Salary Range (depending on experience): pro rata of £32,910 – £38,745 incl. OLW
Hours: Part-time 21 hours per week. We are able to offer some flexibility with the role such as term time only or flexibility with days/times.

About the role
Richmond AID is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic person who will support our vision of putting Deaf and Disabled people at the centre of everything we do. We are looking for an experienced person who can develop and implement an engagement and co-production strategy. You will work closely with our other managers and play an integral role in the management team.
The role involves leading the delivery and development of our dynamic Community and Engagement team. This multidisciplinary team currently has 6 direct reports and services include: BuddyUp, Spade gardening service, Mental Health Peer Support service, Connect to Tech digital training, Campaigning and our wide range of peer group activities. There is a variety of skills and experience which will require someone to We are looking for someone to not just manage these services, but to lead their development and widen our coverage across the borough of Richmond. This will predominantly involve supporting the people involved to be leaders of their own projects, developing/modernising our delivery model, ensuring projects meet targets and quality standards and when required also being involved in supporting direct service delivery.

You will have strong leadership skills with experience of managing a multi-disciplinary team. You must have experience in the delivery of community facing services and be able to demonstrate an understanding of the challenges faced by Disabled people. It is essential you bring passion, dynamic ideas and creativity to the role.
You will be an excellent networker internally and externally. You will have strong influencing skills, and will have the right blend and balance of people skills with excellent communication and project management abilities. You must be comfortable connecting with the wider community, able to listen, gather the views of local people, and feed these back into our wider programme of work. You’ll be confident in participative strategies and tools such as facilitating groups, arranging events, developing surveys, gathering views and responding to consultations.
You will have experience of managing a team covering a wide range of projects and interests. You will know what it takes to set up and manage a project and ensure it meets the intended outcomes.
You will be skilled in managing group dynamics and supporting your team to have boundaries with clients. You will also have experience of managing Safeguarding issues. Above all you must bring a positive, solution focused attitude.
Experience of campaigning work, with a track record of delivering innovative digital campaigns that have led to real change, would be an advantage.
About Richmond AID
Richmond AID offers 25 days annual leave plus eight bank holidays pro rata. Normal office hours are 9am to 5.15pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 5pm on Fridays. You will be based at our offices in the Disability Action and Advice Centre, 4 Waldegrave Road, Teddington, TW11 8HT but may need to work from other locations as needed.

About the role:
Crimestoppers is looking for a talented Marketing Communications Assistant to work with our Marketing Communications Manager to deliver online and offline, internal and external marketing communications activity in order to increase brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.

Purpose of role
To manage the annual programme of the PPA psychoanalytic psychotherapy qualifying training and the Advanced Clinical Course. To promote and grow the trainings. To manage the budget and collect and report on performance management data. To track all trainees’ progress, to ensure the smooth running of all elements of the teaching provision and to liaise and work in collaboration with the PPA training committee (TC), curriculum committee (CC), selection committee (SC) and post graduate committee (PGC).
Accountable to

Key responsibilities
1) To oversee and manage the delivery of the annual programme of the PPA trainings in collaboration with the TC and PGC.
a) Booking clinical, theory and group seminar leaders in collaboration with TC and PGC.
b) In liaison with the Director of Marketing, Communications and Engagement place adverts for supervisors, teachers, and group leaders as appropriate.
c) Ensure that trainees and TC have an up-to-date list of Training Analysts, Training Supervisors and Approved Therapists
d) Room booking for all aspects of the programme.
e) Annual review, update and production of handbooks and all written materials for course.
f) Collaboration with the library to track reading list production.
g) To be the first point of contact in cases of emergency.
h) To collect, collate and report on trainee feedback.

5) To ensure effective administrative and financial management of PPA trainings.
a) To take lead on ensuring all communication with trainees is up to date including collection of fees, sending out handbooks, curriculums, all training materials, and dates.

IcFEM Dreamland Mission is a Christian charity set up to help fund and support the work of IcFEM in
Kenya. We had been running for almost 20 years with volunteers
running a home-based UK office. Three years ago we employed staff in the UK for the first time. We
currently have income of £350k- £400k a year depending on the projects running. IcFEM Kenya is a
locally run organisation based at Kimilili in Western Kenya. IcFEM Kenya runs community projects as
well as a school and hospital. The past five years has seen our work grow significantly, including the
school and hospital which have developed into large institutions that are valued by the community
in Kimilili and fit well into the local government set up.
We are looking for an individual who is ambitious to see our ministry grow and is experienced at
blending trust in God with human endeavour.
We are seeking an Operations Manager who has experience of the charity sector and is prepared to
be flexible and adaptable to the needs of this small charity. There is the potential for flexibility within
this role and we would be willing to discuss a variation in hours worked. Some occasional evening or
weekend work will be needed, and occasional travel to Kenya is an important part of the role,
particularly to build relationships with the Kenyan team.
