We’re seeking an Individual Giving Officer to join our creative and fast-paced Individual Giving team following a promotion within the team! This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into a career in Individual Giving fundraising, or to expand your existing knowledge into more areas of Individual Giving in a varied role.
This is an exciting time to join Pancreatic Cancer UK. With an ambitious five-year strategy to double both our income and survival rates, Individual Giving is a key focus in achieving this goal, so you’ll play an important role in acquiring and stewarding donors – helping ensure that everyone with pancreatic cancer can live long and well. We’re passionate about delivering it, but we can’t do it alone. In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting the delivery of acquisition and retention campaigns and optimising supporter journeys for our priority audiences across a range of channels, including digital, direct mail and telemarketing.
- Ensuring we meet our ambitious income targets by supporting on key income streams including regular giving, in memory, cash, gaming and the online shop.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Support the team with key administrative processes to ensure effective stewardship of our supporters.
About You
- Previous experience in an Individual Giving role or similar fundraising position, with a good working knowledge of fundraising best practice, having supported a range of campaigns.
- Can work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, managing conflicting deadlines and being proactive in raising risks and concerns.
- Ability to work cross-team, building effective relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Strong communication skills when liaising with supporters to provide an audience-first experience.

As our Individual Giving and Legacies Manager (Maternity Cover), you will play a central role in shaping Hospice UK’s supporter engagement and income generation. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and grow legacy giving, payroll giving, and in-memory giving, ensuring every supporter’s journey is meaningful, engaging, and impactful.
You will be at the heart of some of Hospice UK’s most important fundraising activity, supporting the National Legacy Campaign and working closely with colleagues across the organisation and external partners to deliver high-impact campaigns for local hospices. Through thoughtful leadership, engaging communications, and effective appeals, you will help maximise income generation while directly supporting our mission to ensure everyone can access compassionate end-of-life care.
You will join a friendly, collaborative team of six within the wider Income Generation and Grants Directorate of 23. The Events and Supporter Engagement Team includes the Head of Events and Supporter Engagement, Events Fundraising Manager, Digital Fundraising and Engagement Executive, another Individual Giving and Legacies Manager, and two Supporter Engagement Officers. Together, we raise funds from individuals through events, digital campaigns, memorial and legacy giving, regular and payroll giving, and one-off donations. We also deliver a wide range of supporter engagement activities and oversee supporter communications and journeys.
To succeed as our Individual Giving and Legacies Manager, you will bring:
- Proven experience in legacy giving and individual giving environments
- Experience managing budgets and financial performance for fundraising activities
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent IT skills, including CRM database use for segmentation and reporting
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to write engaging, compelling copy for a range of audiences
- A strong understanding of fundraising compliance and relevant legislation
Line management experience, knowledge of payroll giving and in-memory giving, and experience working with external agencies are desirable.

The Fundraising Manager – Trusts, Foundations and Major Donors, is an exciting new role at The Theatre Chipping Norton, that aims to use your experience and skills to take the strategic fundraising work of this busy arts venue into a new chapter. The position is part time requiring 17.5 hours of work a week - with a minimum of 1 day on site every 3 weeks (though more is very much welcome).
You’ll need to be self-motivated, skilled at working autonomously and confident in your expertise, especially with regards to larger and multi-year applications to trusts and foundations, including arts and wellbeing funders. You will work alongside a full-time and successful Fundraiser (already in post) who leads on our Friends and Patron schemes, corporate giving and fundraising events. You will work alongside the senior management team to set fundraising budgets and targets across all areas, and will monitor and steer the whole fundraising function, alongside more specific and hands-on responsibilities, generating larger trusts and foundations applications and approaching major donors.
The role is suitable for candidates who are an experienced grants or trust fundraiser, ideally in the cultural sector, and motivated particularly by the social impact and outreach work that we deliver. You will have strong and up-to-date knowledge of the processes and priorities of major funding bodies to provide a strong pipeline of funding. You will be capable of reading and understanding financial reports and managing fundraising targets, as well as having excellent written communication skills. If you have experience working on capital fundraising projects, there may be opportunities for further work in this area, in connection with a significant new capital build project on a second site.
The primary responsibilities of the Fundraising Manager – Trusts, Foundations and Major Donors role can be summarised as follows:

Borders Forest Trust (BFT) is a charity established to restore native woodland habitats to Southern Scotland, an area with the lowest percentage of native woodlands in mainland Scotland. Since 1996, they have been working towards planting trees, restoring peatlands and other natural habitats, enriching the biological diversity of around 31 sq km in the Southern Uplands. They demonstrate large scale ecological restoration in action, and inspire landowners, statutory bodies, local communities and policy makers to embrace this alternative model for land use and conservation.
Fundraising to date at BFT has seen success, but it has been responsive and ad-hoc as opposed to planned according to strategic need. To achieve their mission, and provide sustainable long-term income, in May 2025 they invested in their first dedicated Development Manager. The post holder has recently secured the Chief Executive post at BFT and as such, we are looking to back fill the role of Development Manager.
The Development Manager will join BFT at an exciting stage, they are about to embark on a new period of strategic development, and from the work undertaken by the previous post holder since May 2025, the organisation understands the importance of fundraising to their future.
They are looking for a fundraiser who will thrive on the challenge of designing and implementing their own fundraising strategy aligned with the organisations new strategic plan, and who can provide the expertise needed to build income across all areas. Trusts, membership, corporate partnerships and philanthropy are untapped areas of potential, so experience across at least one of the key areas will be essential for the successful candidate to evidence.

