As the Product Development Lead you will be a crucial role within the fundraising team, focusing on the strategic planning and execution of a diverse range of fundraising products. This position is pivotal in identifying innovative opportunities that resonate with the charity's strategic vision, leading efforts in insight gathering, ideation, prototyping, and testing. The aim is to craft fundraising products that not only raise funds but also enhance the quality of life for the beneficiaries.

In addition to product creation and development, this role involves extensive collaboration with various stakeholders across the three charities, including NHS front-line staff, directors, and senior leadership, to foster a culture of innovation and support for new initiatives. As part of the Fundraising Innovation strategy, the role encompasses leading new product development sprints, analysing fundraising events, and working closely with managers to capitalise on collaborative opportunities, all aimed at increasing income and diversifying the funding base.

They are seeking someone who has a strong understanding of new product development principles and the ability to take products from concept to market, ideally gained within a fundraising setting. You will have experience using data insight for decision-making, and time management skills to consistently meet deadlines. Experience in building relationships and influencing stakeholders across the organization, as well as knowledge of fundraising regulation, databases, and Facebook fundraising, are highly desirable attributes for this role.

Customer Services and Administration Manager, a fantastic opportunity for a senior Customer Services, Supporter Services, Supporter Care, Membership professional to a National Health Charity, based in Central North London. Hybrid Working; 3 days office based and 2 days working from home.

The Customer Services and Administration team is a dedicated and specialist team who provide all supporters, volunteers, groups, members of the public and internal customers a high level of customer service and support when contacting the charity. As the Customer Services and Administration Manager, managing a team of Customer Service Officers, you will ensure that on a day-to-day basis the team functions efficiently, effectively and delivers excellent customer care service to all supporters, staff and members of the general public. · Working with the database manager, report on post-campaign data analysis to evaluate effectiveness and understand ROI.

· Working with the Head of Marketing & Communications to deliver an excellent supporter experience across all communications and fundraising activity, working with colleagues to ensure consistency with other fundraising programmes.

· Brief, monitor and manage internal stakeholders’ relationships for Individual Giving campaigns and projects, maximising opportunities to cross sell across all audiences.

Person Specification:

· Proven track record of DM campaign management experience.

· Proficient experience of working with data selections, segmentation and campaign analysis.

· Significant experience in managing the end-to-end creative process and proven success in donor acquisition and retentions.

· Experience in designing and delivering supporter journeys for a variety of audiences.

· Experience of delivering excellent results within agreed budgets and on schedule.

A reputable housing association is looking for a Fixed Asset Accountant to join the team in an exciting period for the organisation.

This is a great role for a candidate who has demonstrable experience working in housing/property on the Fixed Asset Register, who has made improvements to systems and procedures.

Role:

• Ensure accuracy and maintenance of Fixed Asset Register
• Update the Register and maintain the property ledger
• Assist with quarterly and annual returns
• Month end support within chosen area

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant
• Housing Association experience including track record maintaining Fixed Asset Register
• Experience with complex reconciliations and financial records
• Excellent excel skills
