This position will lead on the management and development of projects and campaigns to acquire new and increase the value and loyalty of existing supporters across both digital and direct channels. You will be responsible for a portfolio of Individual Giving Fundraising across single, regular, prize-led, payroll, legacy and in-memory giving.
You will work closely with team members to develop supporter journeys and digital acquisition to grow acquisition and retention rates.
This varied role will involve briefing, monitoring and managing stakeholder relationships for Individual Giving campaigns and projects to ensure effective financial management, data management, supporter care, supporter engagement, digital product management and marketing processes are followed.
The ideal candidate will have experience of:
- Managing Individual Giving campaigns (acquisition and retention) across a variety of direct and digital channels
- Using databases to inform Individual Giving campaigns
- Managing and delivering budgets and working with agencies
- Monitoring and evaluating campaigns, reporting results and make recommendations to improve performance.

This is a hybrid role requiring 50% time in their Central London Office.

About the role
In this role you’ll contribute to the operational delivery of innovative health partnerships for BHF. These partnerships help us to reach, on a mass scale, people at risk or living with heart and circulatory diseases; working with large corporate organisations, other charities, and community groups to provide information, support and skills in innovative ways to improve health awareness, support self-management and reduce health inequalities.
As part of the Health Partnerships team, you’ll support several health partners, delivering agreed activity and maximising the opportunity to reach their workforce and customers with our free health initiatives.
You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues across BHF particularly in our Medical and Marketing, Fundraising and Engagement teams, as well as external partners to meet agreed aims and objectives. You’ll also work closely with other delivery teams (e.g. Clinical Support, Health Content, Community Resuscitation and Customer Service Teams) to create an integrated and seamless customer experience for your partners.
Obtaining a comprehensive knowledge of our health offerings during your induction, you’ll develop a warm and productive relationship with your key accounts and ensure the delivery of activity is fulfilled effectively and efficiently and that your partners needs and opportunities for growth are appropriately identified so that they receive the best possible experience from the BHF.
Working arrangements
Please note this is an 18 month fixed term contract.
This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London office.

About you
With knowledge and an understanding of BHF and organisational objectives, you’ll have previous experience delivering projects in large, complex organisations, as well as the knack of developing relationships with internal and external key stakeholders quickly, and with ease.
You’ll have previous experience supporting the delivery of high impact partnerships in either a charity or health-related environment and will have experience managing own workload and key areas of responsibility.

Summary
Innovation plays a key role in our drive to increase our Fundraising income and further our strategy to create a world where diabetes can do no harm. In partnership with the Senior Innovation and Development Manager, the Innovation Manager will work across Fundraising Teams to deliver a step change in our income growth in the next 12 months. Across 12 months you will be working to embed our innovation strategy; driving forward new product development, showcasing a fresh approach to innovation, and supporting colleagues to embrace innovation. You will be responsible for consulting with Fundraising Teams to identify new opportunities to generate income and provide supporters with an amazing experience. Ideal Candidate
Working with Teams from across Fundraising, you'll need to be experienced at engaging and influencing colleagues at all levels. While experience working in a dedicated innovation role isn't necessary, experience using tools to uncover insight, facilitate workshops, generate ideas, test propositions, and deliver compelling business cases is essential. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Retention
- Administer the recruitment process by placing job adverts into the template on Canva, removing expired job adverts from the THET website; downloading applications; setting up interviews

As the Engagement Events Lead, you will oversee the planning, project management, and delivery of a diverse portfolio of bespoke events across the organisation. As the Product Development Lead you will be a crucial role within the fundraising team, focusing on the strategic planning and execution of a diverse range of fundraising products. You'll be responsible for managing the project team, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and meet quality standards. You'll serve as a liaison between various stakeholders, including clients, internal teams and vendors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. You'll also identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.

Customer Services and Administration Manager, a fantastic opportunity for a senior Customer Services, Supporter Services, Supporter Care, Membership professional to a National Health Charity, based in Central North London. Hybrid Working; 3 days office based and 2 days working from home.
The Customer Services and Administration team is a dedicated and specialist team who provide all supporters, volunteers, groups, members of the public and internal customers a high level of customer service and support when contacting the charity. The team also play an important role in taking and processing credit and debit card donations made via the telephone or online and respond to Gift Aid questions and queries.
As the Customer Services and Administration Manager, managing a team of Customer Service Officers, you will ensure that on a day-to-day basis the team functions efficiently, effectively and delivers excellent customer care service to all supporters, staff and members of the general public. You will ensure all staff within the team are managed and developed so they provide a high level of support to those using the team and the services provided.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of customer service ensuring the supporters, members and members of the public have a great experience when contacting the organisation.
- Organise a rota that ensures all the elements of the Customer Services function are comprehensively covered.
- Put processes and procedures in place to ensure agreed SLA’s and KPI’s are being met, in line with strategic goals.

- Experience of managing a team within a Customer Services, Supporter Services, Supporter Care, Membership department. Delivering a progressive programme of customer service delivery to internal and external customers.
- Experience of managing and responding to complaints and feedback
- Experience of processing Direct Debits payments or similar and ideally thanking of supporter donations via a database
- Experience of the BACS direct debit claiming process and following regulations
