As a Scheme Manager for one of their housing schemes, based in East London, you will manage a sheltered housing scheme, made up of 18 units for women residents aged 55 years and over. You will be responsible for the management of the Scheme, including the welfare of residents, the building, security, maintenance and management of compliance and regulatory requirements. You will work alongside the residents and stakeholders to provide advice and guidance daily, facilitate social events to help build a community, reduce isolation and be proactive in driving resident community engagement.
Individuals with a background in housing, estate or facilities management are highly encouraged to apply, as well as those with demonstrable experience in managing a residential scheme, working with older people and knowledge of related services and benefits. We are looking for a Trust Fundraiser for a well known national health charity, to work in a supportive team of five and secure income from medium-sized grant-giving charitable trusts and foundations.

The Role
Support the Head Of Trust, Senior Trusts Officer and Executive to deliver c£1m team income target.

Research new trust supporters, build a warm pipeline and submit well written trust proposals to funders for applications c £10-30k value. Targeted income for this role is c£100k.

Maintain accurate, up to date and comprehensive records of trusts on the fundraising database or CRM system (currently Raisers Edge).

Morgan Hunt are working in collaboration with a leading homelessness charity based in east London who are in search of a Complex Needs Worker to work with in their 35 bed service for clients who have been found recently rough sleeping in the borough and referred by street outreach teams and StreetLink.

- Referring clients to specialist external agencies including drug treatment services, community mental health teams, probation, immigration issues etc to ensure needs of the clients are met
- Partnership working with all clients to best ensure positive outcomes and providing advice and guidance around longer-term housing options for successful resettlement and ongoing support where necessary
Candidate Needs:
- Experience of casework delivery to a caseload of clients with complex support needs
- Experience of conducting needs and risk assessments and putting in place well-being plans
- Ability to present clients with re-housing options based on their support needs
- Assisting clients to obtain their welfare, housing and related rights
- Experience of referring and Liaising with external agencies on behalf of clients
- Ability to work a shift rota including weekends (no night work required)
- A DBS certificate issued within the last 12 months or registered to the online update service

Robertson Bell are partnering with this well-known nonprofit organisation whilst they recruit for a new Accounts Payable Manager. Reporting into the Head of Operational Finance you will have three direct reports and a wider team of 25.
Duties for this role include:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments, adhering to the board's approval matrix for delegated authorities.
- Supervise the department's data entry process to validate invoices, match them with purchase orders, and ensure accurate coding for authorisation.
- Oversee the accurate and timely setup of new suppliers, following necessary controls and procedures.
- Manage expense payments, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
- Supervise all cash processes, including petty cash and payment runs.
- Maintain the ledger, resolving outstanding invoices and supplier issues prior to each payment run.
- Improve team efficiency by measuring KPIs and implementing process enhancements.
- Ensure objectives for the team are aligned with organisational goals and develop SLAs for direct reports, conduct regular performance reviews, offer necessary coaching, and regular development sessions.
- Provide internal and external guidance on accounts payable matters, collaborating with systems, accounting teams, and other departments to automate processes and support change initiatives.
Based at the organisations head office in South London this Accounts Payable Manager will be required to work in the office twice a week. This permanent position will best suit an individual who has already run an effective accounts payable function of a significant size.

New Hope support people through their intervention and outreach work, rehabilitation and recovery provision and their busy Emergency Accommodation service.
As the Emergency Accommodation Service Manager, you will take responsibility for the overall strategy and continuous development of the service, alongside New Hope’s Leadership Team. You will develop a culture of external collaborative partnerships with organisations and individuals in the statutory, charitable, and private sectors, including local authorities, the police and mental health services.
In this role you will develop strong working relationships with New Hope’s other service managers, strengthen and further the application of the principles of Trauma Informed Care and Psychologically Informed Environments.
The ideal candidate will thrive in challenging situations and will have the energy and drive to develop New Hope’s Emergency Accommodation into the best possible service it can be – providing excellent short-term personalised support to people who are experiencing homelessness.
