Role Overview:

The Muslim Hands Fundraising team is looking for a Creative and Brand Manager. This is a 12-month-opportunity to help shape the visual identity of Muslim Hands and deliver campaigns end-to-end, including the 2026 Ramadan campaign. The role would suit an all-rounder who embraces a multi-disciplinary challenge. You will be leading a small team of Creatives who work closely with the marketing and web team and also get involved in other design projects briefed by other stakeholders in the organisation. This means you need to have a sharp awareness of who is working on what day-to-day, spot deadline clashes and help the team set priorities. You will also get involved in design yourself – so you need to be a versatile and detail-oriented designer who can jump onto any project without much introduction and ask the right questions when there is no clear briefing. Just as Fundraising is a fast-changing environment, the work in the Fundraising team can be fast-paced – we are looking for someone who has experience delivering work in this sort of environment, someone not scared of juggling multiple projects and tricky deadlines.

Essential:

Role Overview:

The Partnerships and Events Manager will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and maintaining relationships with a variety of strategic partners, including university societies, community groups, children’s afterschool clubs such as scouts/brownie, businesses, and other organizations that align with our mission and values. They’ll manage a team of events professionals, leading on our events volunteer and partnerships strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to build and nurture relationships, identify partnership opportunities, and support the long-term sustainability.

About the role and Wen’s Climate Sisters Programme 

The Climate Sisters project aims to make systemic change by amplifying underrepresented marginalised and racialised women's voices in climate justice debates and in the transition to a low-carbon economy. The 5 year project aims to engage women in Manchester and the North West through a participatory climate leadership programme. The project involves two phases. Phase One is a 10 week Feminist Climate Leadership workshop programme where groups of women collectively explore their priorities for climate justice at individual, local, regional, national and international levels. Phase Two involves participants developing creative projects to showcase the ideas and solutions from the combined cohort from the Phase One programme, working collaboratively with regular support sessions. The aim of this programme is to amplify and centre the voices of the underrepresented and marginalised women specifically in the climate arena. The approach to this will be underpinned by values that challenge patriarchy, colonialism and white supremacy, ableism and uphold care, collectivity, collaboration and non-competitive sisterhood.

The Climate Sisters Programme Manager will lead and manage this programme working closely with community partners and participants to deliver and inspire a participatory, impactful and co-produced project. The Climate Sisters Programme Manager will manage, supervise and motivate the Climate Sisters Project Coordinator.

Responsibilities/ Core Duties:

To provide a support service through 1-1 interview sessions, telephone contact, face-to-face and in-depth support with follow-up and record keeping. We are recruiting for a Peer Support Lead: 

The Hepatitis C Trust has developed projects nationally whereby peers use their lived experience of injecting drug use and hepatitis C, to provide education and training to increase awareness of hepatitis C, reduce stigma, and promote access to testing and treatment for people living with hepatitis C. 

Do you have personal experience of drug use or hepatitis C? Do you have experience working in drug services, health inclusion services or with volunteers? We are looking for a passionate peer lead with good communication and organisational skills. We require a reasonable standard of education and welcome creativity and innovation in all our work. 

Working as part of a growing team, this post will continue the development and delivery of the Hepatitis C peer project, recruiting and supporting volunteer peers across Bristol and surrounding areas. Working in partnership with hepatitis C clinical teams, drug and alcohol services and homeless service providers, the post will coordinate delivery of educational workshops, hepatitis C testing in community settings, ensure that service users are referred and supported through hepatitis C treatment and care. 

This post will require extensive travel across the region and it’s desirable the post holder holds a clean driving licence and have their own vehicle for work related travel.

We are currently looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist to join our IT Department on a full-time, permanent basis.

Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Lead, you will support the protection and resilience of our digital systems, contributing to the monitoring of threats and enhancing our proactive response to the evolving cybersecurity landscape.

You’ll be joining a collaborative Infrastructure Team that includes a Senior Network Analyst and a Server & Cloud Engineer, working alongside our first and second-line Service Desk support team of five.

Main responsibilities

• Investigating and managing security incidents and supporting ongoing threat monitoring
• Promoting good security practices and behaviours across the organisation
• Supporting the development and enforcement of cybersecurity policies and procedures
• Assisting with incident response and coordination with external cybersecurity partners
• Staying informed on emerging threats and sharing insights with the wider team

The Movements Trust is a start up charity operating in the UK and elsewhere. Our mission is to increase the funding that reaches social movements working on a Just Transition. 

We're seeking someone who is enthusiastic, committed to movement building and campaigning, great at details and systems, and overall an effective team player in a remote setting.

Our new Movement Officer will - 

- Be the first point of contact for movement enquiries, monitoring our inbox and responding to queries

- Support movements, campaigners and activists make applications to the Trust for our sponsorship service or grants programmes,

We’re looking for a Responsible Business Lead who will work at the intersection of supply chains, policy, and impact, ensuring members’ business practices actively support human rights and environmental sustainability.

About the role:
As Responsible Business Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in embedding Human Rights and Environmental Due Diligence (HREDD) across members’ operations. You’ll provide expert advice, coordinate responsible business initiatives, and work with internal teams to ensure supply chain risks are identified and addressed. This is a unique opportunity to shape ethical conduct in the private sector and influence change from boardroom to tea field.

You’ll also lead engagement with the Global Tea Coalition, manage stakeholder relationships, and design learning and communications content that helps members understand and act on sustainability issues.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advise members on responsible business practices and HREDD implementation
• Support design and integration of responsible business elements into global programmes
• Develop guidance and assess member practices against updated membership criteria
• Produce briefings, toolkits, and peer learning events on responsible sourcing and due diligence
• Lead and coordinate the Global Tea Coalition (GTC), supporting strategic planning and member engagement
• Monitor sector developments and certification standards, advising on alignment with values
• Represent the charity at industry events and build partnerships to enhance impact and reach

About you:

• At least 5 years’ experience in corporate sustainability, ideally within agricultural supply chains
• Strong understanding of human rights, environmental risks, and the global tea sector
• Familiar with HREDD, UNGPs, OECD guidelines, and certification frameworks
• Experience working with business leaders to promote responsible sourcing and supply chain accountability
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and securing buy-in for practical solutions
• Clear and confident communicator, able to translate complex topics for diverse audiences
• Capable of leading research, developing proposals, and managing collaborative initiatives
• Proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently
• Undergraduate degree required, postgraduate qualification preferred, ideally in sustainability, international development, or a related field

The Marketing team underpins all of this by supporting our fundraising efforts with compelling ideas, content creation, design materials, social media, website management, and media opportunities.
