Working as part of Girlguiding's Technology solutions development team, the Dynamics 365 developer will be (along with a wider team) responsible for optimising and enhancing the charity's use of the Dynamics 365 CRM platform, user portal, and associated integrations.
This role will require an experienced developer in D365 implementations whose skills will help develop and maintain features that benefit the organisation aligned to Girlguiding strategic goals. The role will be supported by a CRM analyst and a solution specialist, alongside a broader team of business analysts and technical specialists.
We are looking for a confident and engaging Lead facilitator as part of our strategy developing Girlguiding inspired experiences. The Lead faciliator will develop, coordinate and deliver projects across a multi-academy trust enrichment scale-up providing effective support to facilitators delivering in 17 schools, alongside confidently and successfully facilitating sessions. This programme builds on successful innovation pilots delivered previously in schools.

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse assistant to join our Trading Service team. You will play a key part in ensuring the accurate picking, packing and despatch of customer orders, contributing to safe, efficient warehouse operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives as part of a supportive team.
The role includes accurate order picking and packing, use of warehouse and postal systems, stock control support, and maintaining high housekeeping and safety standards.
Warehouse experience is essential, along with good IT skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. Limited evening and weekend working is required, with time off in lieu.
This role is a key member of a small team of the Girlguiding North West England Region Office. Under the leadership of the Executive Manager. This role will contribute to the provision of a range of services to support membership growth. The successful applicant must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. They must be able to build positive relationships with staff and volunteers at all levels and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. This role sits within the Growth & Development team and is line managed by the Head of Membership Growth; the role holder will have responsibility for providing administrative and data support for growing guiding.
