Rays of Sunshine exits to brighten the lives of seriously ill children aged three to 18 across the UK by granting magical wishes and providing ongoing support within the community. Our work creates a positive distraction, reduces isolation, improves self-esteem and creates precious memories and smiles.
You will be joining a small but passionate team, full of positivity, energy and drive to succeed and we need someone who will be a part of our success, helping to achieve our new vision for the charity to ensure we can creating lasting memories for all children and young people with a life limiting illness.
In this role you will be responsible for working across corporate partnerships, major donors, trusts and foundations, with a prominent focus on supporting with account management of existing partnerships and developing our pipeline of prospects. The charity has a history of success in these areas and we would love to have someone join the team to build upon this success.
Ideally the candidate would have existing experience in corporate partnerships, but we are open to candidates with experience in one or more of the fundraising disciplines mentioned above, with a willingness to develop their skills and experience, through a supportive, coaching and a mentoring leadership style.
Key Responsibilities
Partnerships
- Support with creating proposals and pitches to secure Brand, Corporate and Commercial Partnerships, with a strong focus on shared purpose and mutual benefit, to create successful long term strategic partnerships.
- Support with relationship management of current partners of Rays of Sunshine, ensuring they have materials to aid their fundraising.
- To manage the input of corporate partnership data on the CRM system (currently Donorfy).
- Manage the updates to the corporate pipeline master document, ensuring appropriate actions are met within deadline.
- Supporting the Corporate Volunteer Researcher to undertake the necessary research to support our pipeline of approaches.
Philanthropy
- Creating supporter updates and reports to demonstrate the impact of funding received from our Patrons and Major Donors, providing excellent stewardship to existing donors.
- Provide support with the event planning of major donor events, and attend in person to provide support of events on the day.
Trusts and Foundations
- Support with research and the successful completion applications to secure donations from a pipeline of identified Trusts and Foundations
Stewardship
- Identifying new opportunities to create wow moments for donors and provide excellent stewardship of all major donors and partnerships.
General
- General administrative duties, including record meeting notes and actions, following up with partners, sending out of promotional materials, monitoring and responding to email enquiries, and taking telephones calls.
- Any other duties to support the success of the fundraising team.

Based in the Business Development Directorate, this role will enable Start Network to collaborate with Hub representatives to set up successful resource mobilisation functions in each Hub country and mobilise new funds directly for them. This is a critical role for our strategy and will require someone with experience in setting up ‘income streams’ from scratch (including setting resource mobilisation strategies and fund-raising protocols). This role requires someone with ample experience in coordinating teams across countries and securing new income from donors. Most Hubs are new entities (small humanitarian networks), therefore the support required will also include capacity-building, donor-mapping, direct engagement on behalf of the Hubs with the donors, and other activities, as defined and directed by the Director. Provision of support to the Hubs will largely be done through remote coordination, facilitation, and engagement. The business
development directorate is mainly based in London but there will be flexibility with regards to where this role sits. This is a new role and will require adaptability, a positive attitude, and a proactive character. It is also important to note that this role might be travelling 6 weeks per year (10 days at a time) to various hub countries.

About us: Tender is an arts charity working with children and young people to prevent domestic abuse and sexual violence through creative projects. The role
Main areas of responsibility
This is a key senior role within the Fundraising Directorate, collaborating closely with the Senior Corporate Manager – New Business the Fundraising Leadership Team to grow income and awareness from corporate sources.
The key focus of the role will be:
- Successfully lead the Corporate Partnerships account team to develop and deliver on our ambitious growth strategy across existing partnerships.

Pratham is one of the largest and most respected education charities in India. We developed a model that can teach a child to read and do basic maths in as little as 30 days for £14. We also have preschool, vocational and women's education programmes.