About the Role
MSI seeks a Global Programmes and Philanthropy (GPP) Manager to support the management of a large-scale five-year multi country programme funded by the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF). The Manager will be responsible for supporting The Challenge Fund Programme (2024-2028), a $100m programme with global and bilateral investments from CIFF to advance sexual and reproductive health services and increase modern contraceptive prevalence in six countries across West and Central Africa.
Working in the Challenge Fund programme team (composed of a Head of Challenge Fund, another GPP Manager and two GPP Advisers), the GPP Manager will actively support the Niger and DRC Country Programmes and partners’ implementation, ensuring delivery of agreed deliverables (including payment by results KPIs) for the Challenge Fund Programme. In addition and given the strong focus on co-funding of this investment, the Manager will be responsible to support the Niger country programme with their programme funded by the Gates foundation.
They also work very closely with other relevant donor teams, International Operations and Technical services departments to ensure MSI and donor priorities are reflected in programmes and learning agenda. The Manager will play a critical role in donor relationship management including effective and timely reporting and serve as an important internal resource and ‘donor champion’. This is an exciting and internally high-profile role that requires excellent financial and data analysis skills, strong communication and facilitation skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent ability to work across teams to deliver results, and great attention to detail.
This role and programme team is part of the broader team supporting CIFF investments. The team oversees the technical design and execution of CIFF investments and is responsible for safeguarding and advancing MSI’s relationship with CIFF as a key contributor to achieving MSI’s mission. The team provides organizational leadership to ensure that MSI’s strategy, policy, systems, and capacities are responsive to donor priorities and investments and that CIFF programming advances the MSI2030 strategy.

Worcester College is recruiting for the key, senior role of Engagement Manager to be part of its Development and Alumni Relations team of seven. This is a vital role as we seek to deepen and expand connections with the College’s donor and alumni community. The Engagement Manager will be responsible for the development and delivery of an engagement strategy which aims to build relationships with alumni and donors to lead to greater involvement with the College through the giving of funds, time and expertise, to give donors a strong sense of the positive impact of their generosity, and to bring potential major donors closer to the areas of College life that require financial support.
At Worcester we have worked extremely hard to foster deeper engagement with alumni and feedback from our community has been very positive. We are seeking a team member who can bring rigour and focus in order to build on this strong foundation, bringing a proven track record in strategic thinking, effective relationship building, strong attention to quality and detail and project management skills. The role is varied and would suit someone who understands the value to the fundraising programme of creating meaningful connections, with the drive and creativity to deliver an innovative and successful engagement programme. The role gives the opportunity to build on relationship fundraising knowledge and experience through working personally with a portfolio of donors to develop relationships and grow their philanthropic giving to the College.

This is an opportunity to join Refuge as Service Manager for the Eastern European Outreach Service. This vital role offers the chance to lead a dedicated team of Independent Gender Violence Advocates (IGVAs) in delivering high-quality support to women and children affected by domestic abuse.
This role is part of a job share which will lead our Eastern European Outreach Service, covering five boroughs across East and West London. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role for someone passionate about supporting women and children affected by domestic abuse and other forms of gender-based violence. Together with your colleague (another Service Manager) you will play a key role in ensuring that reporting requirements and service outcomes are consistently met, maintaining Refuge’s high standards and fulfilling contractual and funding obligations.
As Service Manager, you will oversee the delivery and development of high-quality outreach services tailored to the needs of Eastern European communities. This includes recognising and addressing the specific barriers these communities face in accessing support. You will provide line management to outreach staff, including supervision on complex and high-risk cases, and ensure operational emergencies are managed effectively.
You will lead on multi-agency collaboration, working closely with stakeholders to ensure a coordinated and trauma-informed response for survivors. The role requires strong experience in casework management, staff supervision, and direct support to vulnerable individuals. A solid understanding of domestic abuse, gender-based violence, and its impact is essential, along with knowledge of relevant legislation including Criminal and Civil law, Housing, and Health & Safety.
For this role, it is essential for candidates to be proficient in one or more Eastern European languages. We particularly encourage applications from Romanian, Lithuanian or Polish speaking candidates.
