You will be working in a hybrid way, with 2-3 days per week in the London office, working with other advisors so that you can support each other, and increase your learning. The role also home working for the remainder of the week, enabling great flexibility.
The role will see you managing multiple referrals at any one time. Your comfort in moving at pace from one conversation to another, whilst ensuring that the information that you provide is correct, and fully understood will be key. You will also be learning which cases to refer to other areas. There is great training in place, and the right candidate will be fully supported in getting up to speed in this hugely impactful role.

An exciting position has arisen for a PR and Communications Assistant to join the team at a leading international Charity. This is a permanent position to provide essential administrative support to the PR and Communications team, and support in developing press releases and maintaining relationships with media outlets.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Provide essential administrative support, including maintaining filing systems
- Monitor media coverage for reputational risk and be the first point of contact for all media enquiries
- Write content for external and internal channels
- Support the team to organise and attend media interviews, case study interviews, filming or photography shoots and events as required
- Contribute to the day-to-day support of social media channels and on occasion updating the website using a content management system as required

Complex Needs Worker
Morgan Hunt are working in collaboration with a leading homelessness charity based in east London who are in search of a Complex Needs Worker to work with in their 35 bed service for clients who have been found recently rough sleeping in the borough and referred by street outreach teams and StreetLink.
Candidate requirements:
- Pro-actively work with a caseload of clients to assess their support needs and put in place well-being plans
- Ensure clients engaged at the service adequately safeguarded whilst at the service against any internal or external risk
- Referring clients to specialist external agencies including drug treatment services, community mental health teams, probation, immigration issues etc to ensure needs of the clients are met
- Partnership working with all clients to best ensure positive outcomes and providing advice and guidance around longer-term housing options for successful resettlement and ongoing support where necessary
Candidate Needs:
- Experience of casework delivery to a caseload of clients with complex support needs
- Experience of conducting needs and risk assessments and putting in place well-being plans
- Ability to present clients with re-housing options based on their support needs
- Assisting clients to obtain their welfare, housing and related rights
- Experience of referring and Liaising with external agencies on behalf of clients
- Ability to work a shift rota including weekends (no night work required)
- A DBS certificate issued within the last 12 months or registered to the online update service

Experience of securing gifts of over 10k from trusts.

Experience of project-based fundraising and the development of restricted and unrestricted propositions within a fundraising team.
