The Role

An exciting opportunity to be part of a LGBT+ support service.The successful candidate will provide effective person-centred support to LGBT+ people living in Causeway’s specialist LGBT+ supported housing.Support clients to achieve tangible progress in areas such as tenancy management, independent living skills and training/education.Support LGBT+ clients to develop greater self-esteem and self-confidence. Equip clients for independent living and move-on to more independent accommodation.Develop support plans with individual clients that reflect their ambitions and aspirations with clear actions for achieving these. Contribute to risk assessment and safeguarding plans. Ensure clients settle into their accommodation and become familiar with the local area. Work closely with the Housing Team to ensure residents are complying with the terms of their occupancy agreements. Contribute to client involvement within the LGBT+ supported housing service. Be aware of trauma informed working, particularly with regard to trauma experienced by LGBT+ people. Ensure clients are linked into appropriate support services and sustain engagement with services.

You will work a combination of office, client-home, community, and home-based working. Causeway is a 4-day week employer, so you will work 32 hours over 4 days a week. Causeway is a London living wage employer. You will receive a 6% pension contribution, rising to 12% after two years service. Role Purpose 

This role is centered on global identity and access management (IAM), with a primary focus on Microsoft Entra ID. The ideal candidate may bring experience expertise across the broader Microsoft 365 security ecosystem: Intune, Defender, and Sentinel. dmap for identity and security technologies while ensuring a secure, compliant, and well-governed environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for hybrid Microsoft Entra ID, by providing strategic guidance, technical leadership, and hands-on support for identity and access management initiatives 

•  Configure and manage Conditional Access, PIM, and RBAC to enforce adaptive access controls and identity governance aligned with modern security frameworks emphasizing continuous evaluation of user, device, and session risk 

• Configure and troubleshoot SSO, Provisioning, and any other MFA integrations with enterprise applications 

• Track and incorporate operational/incident trends to evolve enterprise IAM and security posture 

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity and endpoint security issues in real time 

• Maintenance of Microsoft Intune, to support device compliance, configuration profiles, and related security controls to improve security postures 

• Maintenance of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, with a strong understanding of threat protection, attack surface reduction, and endpoint detection and response

The ideal candidate

• Experience designing and implementing policies and procedures related to: Cloud tenant security (O365), Conditional Access, PIM, MFA, Auditing, logging, threat detection 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or related technical field (or equivalent experience) 

• Preferred certifications: 
  Microsoft certifications such as Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Security Operations Analyst Associate, or Information Protection Administrator 
  CISSP, GIAC, Security+, or other relevant IT security certifications

This is a unique opportunity to combine your commercial finance expertise with meaningful, values-driven work. In this role, you’ll be a trusted adviser and challenger to our Income Generation, Corporate Services, and Operations teams providing the insight, analysis, and financial planning they need to deliver life-saving services.

Contract terms:​

• Initially a 12month fixed term contract

• £45,000 - £50,000 per annum with Benefits

•  Full time hours are 35 hours per week, but we are passionate about flexible working, talk to us about your preferences.

• Hybrid working: Linked to our Ewell (Surrey) office with a blend of home working and access to work from our offices in Ewell and London Bridge.

• In-person working: Meeting in person and working collaboratively are things we value. We work in person around 2 days or more per month.

About you​

You’ll be someone who thrives on partnership and influence, equally comfortable challenging assumptions as you are supporting colleagues. You can balance detail with the bigger picture, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing organisational needs — all while working with professionalism, integrity, and respect.

What you’ll do​

• Lead commercial financial reporting, forecasting, and scenario analysis for the Income Generation, Corporate Services, and Operations teams
• Partner with senior leaders to analyse performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support decision-making.
• Produce costings and forward projections for new and existing activities.
• Provide expert financial modelling and analysis to support new income generation opportunities and strategic initiatives.
• Build financial capability across the organisation, helping colleagues develop commercial acumen.
• Collaborate across the Finance team to deliver team-wide goals and organisational priorities.

What we’re looking for​

• Broad experience in commercial financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Proven experience leading the financial element of projects or investment decisions.
• Strong skills in presenting financial information clearly to senior leadership.
• Highly analytical, commercially astute, and confident in interrogating financial data.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial planning/reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong working relationships.
• Experience within the charity or not-for-profit sector would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of Business Central and Cosmos would be desirable.
• Degree level education or equivalent experience.
• Part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA, or equivalent) with proven accounting experience.
