief from the LMK Community Engagement Manager and then works with the Programme Manager to secure facilitators (LMK leaders), ensures the host organisation receives all supporting information, and provides LMK Leaders with the resources they need to deliver the workshop effectively. This role is also responsible for regular reporting about workshop bookings and delivery. 

Reporting to our CEO, the successful candidate will be part of LMK’s core staff team. You will work with LMK staff, LMK Leaders, members of our Youth Advisory Board, trustees and key stakeholders to develop and implement our long-term strategy. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Provide excellent customer service to organisations who are hosting LMK workshops, ensuring that all communication is timely and accurate, and any questions are responded to in full.

• Liaise with the Programme Manager and LMK Leaders to ensure there is clear understanding around their areas of expertise, availability and any specific considerations that need to be taken into account when delivering workshops.

• Open up opportunities to deliver workshops to any Leader applicable, ensuring the allocation of workshops is done fairly and consistently.

• Ensure LMK leaders have the information and resources required to deliver their workshop.

• Work closely with the Research and Evaluation Manager to ensure that the correct evaluation surveys are made available to workshop participants. 

• Work with our Head of Fundraising to track workshop delivery against funder commitments.

• Keep the CRM system data up to date in a timely way.

• Produce regular reports for the CEO on the booking and delivery of workshops, as well as any ad-hoc reports requested. 

• Share Leader evaluation feedback from workshops with Leaders.

• Check invoices submitted by LMK leaders, and work with the Programme Manager to get them approved. 

• Support the Programme Manager to organise LMK Leader Huddles and training events.

• Comply with our policies and procedures relating to safeguarding, confidentiality, complaints and data protection.

Person specification

• At least 2 years’ experience in an event management/admin management/executive assistant/operations role where there was a strong requirement to work with multiple stakeholders internally and externally.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an excellent track record of customer service.

• Proven ability to work well within a team.

• Highly organised to manage a diverse workload with excellent time management and ability to pay attention to detail.

• Excellent organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Creative thinker with the ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent IT skills across core MS/Google packages, ideally with experience of CRM use

Day Opportunities Manager – working with adults with learning disabilities

Salary:                                up to £28,350 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Responsible for: Day Opportunity coordinators, seniors and support workers, volunteers and service users

We have an exciting opportunity to join Centre 404’s Learning and Leisure team as the manager of our Day Opportunities service.  This service supports adults with a wide range of needs to be active members of the community, increase their independence, develop their life skills and set themselves goals and achievements to work towards.

The post holder will be responsible for line managing the team who plan and deliver a broad programme of social and educational community-based activities.  You will oversee the smooth running of the service and be responsible for quality assurance while ensuring the identified aims of the programme are met. You will also oversee all associated administration, the recruitment and management of relevant staff and volunteers, and contribute to the running and ongoing development of the service.

The role will involve balancing multiple priorities, including strategic planning as well as hands-on work alongside the rest of the team, ensuring a person-centred approach is maintained at all times and involving people in decision-making structures. There is ample scope for personal and professional development.

This job does require you to be an experienced manager who has planned and developed sessions for people with learning disabilities and led and motivated a team to ensure positive outcomes for people using the service.

Prospectus is delighted to be working with a prestigious postgraduate university for the arts as they look to appoint a temporary Disability Adviser, to join their student experience team. The team help to support the progression and retention of students facing challenges throughout their time at the College and is committed to enhancing the complete student experience. This role is full time, initially for 4 weeks, with the potential of extension to 8 weeks.

As a Disability Adviser, you will establish, deliver and monitor high quality, expert advice and support for postgraduate taught and research students with disabilities, including mental health and general health conditions. Your work will be centred on assessing the needs of their incoming student cohort, proactively liaising with colleagues across the College to anticipate reasonable adjustments and implement support opportunities, supporting funding applications via 1:1 and group appointments, and updating web pages and social media information.

To be considered for this role you will, have knowledge and understanding of student disability issues including an up-to-date understanding of the Equality Act and other relevant legislation and frameworks, specifically, the College's responsibilities within these areas. You will also have the ability to communicate effectively with wide range of people, including in challenging situations, for example, working with people with complex and sensitive conditions, as well as strong networking skills to work sensitively with individuals and teams to ensure the best possible support for student. Experience working in a Higher Education setting is desirable, however not essential.

Main Responsibilities:

 Duty Officer:

 – Opening and closing of the Sovereign Centre, depending on shift, and ensure the safety of the area in adherence with YMCA procedures.

– To ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed, i.e. fire evacuation, safety of facility users, assisting with any accidents that occur and giving first aid if needed.

– To follow YMCA safeguarding policy to ensure that vulnerable adults and young people are properly protected.

