Are you a marketing professional who is passionate about turning data into actionable insights?
We’re looking for a Customer Insight Officer, who will conduct qualitative and quantitative market research to understand the motivations, behaviours and needs of our customers.

What does this role do?
As Customer Insight Officer, you will:

  • design and execute mixed method research projects, from quantitative surveys to focus groups, you’ll delve into our customer base to understand their behaviours,
  • combine this research with existing data from internal and external sources, to pull together clear narratives that help us understand our customers,
  • present insights to key stakeholders, distilling complex data into concise, actionable insights, that drive decision-making,
  • use this data to contribute to the development of customer personas and journeys, working closely with colleagues in the Customer Journey team,
  • support the management of our brand tracker.

Interviews for this role are provisionally scheduled for week commencing 10th August 2026, and will take place on Teams.

Could this be you?
To be successful in this role, you’ll need some experience in a consumer, audience or market research role, with strong analytical and interpretative skills to draw significant insights from data. You’ll need some experience across qualitative and quantitative methods, such as running focus groups, or software and analytics tools. You’ll need experience of managing research projects from planning to execution, and we're particularly interested in hearing from candidates who have training or experience in trauma-informed research practice.
