· Confident supporting multiple people and handling a fast-paced role with frequent change and shifting priorities

· Completer/finisher mindset to deliver work at pace to a high standard

· Clear and effective communicator who inspires confidence

· Team player and collaborator who strives for excellence and continual improvement

· Positive and can-do attitude; someone who rolls up their sleeves and gets the job done in a range of scenarios (whether untangling headsets in preparation for visitors to the Contact Centre or participating in a meeting on colleague engagement)

· Strategic and project manager mindset – spotting ways to help everyone work smarter

· Excellent organisational and forward-planning skills; always thinking one step ahead

· Discretion and professionalism

· Swift and accurate minute-taking, notes and action tracking

· Someone who is adaptable and comfortable with change and getting to grips with new ways quickly

· Excellent time management and transparency regarding workload and priorities

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, CoPilot), familiar with NetSuite would be helpful

· Someone who is open to trying different technologies/approaches

Regular office attendance and flexibility will be required due to the nature of the role, as well as occasional travel if required.

What We Offer:

We believe in taking care of our people, and we offer a great range of benefits, including:

· 29 days annual leave plus bank holidays

· A contributory pension scheme

· Flexible hybrid working arrangement

· Generous Life Insurance

· Wellbeing days to support your mental health

· A healthcare cashback scheme

· Access to an Employee Assistance Programme

· Working outside the UK (up to 30 days in a 12-month period)

· Free on-site gym (Birmingham)

· Enhanced maternity pay

· A birthday voucher to celebrate your special day

How to Apply

We’d love to learn more about you! Please send us your CV and a short cover letter (max 500 words) explaining how you meet the criteria and why you’d be a great fit for our team.

If you need any adjustments to help you perform at your best during the recruitment process, please contact us and we’ll be happy to discuss them.

· First interviews: 16th / 17th October (via Teams)
