Job description

Harris Hill is seeking a Virtual Events Fundraising Assistant from 7th April to mid May, possibly longer, to support a national charity on a 25 hour per week, remote basis.

 

This role supports the Mass Participation team and we will also provide additional support for the May event season, and will include virtual and challenge events.

 

The role will be 25 hour per week, working from 10am to 3pm, Monday to Friday, 

 

Duties will include:

Be a key point of contact for mass participation fundraising enquiries, responding within agreed timescales and ensuring excellent customer service via email, phone & SMS.

Coordinate administrative processes for the mass participation team including data entry, organising fulfilment of extra fundraising materials and keeping FAQs updated for each challenge.

Complete any other general administration that may be required by the Mass Participation Team 

 

The ideal candidate would have supported a fundraising, events, or supporter care team, and it would be desirable if you had virtual events experience, although not essential.
