Job Description
- Manage and oversee the processing of the company payroll and pensions of around 650 employees.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable financial and tax regulations.

This is a new and exciting role at the charity, focussing on how we can offer additional impactful support in the local

Your role The Group Finance Manager will work within a small team and an extended team of around 15-20 finance staff in the schools. You will manage significant investments and investment property. You will also maintain an accurate cash flow forecast for the group. Karibuni Children, a UK registered charity, works to help Kenyan children from some of the poorest backgrounds, to fulfil their potential and release themselves from the cycle of poverty. Job Description
Salary: up to £30,000 – 34,000 full time equivalent depending on experience.

Role purpose:
To manage the UK Office activities and support Trustees in administrative tasks relating to Fundraising, Finance and Operational matters.
Key work areas and tasks:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Administration & Operations
● Develop and maintain effective and efficient administrative systems

Fundraising
● Ensure postings to CRM are accurate and reconcile to financial systems
● Manage receipts from online sites and ensure that CRM system is updated accordingly

● Organise and manage Karibuni’s own-organised fundraising events, marketing events on internal and external platforms, registering participants, overseeing risk assessments, and maintaining related records.

Marketing & Communications
● Make updates to the charity website and social media channels

The Governance Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our complaint, disciplinary and safeguarding processes and procedures. The successful candidate will develop and deliver administrative support to the wider team such as through servicing meetings, creating action logs and maintaining records.
This is a part time (0.6FTE) and permanent role.

The Upper Norwood Library Hub (UNLH) provides lifelong learning & opportunity for local communities & design inclusive spaces for learning, wellbeing & the arts that support local communities & protect & sustain libraries. UNLH sits on the cusp of 5 London Boroughs (Croydon, Lambeth, Bromley, Southwark & Lewisham). We are seeking and experienced administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for the range of administrative tasks across the charity - facilities, visitor support, projects, HR & finance.
Our successful candidate will have excellent planning and organisational skills. They will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, and be highly efficient as well as very flexible.
We’re seeking someone who is highly proactive and capable of working with, and across, a range of people – inside and outside of UNLT. The roles success depends on delivering competing priorities and projects to different deadlines. This means we’re looking for evidence of well-developed skills in communication (oral and written), negotiation and persuasion.
This is an interesting and varied role, with responsibility for many different areas of governance & service delivery. It is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and understanding as to how a small charity like UNLT operates.

We are recruiting for a specialist Money & Budgeting Advisor into our Advice Service to provide money, budgeting and debt advice to our members, oversee the application processes for our expanded hardship funds and to run our new financial literacy programme. This role will work alongside another Money & Budgeting Advisor and with our wider Advice & Wellbeing team, supporting each other to achieve positive outcomes for our students. The post holder will provide accurate finance, debt and budgeting advice and information to students using the Advice Service including casework, support and advocacy.
