Client proposals and contracts senior manager
In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in Dot Dot Dot’s impact in London and beyond. Your primary responsibility will be to create the materials that help us win new contracts and partnerships. The role

Activities are undertaken in accordance with the Saving Scotland’s Red Squirrels plan to protect red squirrels in priority landscapes across the Highland Line.
Key Responsibilities and Duties include:
· Invasive species control: Carrying out targeted and strategic grey squirrel control in agreed areas according to the SSRS project’s Standard Operating Procedures, as well as training new volunteers.
· Surveying and Monitoring: develop and coordinate a network of Rapid Response monitoring, including recruiting, training, and supporting of a network of volunteers, and species identification through collected squirrel hair samples.
· Reporting: collecting and maintaining high-quality, accurate monitoring and trapping records.
· Public engagement: in support with the team help raise the profile of project objectives to volunteers, landowners and external partners in relevant grey
squirrel monitoring and detection methods to increase the long-term sustainability and resilience for supported monitoring and control efforts.
The successful candidate will:
· Possess an SVQ/NVQ level 2 or equivalent in Game and Wildlife Management or related discipline or relevant experience of game keeping, invasive/non-native mammal control or pest control.
· Ideally have a good understanding of conservation principles, practices and legislation as well as the ability to keep and maintain accurate records in Word and Excel.
· Have previous relevant professional or volunteering experience, together with experience working with landowners, gamekeepers, foresters and the public. A knowledge of forest and native tree species and familiarity with the East Angus area would be advantageous.
· Be willing to occasionally work out of normal working hours.
· Possess a full clean driving licence.

The role and your key responsibilities
As an Account Manager, your role is to make sure that all partners in your area make the most out of the Unifrog platform. You’ll build and maintain excellent working relationships with your partner schools and colleges, and provide expert guidance on how to embed the platform across all year groups.

The Management Accountant plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and insight of Whitechapel Gallery’s financial reporting.
Working closely with the Director of Finance and departmental heads, the postholder will be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, consolidations, and statutory returns, while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and longer-term financial planning.
This is a hands-on role requiring both strong technical skills and the ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues.
The role also contributes to developing financial processes and systems, supporting funding applications, and ensuring compliance with charity and donor requirements.
Conditions of work
- Contract: Permanent
- Hours of work: Part-time (29 hours). 4 days per week, 9:30am– 5:45pm (with one hour unpaid lunch). Hybrid work arrangement offered. Due to the nature of the job, flexibility may be required to your normal working hours. Additionally, some early morning, evening and weekend work might be required, as well as occasional travel. The additional hours will be compensated by time off in lieu.
- Salary: £45,000-£48,000 per annum dependent on experience
- Probationary period: 6 months
- Notice period: 3 months (1 week during probation)

Prospectus is pleased to be partnering with one of the UK’s leading public research universities to recruit a Programme Administrator for a temporary, full-time role (35 hours per week). This position is to support the team during a particularly busy period. The role is set to begin as soon as possible and will run until December 2025, with a possible extension to May 2026, to be confirmed closer to the time. Please note that this position is based onsite in Holborn and there will be no option for hybrid working throughout the duration of the assignment.
As Programme Administrator, you will provide high-level administrative support to both faculty and students, ensuring the smooth operation of courses and programmes within the department. Key areas of responsibility include:
- Programme Administration – Supporting Programme Managers with the day-to-day running of departmental programmes.
- Course and Faculty Support – Preparing course materials and maintaining/updating course Moodle pages.
- Examinations and Assessments – Assisting in the administration of departmental examinations in accordance with university policies.
- Service Delivery – Providing general administrative support, helping manage departmental resources, and serving as the first point of contact for phone inquiries.
To be considered for this post, you should have prior experience in a fast-paced administrative support role. Experience in course or programme administration would be highly desirable, though not essential. Ideally, you will be educated to bachelor’s degree level. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload under pressure while demonstrating flexibility. A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required.

• Support a cohort of LGBTQ mentees through the programme
• Organise and run peer support spaces for mentees
