The Role
Be responsibility for managing a portfolio of mid value donors (c£1k-10k) and cultivating a number of major donors (£10k+).
Deliver exceptional stewardship to donors, ensuring long-term engagement and increased giving.

Build long-term relationships with mid-level donors and implement strategies for donor retention and loyalty.
The Candidate
Proven track record in engaging and stewarding mid and major donors (1k+), including managing high-value portfolios.
Experience in planning, organising, and executing donor-focused events.
Familiarity with mid-level giving programmes, including prospect research, cultivation, and donor stewardship.
Experience in planning, organising, and executing donor-focused events (virtual and in-person).
Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse donor groups.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with the board to review and develop the strategic plan for the Richard Whitehead Foundation.

This will include supporter acquisition, funding applications, event management and donor stewardship.
- Develop and oversee a marketing and communications plans
- To have a hands-on approach to progressing the Richard Whitehead Foundation
- Regular contact with trustees most notably the Chair, and President.
- Ensure that the Richard Whitehead Foundation is compliant with all relevant regulations, including those related to fundraising, governance, and charity law.

We are looking for an experienced, confident and proactive fundraiser to join our income generation team to raise more grant income from charitable trusts and foundations primarily, along with corporates and other partners. These include local schools and community organisations. Maintaining great relationships with these and other supporters Is a key requirement of this role. Role Purpose
Working alongside our chief executive (who is an experienced fundraiser), an external larger bid writing resource and heads of programmes, the key objectives are to successfully generate income with grants valuing up to c.£10k in line with KLS fundraising plan and annual budget; develop and maintain relationships, and secure funding from, a portfolio of loyal and prospective supporters. Stewardship, reporting, pipeline and other database management tasks are other key features of the role.

A well known local charity VASA is a small charity (turnover £350k) supporting 4,000 people across Rugby, Solihull East and South Warwickshire with community activities, dementia services and our community transport service.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with the Director of Development to grow and promote legacy giving to the organisation.
- Work with teams across the organisation to develop opportunities for support, to foster open information sharing and ensure donor opportunities, acknowledgments and experiences are delivered.
- Monitor fundraising performance and budgets and provide timely reports and analysis to the Director of Development.
- Ensure income is tracked and progressed through phased budgets, prospect pipelines and moves management processes, supported by the CRM database.
- Contribute to the overall fundraising success of the Development Team, supporting opportunities for collaboration and championing a supportive, high-performing culture.
- Ensure that all activities comply with current GDPR legislation, codes of practice and ethical guidelines.
Additional criteria
- The role requires the post holder to work some evenings both in Leeds and in touring venues across the UK.

The Role
As Fundraising and Administration Officer, you’ll support the fundraising team across our events and supporter stewardship. This varied role will see you work with the team across events and project management, fundraising stewardship and communications alongside incredible international and national travel opportunities supporting Ride Africa and Charity Concierge events.

Your role will support the Head of Fundraising, CEO and wider team to develop new sources of high value support for Voice 21, working flexibly across trusts and foundations, corporate and philanthropic fundraising.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a knack for identifying funding opportunities and discovering new prospects. Where you’ll work: All Voice 21 staff work remotely and this is a home-based role. Regular travel to our central London office (by Victoria station) is expected for meetings.
