Team Coordinator
Youth Futures Foundation is the national What Works Centre for youth employment, with a specific focus on marginalised young people.
We find and generate high-quality evidence to better understand England’s’ youth unemployment and inactivity challenge, and most importantly to learn what solutions work to address this. We do this through bringing together the best evidence already in existence and build on this by conducting original research and testing and evaluating promising interventions to produce much needed new evidence where there are gaps.
We are looking for a dynamic Team Coordinator to provide administrative and business support to the Programmes and Grants Directorate. The successful candidate will help us to deliver our objectives by providing seamless support and delivery. They will:
Understand the needs of the teams, the context in which they operate, and focus on problem-solving and working with others to meet objectives.
Help the teams to work effectively, co-ordinate team activities, maintain relationships, alongside supporting operational excellence
Work flexibly as needs evolve to support teams, and occasionally, support cross-Directorate colleagues.
Use digital ways of working, technology and platforms to achieve goals.
This role will be based at our Birmingham office.
We currently operate a hybrid model of two-days per week in the office and three-days from home.

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of a dynamic corporate fundraising strategy. Working closely with trustees, fundraising boards, and committees, you will focus on securing impactful, long-term partnerships with a diverse range of organisations while fostering and growing existing partnerships. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships you will also oversee and manage corporate partnerships income and expenditure budgets.
The selected candidate will have significant charity fundraising or comparable commercial and sales experience with a good track record in winning new corporate business. As Project Manager, you will oversee the development and implementation of care plans designed to provide meaningful choice and a range of activities and support to meet individual needs. You will also contribute to the development of the team and be responsible for encouraging a culture based on respect and dignity for those in need of care and support, providing supervision and clear management to a team of support workers.
The ideal candidate will have experience of leading and coaching a team supporting people with learning disabilities or another vulnerable client group. Experience of supporting people with high and complex support needs would be an advantage. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced E-Learning Assistant to join our team in Birmingham, with hybrid working (two days a week in our Birmingham office and three days working from home). In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £24,300 - £27,000 per annum.

We are currently looking for someone to join our small, friendly team and assist in the creation and updates of high-quality e-Learning content. Key responsibilities of our E-Learning Assistant will include:
- Supporting the Head of E-Learning, and Content Developers with the redesign of e-learning modules and the maintenance of the Learning Link platform
- Under the supervision of the Head of Learning Link, regularly reviewing the functionality of existing content as requested to update and fix bugs
- Assisting in the development of new modules
- Working with the Learning Link team and Subject Matter Experts in the development of interactive and innovative e-learning solutions
- Uploading content onto the Learning Link platform
- Administrate the storage and organisation of course materials
- Monitoring usage of the free trial content
- Keeping up to date with NGA’s position statements, good governance practice and issues of concern to NGA members
What we’re looking for in our ideal E-Learning Assistant:
- Excellent level of computer literacy, with experience of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Interest in creative design of graphics and interactive e-learning
