The NGO was founded in 1993, as the UK network for organisations working in international development. They unite and support a diverse network of over 365 civil society organisations to help eradicate global poverty, inequality and injustice. They also support the sector to decolonise and become more anti-racist and locally-led.
This role is offered on an interim part-time 12 months contract basis paying a salary of circa £85,000 (0.4 FTE) pro rata with flexible remote working arrangements and occasional meetings at their London office.
The post-holder will support the organisation's secure the next phase of their large grants and to identify and engage with new and existing funders to diversify their funding sources. They will combine coordination with building strong relationships and supporting the organisation's managers and leaders to secure their funding into the future. The post holder will lead an informal team of staff drawn from across the organisation and work closely with the CEO and Directors to establish and maintain relationships with key donors. They will also play a key role in upskilling and developing staff capacity to fundraise within the organisation and coordinating their efforts.
They are looking for a candidate with significant existing relationships and networks amongst the major donors likely to fund the organisation's work. They are looking for someone with demonstrable experience in bringing teams together to submit bids, overseeing active funder management and finding the best relationships from which to secure funds. The ideal candidate will have a track record in fundraising from major donors and a strong interest in and understanding of the international development sector and the role of networks within that sector.

The prospect research manager will be responsible for defining, articulating, implementing and delivering the prospect research strategy. They will line manage two part-time prospect research officers and a part-time prospect research assistant and will ensure the charity builds its prospect pipeline to drive income growth in support of the charity’s strategic priorities. Working collaboratively with the wider team to provide due diligence, the manager will be responsible for fundraising systems and will lead on the charity’s best practice and compliance with fundraising data regulation.
The selected candidate will have significant experience of managing a prospect research function and will have a thorough detailed knowledge of the voluntary sector. You will have excellent research skills in major gifts fundraising with demonstrable experience in identifying and researching prospects at the six and seven figure levels. The Fundraising Manager – Trusts is responsible for developing trust income, based initially on a robust pipeline the previous postholder established. There is huge scope to look beyond the pipeline and also work with the service delivery teams to identify new funding opportunities. This role will take responsibility for all UK events, and resulting relationships with a small portfolio of major donors.

We’re searching for a Corporate Partnerships New Business Manager to help unlock transformational funding through partnerships with the private sector. If you’re a commercially-minded fundraiser with a flair for building relationships and telling a compelling story, this is your chance to make a real difference.

- Hours: Part time, 3.5 days / 24.5 hours per week
- Location: Hybrid – split between home and our head office in Hampstead, London. Min 1 day per week

As a Corporate Partnerships New Business Manager, you’ll develop and manage your own pipeline of five- and six-figure prospects. From researching leads to securing commercial and strategic partnerships, you’ll be right at the heart of our mission—powered by science, driven by patients, and backed by extraordinary supporters.

We’re hiring a Philanthropy Manager—and this isn’t just another fundraising role. You’ll be the first person in post, joining at a pivotal moment as we launch a dedicated strategy for high-value giving.

What we’re looking for in our Philanthropy Manager:
- Experience in major donor fundraising, including securing significant gifts and stewarding high-value supporters
- Strong written and verbal communication skills—you’ll know how to engage, persuade and inspire
- Confidence managing a donor pipeline and CRM, and an eye for detail when it comes to strategy and reporting
- A genuine passion for our mission, and an approach that reflects our values: inclusive, compassionate, collaborative, knowledgeable and innovative
