You will work directly with adults who have learning disabilities, supporting them to lead more independent, connected, and fulfilling lives. The role involves a mix of 1:1 support, group work, advocacy, casework, and mentoring, as well as helping to deliver a timetable of social activities and workshops.
You will also play a key part in volunteer coordination, helping to ensure a warm and supportive environment for everyone involved.
Empathy, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in people are essential.

We will also count on you to develop and maintain relationships with partner agencies and to close cases efficiently and positively, identifying a referral route for the client that will identify agencies that can be used for ongoing support.

- Personal experience of the criminal justice system, lived experience of the issues facing this client group and/or experience of working with ‘high risk’, vulnerable children, young people and/or families
- Experience in working as part of a multi-agency team
- Experience of using support plans, to enable people to successfully access support services
- Substantial experience of engaging successfully with ‘challenging’ young people
- To have a relevant qualification to a good standard or be working towards one
- A knowledge of relevant services for young people and their families in the service provision area
- First-class interpersonal, relationship-building and communication skills, both verbal and written.

We are looking for a Community Key Worker
Salary: £22,500 - £27,000
Location: Thames Valley (Reading, must be able to commute across Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire)

In your role as a Community Keyworker, you will be working with women involved in the Criminal Justice System; those on Probation in the Community and those women being released from Prison as part of their Post Sentence Supervision; providing some in-reach and ‘Through the Gate’ support. You will be working in a team of Community Keyworkers in your region. Each Keyworker will provide holistic one to one community support to women with a variety of needs.
About You:
To be successful as the Community Key Worker you will need the below experience and skills.
You will need to hold a UK driving licence with access to car that can be used for work purposes. A creative self-starter who will support the service and look for innovative solutions to support clients with complex needs. You are confident professional relationship builder with have good awareness of Safeguarding procedures. Strong Administration skills and understanding of compliant behaviours also, experience of supporting. With good knowledge of the criminal justice system and awareness of other support provisions within the Kent

About the Role
This is a role where you’ll really see the difference you make.
As Educational Partnerships Manager, you’ll work across North West and South West London, building partnerships with schools, colleges, youth organisations and community groups—particularly in areas where opportunities are hardest to come by.
You’ll be right in the mix: planning events, delivering programmes, supporting volunteers and connecting with school staff to make sure young people have access to our inspiring enterprise and financial education experiences.
You’ll be a key driver of our Inspiring Futures programme—helping young people break down barriers and imagine bigger futures.
It’s a varied, people-focused role with loads of room for creativity, independence and collaboration. Whether you’re visiting a school, chatting with a funder, or supporting a trade fair, you’ll be helping young people build skills that will last a lifetime.

- Support the planning of events, trade fairs and celebrations for young people
- Keep accurate records, track impact, and make sure safeguarding is front and centre
A few practical things:
- This is a hands-on role—you’ll sometimes be lifting resources, setting up venues and travelling regularly (a car and full driving licence are essential)
- You’ll need to be happy occasionally working evenings or weekends during peak delivery times
- Expect to be on your feet during some events or sessions—it’s all part of the fun!

King George’s is a 68-bed hostel and a key part of Westminster City Council’s Rough Sleepers Pathway, offering support to men with complex needs who have experienced prolonged periods of rough sleeping. Many of the people we support are navigating the impacts of long-term substance use, offending histories, and trauma that often began in childhood and continues to shape their lives.

You'll be working within a Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE), helping individuals move forward from deeply challenging circumstances towards greater health, independence and purpose.
