Regular Giving Fundraising Assistant

We’re looking for a Regular Giving Fundraising Assistant to be responsible for provide support to our Regular Giving Fundraising team, who are responsible for some of our most popular fundraising products.
What does this job do?
As Regular Giving Fundraising Assistant, you’ll:
- advise internal teams and external fulfilment companies regarding public queries relating to regular giving products, ensuring enquiries and complaints are handled swiftly and effectively,
- provide support for the Sponsor a Dog scheme, from arranging photoshoots to liaising with rehoming centres to prepare new sponsor dogs information,
- assist with the day-to-day running of the Companion Club, ensuring a smooth experience for our dedicated supporters,
- contribute to copywriting and planning for Sponsor a Dog content.
This role is fixed term until September 2027. Interviews are provisionally scheduled for 7th, 8th and 9th September 2026 and will take place on Teams.
