We are looking for a vibrant outward thinking and dynamic Project Co-ordinator who is self motivated and can work with minimal supervision on an exciting project that will provide evidence and information for future funding applications.
Overall Purpose of the role:
The Project Co-ordinator will be responsible for liaison with the Project Team and consultants on the delivery of a number of studies and activities as part of a National Lottery Heritage Fund award.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Role Specific
· New Jetty Project
- Lead on the New Jetty Project reporting to the Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager
- Revising project work plans for the Jetty Project as appropriate, to meet changing needs and requirements with Management Team.
- Business Plan and Feasibility Study
- Supporting Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager on managing the day-to-day operational aspects of The National Lottery Heritage Fund resilience project.
- Ensuring the Management Team keeps to schedules and agreed project plan.
- Collect and organise data that is required for Management Team and Consultants
- Monitor expenses ensuring budgets are not overspent.
- Keeping details of all budgets.
· To create and maintain a log of work records, in an agreed way, ensuring all tasks are undertaken within pre defined time parameters
· Maintaining an online filing system for all elements of work plan
· Scheduling and attending meetings where required.
· Being the key point of contact for The National Lottery Heritage Fund
· Manage own diary and annualised hours contract.

Key Skills

Over 3000 children in the UK need adoption each year because they cannot remain at home or with family members. The CVAA Practice Programme delivers 30 or more online courses each year to those working in the sector, primarily social workers. Due to a restructure of the team, we are now looking for a Training Manager who can oversee the delivery of the programme from mid to late July 2024. Initially fixed term, it is anticipated that this post will become permanent.
The Training Manager will work with the Head of Practice Development and the Programme Administrator to ensure that the courses are full, delivered effectively and evaluated. Part of the role will also be to source new trainers and support the creation of the programme into 2025.

- At least 1 year experience of coordinating or managing projects.

About the Role
The Africa Death Penalty Team Project Manager is responsible for coordinating Reprieve’s litigation and advocacy in Sub-Saharan Africa. At the moment, the team works on death penalty casework and abolition advocacy in Malawi, Tanzania, and Kenya. Our casework includes work on individual cases on behalf of people facing a death sentence; large-scale projects, such as the Kenya resentencing project, wherein we support stakeholders to ensure 5,000+ people are able to access a chance at reducing their sentence from death via a new sentence hearing; and long-term regional projects, such as our strategic litigation before the African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights, which challenges the mandatory death penalty, torture, and other associated violations of the African Charter.
Regional context
There is a trend toward the abolition of the death penalty in Africa. In recent years, countries across the continent have taken the decision to limit the application of the death penalty or to abolish it altogether. This has been seen as a turning away from old laws and systems that were imposed by former colonial governments, which obstructed alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, and were designed to remove discretion from the local judiciary. African lawyers and judges are now at the forefront of a wave of progressive jurisprudence on issues related to the death penalty including methods of executions, torture, sentencing practice, conditions of confinement, and intersections of gender, disability, and socioeconomic status with criminal justice. This jurisprudence has become a model for the international movement to limit the death penalty, and is being held up as best practice in jurisdictions around the world.
Contract and location
This is a full-time, permanent role based in Reprieve’s London office. Reprieve operates a hybrid working model with staff working part of the week from home and part of the week from the office. Applicants must have the current right to work in the UK, which will be checked prior to interview.
Your presence is important during core office hours, whether remotely or in the office. You will also be available outside of office hours in the event of an emergency, for example case developments that require urgent action. This is a role that may require travel.
The annual salary is £50,571 full-time per annum, less any required deductions for income tax and national insurance.

To support our plans a new audience function has been created within the Brand and Marketing Communications team and we are looking for an experienced and passionate project manager to lead this piece of work and transform the experience our audiences have with us. Our vision is that we become an audience led organisation, driven by insight and outcomes and we can’t wait for you to join our team to make this happen.

This role is remote and can be based anywhere in the UK with occasional visits to our London / Bristol offices.

• Used project management frameworks, in particular Agile, to successfully manage projects around marketing strategy & activity, audience segmentation, principles of customer relationship management and development of audience journeys.
• A creative thinker, with significant experience of encouraging innovation amongst colleagues with demonstrable results.
• Impact focussed and highly analytical, using data to make smart decisions.
• Experience of influencing, collaborating and negotiating stakeholders at all levels to incite passion and enthusiasm around a strategic cause.

About the role:
Their new Data, Digital and Technology Transformation Team is undertaking an organisational-wide transformation program which will sit at the heart of their capabilities and operations. The Data Transformation Project Manager will take the lead on developing and delivering their Data Transformation project, including introducing a new CRM system and supporting technologies.
The role may be for you if:
- You're skilled in end-to-end project management with a good understanding of the complexities of implementing new data systems and supporting technologies
- You have excellent interpersonal skills which will enable you to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders, colleagues from across the organisation, suppliers and project partners
- You are comfortable managing budgets and deploying resources effectively
- You have strong leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration
- You collaborate and positively contribute to an inclusive culture
Outstanding Benefits:

As the Innovation and Collaboration Manager, you will design and lead projects and programmes of work that support health and care practitioners, including senior leaders and patients, to make progress on some of the most complex challenges facing the health care sector.
Critical to success will be experience of service design, systems thinking and/or improvement approaches, both through direct experience and coaching others to use these approaches to achieve support systems change. You’ll have experience working with people at senior levels and enabling collaboration in groups and teams from diverse backgrounds.
Collaborative by nature and training, you’ll have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to network, build and maintain collaborative relationships with a range of stakeholders and to influence stakeholders to secure buy-in and engagement. Strong project management, communication and organisation skills will be expected.
