We are seeking a Science and Policy Project Manager who will provide project management support across the science and policy departments for the core programmes and for cross cutting activities such as conferences and communications. You will be educated to MSc level in Public Health, Nutrition, Epidemiology or closely related field and have experience working in a research/public health setting and developing scientific/policy reports, summaries and presentations. You will have proven scientific project management skills with experience in monitoring progress, performance reporting and delivering projects on time and budget. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment, and with stakeholders at all levels.

Job Purpose
This role sits within our crisis alternative service, Safe Space, which is an out of hours service providing a safe and welcoming space for people who are feeling distressed and experiencing crisis. The service operates 365 days a year from 12:00 (midday)-11:30pm across all of our boroughs.
This role is for our Ealing Safe Space, 4:30pm - 11:30pm. You may be required to cover at other locations across Hammersmith & Fulham, Ealing and Hounslow.
Staff within the service will provide person-centred, practical and emotional support, face to face or via telephone on a one-to-one or group basis to individuals experiencing mental health crisis.
The objectives of the service include:
- To improve the mental wellbeing of people experiencing mental health crisis in HFEH.
- To provide support to clients accessing the service- for instance: signposting, de-escalation, planned wellbeing activities etc.
- To contribute to an improvement in individual mental wellbeing.
- To remain a source of independent support for all clients.
- To treat service users with respect, dignity and personalised support
- To raise awareness of mental health services available with the goal to improve long term mental health and reduce social isolation
- To increase self-management skills of those accessing the service
- To reduce the use of police, ambulance and statutory mental health services whilst experiencing crisis.

The Role
The role of the team manager will be to support the rest of the team in delivering interventions on a one-to-one and group basis. The role will also involve triaging and assessing all clients accessing the service, signposting and delivering collaborative self-management plans with clients to improve mental wellbeing. The role will also include line management and supervision of support workers within the service. Team managers are responsible for management of their site; including report writing, audits and being the named manager for the site. This role directly supports the service managers in keeping to a high standard service.

Main Purpose of the Role
The main objectives of the Corporate Fundraising Manager role is to lead the Corporate Partnerships programme; sourcing, developing and sustaining funding partnerships with a wide range of companies. About the Role:
As the University Access Officer, you will work with school staff at all levels, volunteer tutors, and the rest of the organisation's team to ensure the programme is delivered effectively. Other roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Engaging with students in school and enrolling them onto the programme
*Assessing student progress towards making successful university applications
*Uploading information onto the Salesforce database (training provided)
*Building and managing relationships with volunteers to ensure they have a positive experience of the programme
*Managing students' relationships with volunteers through monitoring systems, emails, and phone calls
*Working with school staff to ensure their cooperation and timely completion of activities contributing to the smooth running of the programme
*Chairing and presenting at school meetings with senior management to report on programme progress
*Supporting the volunteering team by helping deliver volunteer training sessions and attending university site visits, which take place on occasional Saturdays and weekday evenings (paid time off provided)

Prospectus is delighted to be working with a prestigious postgraduate university for the arts as they look to appoint a temporary Disability Adviser, to join their student experience team. The team help to support the progression and retention of students facing challenges throughout their time at the College and is committed to enhancing the complete student experience. This role is full time, initially for 4 weeks, with the potential of extension to 8 weeks.
As a Disability Adviser, you will establish, deliver and monitor high quality, expert advice and support for postgraduate taught and research students with disabilities, including mental health and general health conditions. Your work will be centred on assessing the needs of their incoming student cohort, proactively liaising with colleagues across the College to anticipate reasonable adjustments and implement support opportunities, supporting funding applications via 1:1 and group appointments, and updating web pages and social media information.
To be considered for this role you will, have knowledge and understanding of student disability issues including an up-to-date understanding of the Equality Act and other relevant legislation and frameworks, specifically, the College's responsibilities within these areas. You will also have the ability to communicate effectively with wide range of people, including in challenging situations, for example, working with people with complex and sensitive conditions, as well as strong networking skills to work sensitively with individuals and teams to ensure the best possible support for student. Experience working in a Higher Education setting is desirable, however not essential.
Please note, this is a full-time role, 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday. The role is offered on a hybrid basis, minimum 3 days per week at their Kensington Campus, with the option of working from home, the remaining 2 days.