– Setting up/down rooms for hire including equipment, checking for damage and ensure it is safe to use.

– Overseeing rooms and facilities, general tidying and ensure all areas are safe including storage and outside spaces.

– Assisting with reception duties including taking payments for activities, answering visitor enquiries and promoting YMCA services.

– Complete food safety and hygiene checks, maintaining records as required.

– Re-stocking and purchasing of first aid supplies, keeping all kits full and in date.

– Supporting Hirers with enquiries, invoices, hold agreements and dealing with bookings.

– Maintain the Sovereign Centre calendar for all bookings.

– Ensuring DO pack, PEEP forms and building risk assessments are reviewed and kept up to date.

– Create, fill and distribution of monthly DO rota for the centre.

– Keeping Sovereign building paperwork and on-line folders safe, secure and up to date.

– To support and promote all services which run from centre as required.

– Attend and participate in relevant internal/external meetings and forums related to the CYP services activities.

– Supporting the wider work of the Association including charity events.

– Any other duties required within the grade and renumeration of the role.

The role

Working Well is a mental health and employment charity in London. All of our projects share the aim of improving the lives of people with mental health, learning disabilities, neurodiversity, and/or complex issues through training and employment.

We are recruiting a full-time and a part time Employment Support Worker for our supported employment team in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames. These are permanent roles. The post holder will carry a caseload of clients who may have one or more support needs including:

• Learning Disabilities

• Autism 

• Mental Health

The focus of the role is to support clients to achieve their employment goals, engaging with employers and training providers to secure vocational outcomes in line with client preferences.

Experience of employment support is not essential, it is more important that you share our commitment to supporting people to find the right job for them. Experience working with individuals affected by learning disabilities and autism would be beneficial. The successful candidate must be comfortable in approaching employers, persuading them to use our service, and working with them to recruit our clients to fill vacancies and sustain employment.

You will work closely with referring teams, providing a coordinated approach that always remains client led.  You will also be in working to targets whilst maintaining a high-quality service. 

We are operating a hybrid working model in our Kingston team, with a combination of working from home and in the community with a required 3 days per week spent in our Kingston office.

My Life My Choice (MLMC) is a multi-award-winning self-advocacy charity uniquely run by and for people with learning disabilities, founded in 1998.  The charity delivers a diverse range of innovative user led projects that enhance and empower the lives of adults with learning disabilities in Oxfordshire.  These established projects include a fee earning training and consultancy Professional Services team, gig buddy, travel buddy scheme, a nightclub, campaigns and self-advocacy groups.

We are now looking for a committed individual to join our Professional Services team. The role holder will help to coordinate projects to increase skills, improve health, and build confidence and independence for our members with a learning disability. The role will involve project coordination of our exciting new Pioneering Good Health project and our award-winning Digital Inclusion project.  Please note that this role does not require an IT technician/specialist; a basic, every day, standard, all round understanding of using a laptop/device will suffice.

The post calls for an individual with excellent project coordination, administration, and communication skills. We need a resilient individual who thrives on regular face-to-face interaction with beneficiaries. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing sound, motivating leadership and creating a work atmosphere where our dedicated, talented team can thrive. You will be responsible for leading on delivering the charity's services, which includes managing and overseeing projects, policies and procedures within the organisation. 

You will be working as part of a growing, busy, collaborative and motivated team and be able to adapt well to changing priorities. You will have oversight of a team of 10-12 people including contracted staff, volunteers and directly manage 3-5 members of the team.

You will work alongside the CEO, staff team, trustees and charity accountant in ensuring strong financial management of all projects.  You will report to the CEO and Board of Trustees, attend quarterly board meetings and produce regular reports on the activities and outcomes to stakeholders.

The role will also involve evaluating the organisation’s processes and ensuring they are efficient and accessible, as well as ensuring we meet our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This will inform operational development and future strategies.

Person specification

Essential Criteria 

• An understanding of autism and experience working with autistic adults without a learning disability
• Strong understanding of the duties of statutory services and key legislation that underpins the rights of autistic people
• Knowledge and practice of relevant legislation – Autism Act 2009 and National Strategy, Care Act 2014, Mental Health Act 1983, Mental Capacity Act 2005, Equalities Act 2010, GDPR 2018
• Experience developing and optimising support services for disabled people 
• An understanding of the third sector and health and social care landscape in London
• Proven track record in an operational, managerial role within the third sector
• A strong leader and manager, with proven experience mentoring a staff and volunteer team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities, and driving towards excellent outcomes
• Experience leading the delivery of high-quality services for charity beneficiaries

• Defining and delivering organisational goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency
• Ability to plan and manage budgets and contribute to decisions on the allocation of resources
