The IBAHRI works with the global legal community to promote and protect human rights and the independence of the legal profession worldwide. The Institute provides human rights training and technical assistance for legal practitioners and institutions, building their capacity to effectively promote and protect human rights under a just rule of law. The Programme Administrator is a fast-paced, varied, and exciting role where you will play a key role supporting the IBAHRI Director and five IBAHRI Programme Lawyers and provide logistical, administrative, and financial support to IBAHRI projects worldwide.
The Programme Administrator will organise the practical arrangements for project events and activities, as well as book and co-ordinate all project travel arrangements. The postholder will also play an important role in budget management and ensuring all financial tasks are completed for the projects, as well as provide general IBAHRI logistical and administrative support. To be successful, you will have demonstratable experience in administration, specifically travel, financial, and event administration. You will have strong organisational skills and eye for detail when it comes to completing tasks. In addition to this, you will have strong IT literacy skills and experience using Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
You will have excellent communication skills and experience dealing with high level external stakeholders. You will have experience working within a team and be able to work on your own initiative. You will have a flexible approach to tasks and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, often on multiple issues simultaneously. You will also have experience working in varied contexts and/or with sensitive issues/information, exercising good judgement and discretion, and across different cultures, languages, and currencies. You will have the ability to work across time zones and out of hours, when required, and occasional travel abroad to support in-country activities, when required.

At the heart of the charity is the regifting of pre-loved baby equipment, clothes and toys onto other families. The charity want to make it as easy as possible for families to pass on their items and this new role will support inventory management across all sites.
As Network Stock & Logistics Manager, you will take a network-wide view of all stock and logistics. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, supplier relationships, continuous improvement initiatives, and strategic planning. This will include both the inbound and outbound movement of stock, as well as London-wide logistics infrastructure and contracts. You will work closely with the warehouse team on stock levels, policies and procedures, as well as with hub teams to have a complete picture of network stock levels and needs, in order to make efficiencies, improve stock flow and engage with the community.
The successful candidate will have experience in one or more of the following areas: logistics, retail, procurement, community engagement, and will be a confident and articulate person, who enjoys engaging with stakeholders from all backgrounds, whether it is a school or religious group, large corporate partner or individual donor. You must be practical and well-organised, happy reorganising a spreadsheet of stock items and must be a keen problem solver and strong team player.

- To work with the fundraising products manager, internal teams and the community & events marketing team to develop effective marketing activity.
- To help develop approaches and assets, such as content and resources, for products in your care to drive engagement from supporters, remittance and average gift, across a range of channels.
- To work with digital engagement and the community & events marketing team to monitor and report on performance, including the most effective channels, creative and audiences, to help ensure investment is maximised.
About You
Ideally, you will be someone with a real drive and a passion for charity fundraising. Who is digitally focused, driven by insight and understands the importance of great stewardship experience.
You'll have experience in a range of fundraising activities including virtual events. Adept at supporter stewardship and journeys through a variety of channels, such as digital communities, phone, and email. You'll have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs. As well as being highly organised, comfortable managing projects and if needed the ability to work to tight deadlines

Womens Coaching Programme Leader
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum
Fixed Term (2 years)
Part-Full Time: 28 – 35 hours a week

Our client is looking for a dynamic programme leader to orchestrate an exciting new women’s coaching initiative.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to work in their small ground-breaking charity, in the high profile and fast-moving arena of women’s sport with plenty of scope to make your mark on the cause.
Our client’s charity exists because they believe it is wrong for girls and women to be denied the joy, fulfilment and lifelong benefits of sport. While progress is being made towards greater equality for women and girls in sport, they know that at all levels and across all environments, there are too few female coaches, and women who are in coaching roles often report having a bad experience.
The Women’s Coaching Programme Leader will manage our client’s stewardship of the women’s coaching initiative, a group of organisations and individuals looking to make change for women in coaching. Your role will be to orchestrate, plan, deliver, and monitor the Women’s Coaching Programme on behalf of the collective of organisations involved.
You will have significant experience working within the sporting landscape, ideally spanning community and elite sport. Main responsibilities are:
Lead the Women in Coaching initiative:

Own and manage the women in coaching initiative delivery plan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day governance processes

Build and manage relationships across the sport system to advocate for and ensure the success of the initiative

Manage the budget and reporting for the project

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Direct Marketing Manager to oversee Face to Face fundraising campaigns

- Provide engaging training sessions for fundraisers, ensuring they're knowledgeable and passionate about our cause
- Monitor the performance of fundraisers and external suppliers, ensuring compliance with regulations and contractual obligations.
- Manage invoices, stock, and website content related to Face to Face Fundraising, ensuring smooth operations at all times.
They are looking for someone with:
- Experience working with in a fundraising department, ideally within Individual Giving.
- Experience in project planning and implementation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Planning and implementing projects or campaigns.
- Inspiring and motivating others to achieve targets.
- Managing and presenting data using MS Excel.
