The Digital Products Business Analyst is a key member of our Digital Products Team, created to elevate and optimise how Salesforce is used across the Royal College of Radiologists (RCR). This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our digital landscape and deliver real, measurable value for colleagues, RCR Fellows, and members.
In this role, you’ll lead the discovery and definition of requirements, manage end to end delivery of digital projects, and play a central part in testing, deployment, and training. You’ll be the crucial bridge between internal teams and our technical Salesforce specialists ensuring solutions are well understood, effectively implemented, and continuously improved.
From kick starting development projects to overseeing UAT and embedding new digital ways of working, you'll support the entire lifecycle of our Salesforce-driven products.
To be successful in this role you’ll be someone who enjoys making sense of complexity and turning it into clarity. You understand how to balance technical feasibility with user needs, and you can com-municate confidently with everyone from developers to senior leaders.
What you’ll do:
- Lead discovery workshops, interviews and requirement gathering sessions across the organi-sation
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable project plans
- Manage digital development projects from initiation to delivery
- Coordinate UAT, deployments, and end user training
- Create clear, accessible documentation and training materials
- Support colleagues with ongoing Salesforce training and troubleshooting
- Act as the connector between teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment
- Work closely with the Head of Digital Products and senior leadership to drive our product roadmap forward
You’ll bring:
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms (essential)
- Strong business analysis and/or product delivery experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in agile ways of working (e.g., stand ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Impressive organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage your own workload, take initiative, and drive projects forward
- Experience in a membership, education, or not for profit organisation is a bonus!

Scripture Union is seeking a Technical Operations Analyst to play a key role in the day to day running, support and continuous improvement of our digital platforms. You’ll work as part of our Digital Solutions team, ensuring our technology is reliable, secure and enables staff and volunteers to focus on mission.
The role
You’ll take operational responsibility for key elements of our Microsoft technology stack, including:
- Microsoft 365
- Azure
- Entra ID
- SharePoint & OneDrive
You’ll support users across the organisation, resolve and triage technical issues, work with third party suppliers, and contribute to compliance with standards such as GDPR and Cyber Essentials Plus. You’ll also collaborate closely with colleagues working on Dynamics 365, Power Platform and other cloud-based systems.
About you
You’ll bring:
- Strong experience working with the Microsoft cloud ecosystem
- A solid understanding of cloud services, IT operations and security
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help others
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team

IT Support Analyst (1st & 2nd Line Support)
Salary: 24,600
Location: Birmingham - Hybrid (with some remote working)
Permanent, Full Time – 35 hours per week

We’re passionate about making a positive difference. We’re looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our IT team. In this role you will provide 1st and 2nd line technical support across our IT and telephony systems, helping colleagues resolve issues efficiently and ensuring our technology runs smoothly. This position is ideal for someone with existing IT support experience or a recent IT-related qualification who is eager to develop their skills further.
What will you be doing as an IT Support Analyst?
In this varied role and hands-on, you will support a wide range of IT operations, including:
· Responding to IT queries from colleagues and providing helpful, timely support
· Troubleshooting issues across software, hardware, networks, and business system
· Supporting our Webchat and Telephony systems
· Managing user accounts, passwords, permissions and access rights
· Producing and maintaining documentation and help guides for users
· Help deliver IT projects and carry out daily system checks to ensure optimal performance
Experience you will need
· Experience working in an IT support role or a recent IT-related degree
· Knowledge of Microsoft technology stack, Windows 10 or above, Active Directory, The Microsoft 365 platform including Exchange Online, Teams and Intune
· Telephony Systems
· Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with users
· Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure
Experience in the following areas would be helpful, but not essential
· Zero Trust Network solutions
· Network Troubleshooting
