About the role:

Working remotely and in person, you’ll provide the highest quality customer care and support volunteers in line with the charity’s governance requirements, as well as our policies and procedures. You’ll provide high quality business support to colleagues to promote volunteering opportunities and bring volunteers together in the local community.

- Provide continual training and compliance monitoring support to our Face to Face partners in the execution of all door, private Sites and events fundraising, this includes leading on developing new opportunities in conjunction with St John events.
- Oversee and collaboratively work with our Telephone Fundraising partners on their training and compliance of all deliverables such as welcome calls, upgrades, reactivations and other fundraising campaigns – includes caller listening
- Oversee regular audits of agents, to monitor against key auditory compliance and performance metrics.
- Manage relationships with our Face to Face partners with training, development and materials, and performance reviews. Monitoring various forms or training and reviewing inductions in line with our agreed contract.

We are seeking a Fundraiser with a background in lead and income generation with the drive to create change for farmed animals in the UK. You will be part of a small, high-impact team specialising in consumer education and political advocacy to help us grow our supporter base and raise essential income to support our work for animals.
As Fundraiser (Lead Generator), you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission by identifying and cultivating potential donors and supporters. About you

- Delivering on fundraising priorities and targets for trusts and foundations income, including our current and future major appeals.
- Researching, identifying, and prioritising appropriate trusts and foundations to maintain and convert a pipeline of new, prospective trusts and foundations.
- Working with colleagues across the organisation to help shape projects for funding and creating strong Cases for Support to ensure effective applications.
- Writing and submitting high quality targeted funding applications.

This is a new role for the Circuit, replacing a volunteer. In designing the position, the Circuit has aimed for maximum flexibility to secure the best candidate for the role. Initially, the person will need physically to attend some meetings to familiarise themselves with the Circuit's operations and ensure a smooth hand-over. The Richmond & Hounslow Circuit comprises seven churches in southwest London. As with all Methodist circuits, these churches function autonomously yet collaborate closely in their ministry and mission efforts. The Circuit oversees joint resources, including staff and property. Presently, it employs four full-time ordained ministers, one full-time lay pastor, and a part-time administrator. As a part of the Methodist Church, its mission is “to respond to the gospel of God’s love in Christ and to live out its discipleship in worship and mission”. To fulfil this mission, the Circuit fosters a broad spectrum of ministry within its congregations, focusing on worship but also engaging in outreach to the homeless, asylum seekers, new parents, and various other groups. We are looking to recruit two Digital Marketing Officers to join the newly created Digital Engagement team working to deliver exceptional digital activity that delivers against organisational objectives. One successful candidate will lead on supporting social channels and the other on email marketing, however both roles will be expected to work across all digital channels and cover for each other as necessary.
You will work on digital campaigns across email, organic social and paid digital marketing channels, including PPC and social media. This role will be vital in setting up a new digital hub of expertise within the organisation and helping to drive forward the best use of digital channels.
