We are looking for a Head of High Value Operations to join our Fundraising team.
Title: Head of High Value Operations
Salary: £60,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent (full-time)
Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)

The Head of High Value Operations role is central to our bold fundraising ambitions. Establishing and leading a team of operations professionals encompassing research, data and insight, case for support, special events, and supporter care, the Head of High Value Operations will drive income growth by embedding best practice in fundraising operations, developing the processes and systems which support fundraising, and building strong networks across Anthony Nolan in support of fundraising. Reporting to the Chief of Fundraising, and part of the Fundraising SLT, we’re looking for someone who is a natural relationship builder, someone who understands the key components of an operations team in a fundraising context, and someone who is excited to build a team and programme from the ground up, using their skills and experience in this field.

We are looking for a Senior Philanthropy Manager to join our Fundraising team.

Salary: £48,000 per annum

What skills are we looking for?
Extensive experience of successfully soliciting gifts from trusts and foundation at five and six-figure level.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate complex environments and competing priorities.
Proven track record of trust and foundation fundraising in the not-for-profit sector, ideally in a research environment and/or large organisation.
Have a "can do" attitude and a demonstrated ability to problem solve. Ability to apply past experience of trust fundraising to anticipate potential challenges and address them quickly.

Working both independently and with the wider team you will deliver a high-quality community fundraising service. Summary
As Community Fundraising Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for people fundraising in their community for Diabetes UK. You will be responsible for managing your own supporters, ensuring they receive an excellent experience and raise as much as they can for the charity. Main Responsibilities
You will be the first point of contact for people fundraising in their community for Diabetes UK, from doing a skydive to organising a bake sale. You will ensure they receive an excellent experience from the charity and support them to raise as much as they can and become life-long supporters.
You will also provide administrative support to the wider Community Fundraising team and build effective working relationships to do so in a professional, timely and effective way.
Ideal Candidate
You will have experience in providing excellent customer experience, within a charity or another sector. You will also have strong abilities in managing competing deadlines and organising your time effectively to prioritise your workload. You will also be able to effectively build working relationships with your colleagues in a professional manner, and demonstrate high standards of written and verbal communication.
It is not expected that you will have experience of working in a fundraising team, but transferable skills and a passion to learn!

As the Engagement Events Lead, you will oversee the planning, project management, and delivery of a diverse portfolio of bespoke events across the organisation. Customer Services and Administration Manager, a fantastic opportunity for a senior Customer Services, Supporter Services, Supporter Care, Membership professional to a National Health Charity, based in Central North London. Hybrid Working; 3 days office based and 2 days working from home.
The Customer Services and Administration team is a dedicated and specialist team who provide all supporters, volunteers, groups, members of the public and internal customers a high level of customer service and support when contacting the charity. We are seeking an experienced individual to support the Corporate Partnerships Manager in ensuring the maximum potential income is generated from the corporate sector by reviewing, implementing, and maintaining a Corporate strategy.
The successful candidate will use the Donorflex CRM System to ensure a smooth supporter journey, will capitalise on existing supporters and work with the wider income generation team to identify new opportunities for corporate support and strategic business partnerships.
