We are looking for a Learning & Development Partner to join our People Services team. More about the role

As a Learning & Development Partner, you will work across the organisation to design and deliver high quality, blended learning solutions. You will partner with teams and managers to understand development needs, creating practical and engaging learning experiences that support both individual growth and organisational priorities. 

You will deliver a mix of workshops, coaching, and mentoring, as well as contributing to key programmes such as onboarding, apprenticeships, and leadership development. Alongside this, you will play an important role in organisational development initiatives, ensuring learning is inclusive, accessible, and aligned with our values. 

This is a hybrid role, based from Burford with a minimum of two days per week in the office. Regular travel to other Blue Cross sites will be required to deliver training.

PETA Netherlands Membership Coordinator (part-time)

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

• Translate correspondence from English to Dutch and from Dutch to English

Key Responsibilities

CRM & Data Management

• Own and manage HorseWorld’s CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and usability
• Act as system administrator and lead on any future development or upgrades

Data Protection & Compliance

• Work with the CEO to ensure compliance with GDPR and relevant fundraising regulations

• Reconcile all fundraising income through the CRM with the Accounts team on a monthly basis

Gift Aid

• Manage and improve Gift Aid processes to ensure efficiency and compliance

• Complete required returns to the Gambling Commission

We are looking for a Product Owner, Microsoft Dynamics 365 to play a central role in shaping how we use Dynamics across Blue Cross. Sitting within our Information Services directorate, this role will act as the bridge between business teams, Information Services colleagues, and Microsoft implementation partners, helping to ensure the platform continues to evolve in a way that supports our work for pets and the people who love them. 

More about the role

As Product Owner for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, you will lead the development and ongoing improvement of the platform across the charity. You will work closely with colleagues across different teams to understand their needs, translate these into clear requirements, and ensure the system delivers real value for the organisation. 

You will own and prioritise the product backlog, shape the roadmap for the platform, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver enhancements, improvements and fixes. Alongside this, you will play a key role in driving user adoption, establishing best practice for CRM use and data quality, and helping teams move away from siloed systems and spreadsheet driven processes. 

This is a highly collaborative role that combines product ownership, stakeholder engagement and hands on configuration. You will work with colleagues across the organisation to ensure Dynamics 365 continues to evolve and support better ways of working, improved data insight and stronger organisational impact.

You will bring strong experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, along with the ability to translate complex business needs into practical system solutions. Oasis Southampton City Farm is a community focused registered charity working in Southampton. We provide a range of supportive, wellbeing boosting, and nature-based activities for our communities, which include young people and adult learners with disabilities.

We are looking for sessional farm assistants who will support the Farm Lead in delivering the vision for the farm by supporting the delivery of the farm’s variety of activities, including:

 · To deliver youth activities on the farm, supporting young people to help care for the animals

· To deliver birthday parties on weekends to groups of up to 30,

· To deliver animal experiences, giving families the opportunity to meet and greet our rescued and rehomed animals

· To support our adult day service with caring for our animals

Bali Animal Welfare Association (BAWA) is a nonprofit organization registered in Indonesia and the US, and based in Bali.  BAWA’s vision is for all of Bali’s villages to be their own animal sanctuaries, where all beings are treated with compassion and respect. BAWA provides numerous programs from humane dog population management and disease control to extensive education and advocacy programs for sustainable improvement in animal welfare. BAWA works directly to relieve the suffering of animals by providing emergency rescue, food and medication, and rehabilitation and adoption. Primary purpose of the role:

WECare’s Finance Officer will support the Head of Finance in the day-to-day financial operations of the charity, ensuring financial transactions are accurately recorded, reconciled, and reported. The role will play a key part in maintaining financial transparency and strong financial controls across the organisation, particularly in managing donations, supplier payments, and internal financial processes. The successful candidate will bring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, while also being able to understand the wider goals of a mission-driven organisation and the importance of responsible stewardship of donor funds. As WECare continues to expand its programmes and impact, this role will support improvements to financial systems and processes, helping ensure the charity can scale effectively while maintaining strong financial governance.

The position is available for part-time 20-30 hours at the beginning with potential to grow to full time.

Key responsibilities:

1. Financial Administration:

• Manage the finance inbox and respond to finance-related queries

• Record supplier invoices and maintain accurate financial records

• Ensure correct coding of expenditure across departments and projects

• Reconcile company credit cards and other financial transactions

2. Financial Reporting:

• Support the Head of Finance with preparation of management accounts and year end accounts

• Assist in preparation of year-end financial information and audits

• Contribute to maintaining strong financial controls and reporting standards

3. Accounting :

• Work within accounting platform to maintain organised and auditable financial records

• Assist with system improvements and financial data migration between software platforms, convert transactions between currencies where required

• Process and reconcile daily donations received by the charity and maintain accurate records of donor income

• Support preparation and submission of Gift Aid reports

Key Attributes:

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Experience in a finance, accounting, or bookkeeping role

• Experience working with accounting systems such as Xero or Sage

• Ability to work effectively with both remote and onsite teams.

Purpose of the role

We are looking for a passionate and strategic Philanthropy Manager to help drive our mission to restore wildlife and create a world where wildlife thrives.  This role is focused on raising vital funds from individuals to support ZSL’s global ambition.  You will lead on engaging new and cultivating existing supporters, securing high-value and major gifts. As part of your stewardship and cultivation work, you will build deep, lasting relationships and grow a sustainable income stream that powers our global impact.

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of spending two days a week in the office at a minimum, alongside attending occasional off-site meetings with donors and stakeholders.  As with many major gift roles, there may be some evening or weekend work to support events, donor visits, or special experiences.

Key responsibilities:

Fundraising Strategy: Contribute to strategic planning to ensure a coordinated and donor-centric approach that maximises philanthropic support, in collaboration with the Head of Philanthropy.

Donor Cultivation and Stewardship: To manage and grow a personal portfolio of high-value and major donors, securing income from high-value and major gifts.

Prospect Research: Identifying and researching potential donors who align with the organisation's mission and goals, with support from the Prospect Researcher.

Proposal Writing and Donor Reporting: Craft compelling and personalised proposals and presentations to secure funding, and work closely with the wider fundraising and project delivery teams to produce high quality reports.

Event Management: Support the organisation and delivery of events to cultivate relationships with donors and prospects.

Financial accountability: Keep accurate records and handle accompanying gift administration and recognition.

About you

• Experienced fundraising and donor development professional within the charity or cultural sectors, with a proven track record of securing five- and six-figure gifts from individuals, trusts, foundations, and institutional partners.
• Confident in developing compelling proposals and presentations that engage and inspire individual philanthropists.
• Experience working with fundraising databases and donor management systems.
• A proven track record in working with senior volunteers in a fundraising context.
• Knowledge of fundraising best practices and ethical considerations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
