A little bit about the role
We seek a graduate with excellent communication skills for our Recruitment team. You must be able to manage data, multitask, and adapt to dynamic environments. Enhance Frontline’s social worker training selection process with autonomy and a commitment to continuous improvement.
The Recruitment team is responsible for sourcing, selecting and hiring for 500 places for Approach Social Work (previously known as the Frontline programme) in local authorities across England.
We think the internship at Frontline is unlike other internships. You’ll be given plenty of opportunity to develop key skills for your future career, while also holding a core role within the team. You will be joining us at our busiest time and so will have day to day coordinator responsibilities throughout the year. This makes it a great first step into your career as you’ll have real practical examples to take forward. You will work with the Selection Manager and Selection Officers to ensure the delivery of a highly effective and efficient recruitment process and to ensure the candidate experience is positive throughout.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Facilitate at Approach Social Work assessment centres, supporting assessors and sharing responsibility for ensuring days run smoothly and consistently
- Manage the logistics involved in planning and delivering over 40 assessment centre days (e.g. responding to candidate queries, monitoring candidate sign up, scheduling assessors)
- Act as first point of contact for candidates experiencing technical difficulties with IT systems used as part of selection process.
A little bit about you
The role would suit a recent graduate with experience in event planning, logistics coordination, or customer service. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented and excels at managing multiple tasks and priorities. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who can support candidates through the selection process, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth operations at assessment centers.
We have a fast-moving culture within the team and organisation, so we’re looking for someone who is who is well organised, details-focused and can use their initiative to do what works. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to build relationships with people and be willing to learn. About the organisation
nia has been delivering services to women, girls and children who have been subjected to sexual and domestic violence and abuse, including prostitution, since 1975. The organisation has three main aims: to provide services for women, girls and children who have experienced men’s violence; contributing to ending male violence against women and girls, and to inform and influence policy and public awareness.
East London Rape Crisis provides free, confidential specialist support for women and girls who have been raped or experienced any other form of sexual violence or abuse at any time in their lives, regardless of whether or not they have reported to the police. We offer confidential and independent support. Services include advocacy, emotional and practical support, one-to-one counselling and group work. The service is provided across Barking & Dagenham, Hackney, Havering, Redbridge, Newham, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest.

In the role of Counsellor, you will provide one to one counselling and group therapy to survivors of sexual violence. You will work as part of a growing feminist Rape Crisis service that is developing to meet the needs of women and girls. Counselling is delivered face to face, online and via the phone.
We are looking for counsellors who can provide a commitment of a minimum of 10 and maximum of 24 hours a week of counselling services.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Support Officer to join our Wellbeing team and work across two new projects aimed at improving older people's lives. Working closely with Age UK's Network of 120+ local and independent Age UK partners, this role will support the delivery of projects across their life cycle, ranging from the implementation of funder-led reporting requirements to liaising with partners on the impact the project has had on their beneficiaries.

About Stema:
Stema is a small Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) founded to advance the education of the public in the field of global health. Our research centres upon community health, positive health, participatory methods and agentic approaches. Our mission is to catalyse positive disruptions in the field of global health through publishing research and developing tools and partnerships. We are a small, international team of academics, entrepreneurs and development professionals.
Our focus over the last year has been developing alternative approaches to community health and sustainable development, leading to the development of the concept of community positive health and creation of an index to measure community positive health. Our approach is informed by extensive participatory fieldwork in low-resource settings around the world, for example Kenya, Peru and Sierra Leone. Our work is supported by rigorous scientific research in partnership with leading academic institutions, NGOs and in-country research institutions, for example University College London, Oregon State University, and Safe Water and Aids Project.
Stema has been backed by a single funding source to date. We are now looking to expand and diversify our revenue streams, providing an exciting opportunity for the CEO to develop and implement a sustainable fundraising strategy. The Foundation is seeking a Project Coordinator with experience in the employment/recruitment sector to lead on delivering our newly launched Training Grounds programme (9-12-month post), in partnership with the EFL Trust and 7x other club community organisations, aimed at supporting young people aged 16 to 24 who are not in employment, education or training into positive outcomes (employment, education or social).
The Project Coordinator will be joining at an exciting time of growth for the Employment and Skills department with the aim of supporting the delivery and evaluation of our newly launched Training Grounds programme. The postholder will lead on community outreach initiatives that aim to recruit 96 or more participants (aged 16 to 24) from Haringey and Enfield over 12 months and support them with life skills geared towards the achieve positive outcomes in education, employment or social attainments conducted through group and 1-2-1 sessions. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the EFL Trust to capture and record the achievement of outcomes and journey progression of participants on the Training Grounds Programme.

Can you help us to support new dads and dads-to-be?
We are recruiting a Dad Matters Coordinator to help us reach more families across Barnet, Brent and Harrow. They will work alongside our team of Coordinators, local Family Hubs and a range of services including Maternity, Health Visiting and Children's Services.
The Dad Matters Coordinator will deliver a range of universal and targeted interventions aimed at fathers in the First 1001 Days. They will support dads and other male carers with attachment and bonding, mental health and access to service. They also work with professionals and perinatal services to ensure dads and male carers are engaged, supported and heard within clinical pathways. Addtionally, they will help develop and run sessions with dads and will be at the forefront of growing our Dad Matters volunteering opportunities.
This is a new post, and we are looking for someone who can build on our existing relationships and make a real impact on the mental health and wellbeing of new dads and dads-to-be.
The work requires a combination of field-based community engagement and training, and regular days in the office which is in Finchley, Barnet.

What the job involves
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team focused on driving change and providing education to health professionals across UK health services to end variation in access to support and treatment for men with prostate cancer.
You’ll be responsible for the leadership, governance and operational management of four teams; Education, Improvement Programmes, Black Health Equity Engagement and Policy and Health Influencing; and their work programmes – ensuring collaboration and innovation across teams and functional boundaries to deliver Prostate Cancer UK’s business plan and strategy.
You'll oversee and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across locations, ensuring an integrated approach to change priorities, including public awareness, clinical education, and stakeholder influencing. You'll drive strategic plans to improve health and care pathways across the UK, grow clinical leadership, and support political engagement. You'll champion efforts to tackle health inequalities, strengthen community engagement, and influence policy changes. Ensuring our work reflects the perspectives of those affected by prostate cancer, you'll focus on delivering maximum impact. You'll promote collaboration, maintain high-quality data, and support strategic goals while coaching your team to excel.
