As the Product Development Lead you will be a crucial role within the fundraising team, focusing on the strategic planning and execution of a diverse range of fundraising products. This position is pivotal in identifying innovative opportunities that resonate with the charity's strategic vision, leading efforts in insight gathering, ideation, prototyping, and testing. The aim is to craft fundraising products that not only raise funds but also enhance the quality of life for the beneficiaries.
In addition to product creation and development, this role involves extensive collaboration with various stakeholders across the three charities, including NHS front-line staff, directors, and senior leadership, to foster a culture of innovation and support for new initiatives. As part of the Fundraising Innovation strategy, the role encompasses leading new product development sprints, analysing fundraising events, and working closely with managers to capitalise on collaborative opportunities, all aimed at increasing income and diversifying the funding base.
They are seeking someone who has a strong understanding of new product development principles and the ability to take products from concept to market, ideally gained within a fundraising setting. You will have experience using data insight for decision-making, and time management skills to consistently meet deadlines. Experience in building relationships and influencing stakeholders across the organization, as well as knowledge of fundraising regulation, databases, and Facebook fundraising, are highly desirable attributes for this role.

About the role:
We are excited to be taking the lead in the London Whole Housing Service Partnership (LWHSP) which will address and enhance the pathways of housing support for women experiencing domestic abuse, from removing them from immediate harm, to enabling recovery and resettlement across all levels of need. The LWHSP are seeking to build on our delivery across 11 East and West London boroughs of the Whole Housing Approach (WHA).
The Housing IDVA will work within a dynamic, fast paced, crisis intervention, advocacy and support service to ensure the voice of survivors informs every stage of the process. You will specialise in working with clients for whom housing, and risk of tenancy breakdown is a factor. You will work within the team to make proactive contact and provide high quality advocacy and support based upon a client led needs and risk assessment to women, focusing on working with those aged 18 and over who access the domestic abuse service. You will hold a caseload of survivors and will also be required to work as part of Advance’s duty team on a rota basis which will involve completing intake assessments and providing crisis intervention support.
About You:
As a Housing IDVA, you will need to have a degree of flexibility for colocation work across London boroughs; providing support to women who have experienced domestic violence, focusing on individuals with housing or tenancy issues. Working in our fast-paced crisis intervention, advocacy and support service, you’ll ensure the voice of survivors informs every stage of the process. You will have your own caseload of survivors and will focus on working with those aged 18 and over who access our domestic abuse service.
You will bring experience in providing independent domestic violence advocacy and support for women who approach housing advice and assessment for help. Ideally experience in working with housing service providers, and advising women of their rights and options for seeking help and support from other agencies. You will have the ability to develop individual safety and support plans in-line with the clients’ needs and the risks they face.

Sanctuary Schemes are multi-agency victim-centred initiatives that aim to enable households at risk of violence to remain safely in their own homes by installing a 'Sanctuary' in the home and through the provision of support to the household. As a Sanctuary Scheme Specialist, you will support the sanctuary service by carrying out comprehensive assessments of service users and their homes and helping providers to ensure safety improvements are made. Teresa House and Hamlets Way are two supported housing accommodations for adults with enduring mental health issues. Both services provide a high level of support to 16 customers on each service. Teresa House is a fast stream service where customers are supported up to two years while Hamlets Way is a slow stream service where customers can expect support for a minimum of two to a maximum of 4 years.
The service is under Look Ahead management since April 2015 and the buildings are owed by Notting Hill Genesis. As a support worker you will play an integral role in developing effective support and risk management plans. You will also support customers with aspects of their day-to-day living including but not excluded to; social and physical activities, medication, benefit entitlements, maintaining living standards, exploring employment, education and training opportunities.

What you'll do:
- To work on a rota based shift pattern which includes working early (8-4pm) and late (2-10pm) shifts 5 days a week.

The Information & Advice Adviser is a vital role that works directly with older people who come to the service seeking information and advice on pension age benefits.
Last year the service worked to support over 800 older adults with information and advice on benefits, health, housing and care, and assisted the uptake of nearly £400,000 of previously unclaimed benefits.
An important part of this role will be to triage initial client needs which have been referred into the service by both internal and external partners, this will then ensure the team provides the right advice and high-quality support, whether on the phone, email or face to face.

As a Befriending Coordinator, you will support individuals with lived experience of mental health issues one on one through befriending to help reform and improve their lives. The Customer Services and Administration team is a dedicated and specialist team who provide all supporters, volunteers, groups, members of the public and internal customers a high level of customer service and support when contacting the charity.