The Fundraising Systems & Data Analysis (FSDA) team of the Development and Outreach Department of Human Rights Watch (HRW) is seeking applicants for the position of Senior Manager, Analytics and Insight. The Senior Analytics and Insight Manager will be responsible for instilling a data-driven and data-informed culture to make evidence-based decisions, increase efficiencies, improve overall departmental return on investment (ROI), grow new fundraising streams, and achieve long-term profitability.
The Senior Analytics and Insight Manager will generate, improve, and analyze fundraising data, both quantitative and qualitative, from internal and external sources to produce strategic information that supports data-driven and informed decisions, tactics, and strategies that consistently maximize HRW fundraising results. This role will feed into both the quarterly reforecasts and annual budget data and supporting methodology and collaborating with the Finance team as needed for the Development department.
This full-time position will ideally be based in either the United States or Europe, preferably in one of the cities where HRW has an office and will report to the Managing Director of Fundraising Systems and Data Analysis based in London. The Senior Analytics and Insight Manager will manage at least one direct report.
The successful candidate may have the option to work remotely but is expected to work from the office 1-2 times a week. We aim to be as flexible and supportive as possible in both the recruitment for and onboarding of this position.
Responsibilities:
Product Management Oversight:
1. Provide strategic, tactical, and operational planning of all Business Intelligence (BI_ Systems and tools utilized by the Development Department;
2. Implement and build the BI structure of the Development Department, working closely with CRM (Salesforce) team and working with vendors as needed to understand the desired outcomes;
3. Partner with the Training & Support team to promote user adoption of BI reports by developing and implementing communication plans, training campaigns, and incentives to encourage staff engagement and utilization;
4. Ensure effective coordination and change management with Training & Support, CRM and Digital products, IT, and fundraising teams;
5. Act as the subject matter expert for all areas of fundraising reporting and respond to escalated queries and reporting discrepancies from Data Analysis Officer;
6. Develop project management processes to support the prioritization of all analysis, data selection, integration, and reporting requests, ensuring the briefing processes are understood and developing a Service Level Agreement (SLA) framework as needed; and
7. Support on Data Integrations and Application Interface Programs (APIs), including any Extract Transform and Load (ETL) processes as needed, working with the Data Quality and Integrations Officer to develop these to meet “fit-for-purpose” requirement. 4. Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create data selections including recommendations on which are the best targets for direct marketing campaigns, create segments according to strategically determined criteria, data model, and develop testing plans to yield statistically significant results;
5. Work with the Fundraising Systems and Data Analysis Managing Director to build tools and reports that allow for both the forecast and budget revenue projections to be provided with ease. Create multi-year fundraising projections per main channel and audience using historical data, statistical modelling techniques, and new initiatives;
6. Collaborate with the Finance team around both the production and validation of financial reporting, including budgeting, reforecasting, and income reporting in general for the Development D Ensure that the Marketing coding / attribution processes are clearly documented and any exceptions tracked with the Revenue Operations teams;
7. Ensure that the expenditure budget for the Development Department is managed and reported on effectively, capturing the planned spending across the different teams within the department, including reporting on the actuals and investigating any variances with finance and the budget holders as needed; and
8. Ensure that the Leadership Gift data reporting can occur, through development of advanced visualizations including dashboards and ensure that hygiene initiatives are followed by supporting both the Data Quality and Integrations Officer and Relationship Manage Work with Finance on the monthly reconciliation processes.

About the role
The Senior Event Manager is a pivotal new position within the Advancement team. You will play a leading role in planning, executing, and overseeing events and experiences which will not only build momentum towards and launch UCL's next fundraising campaign in 2026, but will also maintain stakeholder engagement with the campaign during its duration.

This role will bring in vital income from trusts, foundations, corporate partners and individuals to deliver the business plan. Who we are looking for:

The Philanthropy & Partnerships team
In Autumn 2023, Foundling Museum delivered a successful, ambitious capital campaign to secure the future of the Museum through a variety of supporters, from individuals, major supporters and trusts/foundations.
The Philanthropy team is responsible for the funding revenue needs of the Museum, which for 2024-25 is c£800,000, making up approximately 36% of total income.
The post of Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager will deliver against personal targets toward this goal. Remaining income includes Arts Council England National Portfolio funding, NLHF funding, core earned income (admissions) and trading activities (retail and venue hire).
The Philanthropy and Partnerships team collaborates closely with the Director, Chair of Trustees and Development Consultants and across all departments to understand and translate fundable and core activities into compelling cases for support. Across a year the team raises vital income for exhibitions, learning and participation activities, events, capital projects, an established endowment fund and unrestricted revenue income.
