This is a new senior leadership role created through Inclusion North’s restructure. It is central to how we rebuild our strategic presence in Yorkshire and Humber while ensuring strong, joined-up working across the Northeast.

You will lead high-level engagement across both regions, with a particular focus on Yorkshire and Humber. In this region, you will help Inclusion North reconnect, build strategic partnerships, and become a visible and valued voice in system-level spaces.

You will take a lead in representing Inclusion North across a range of regional spaces, including Communities of Practice, local authority-led forums, and, where appropriate, ICB-related groups. This means helping shape change, influence commissioning, and ensure that the voices of people with a learning disability, autistic people, and family carers are heard where decisions are made. You will also be expected to challenge constructively when systems fall short of inclusion, equity, or lived experience leadership.

You will line manage the Innovation and Impact Manager and the Good Life Collaborative Programme Lead. This includes overseeing how our delivery connects to system priorities, responds to emerging opportunities, and contributes to our financial sustainability. You will also provide strategic insight to support planning, funding, and future direction.

This is a leadership role for someone who can build trust, speak with credibility, and stand firm in their values. You will need the insight to understand how systems work, and the confidence to push for change when they do not work for the people they are meant to serve.

The Cross-regional Strategic Lead holds senior responsibility for regional engagement, system influence, and delivery oversight at a strategic level.

The role is anchored in Yorkshire and Humber, where you will need to be well-connected and regularly present. You will also work across the Northeast as part of a joined-up, cross-regional team.

Creative Support is seeking committed Waking Night Support Workers for an exciting opportunity to join our team under the Transforming Care Agenda using a Trauma Informed approach. The Intensive Support Service provides bespoke supported living services in the Bury/Heywood area of Greater Manchester to adults over the age of 18 with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex needs.

The service operates 24/7 using a trauma informed and case management model of care to provide support and opportunities for increased independence in the community for three adults. In your role as Waking Night Support Worker, you will support residents with shopping, cooking or baking, household tasks and meeting personal care needs, as well as meeting unique personal goals. You will be happy working in a consistent, predictable way, enjoying a calm and quiet environment that meets each individual service user’s needs.

Experience of working in the care sector is desirable but not essential, as we will provide all training necessary for the role. Staff members recruited will initially be required to work dynamically between the Registered Office, service and current care provision to ensure service users experience a well-planned transition into their new home.

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative ESOL consultant to join our team and lead on the curriculum development and delivery of our ESOL for Work courses. ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) is a core strand of our community education offer. Now in its second year, the programme is expanding. The role and responsibilities

As New Business Lead for Employer and HE Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in driving Unifrog’s growth in our employer and higher education markets. You’ll need to be target driven to help create a wider network of universities and employers to support Unifrog students from around the world to find their best next step.

You will be given support by both the HE and Employer teams but will also have the autonomy to lead your own campaigns and projects.

Your key responsibilities:

• Design tailored campaigns involving emails, phone calls, webinars and social media, to target employers and higher education institutions in a smart and engaging way.

• Communicate with interested employers and higher education institutions to explain the work we do at Unifrog and the partnerships we offer in a compelling manner to secure online demonstrations for our Employer and Higher Education Partnership Managers.

• Attend conferences (sometimes overseas) to promote the work we do at Unifrog and network with relevant stakeholders in the employer and higher education sectors.

• Be the first port of call for partnership/collaboration enquiries from employers and higher education institutions.

• Work with our team of Employer and Higher Education Partnership Managers to understand the challenges they face and how you can support them in growing their partner bases.

• Analyse data from the Unifrog platform to inform your research around suitable higher education institutions and employers that we don’t work with but who would benefit from a partnership with us. 

• Support with other projects such as organising conferences, analysing our competitors, and reviewing our marketing collateral.

• Communicate information about our line up of online and in-person events to non-partner HE institutions, to secure their attendance at these events.

• Gain an in-depth understanding of our competitors in the market.

Working together

You’ll be working with the HE and Employer teams, alongside the Partnerships Director for International Schools and HE (who will be your line manager), the Partnerships Director for UK Schools and Employers, the Head of Employer Partnerships, and the Head of HE Partnerships. Your projects will also see you collaborating closely with the Marketing team.

Job Purpose

To lead the operational delivery, activation, and ongoing management of two new public-facing community assets: an affordable workspace and a smart, environmentally sustainable event space. You will balance access, quality, and sustainability by ensuring these spaces meet the needs of Kilburn’s dynamic and diverse community, while also generating revenue to support their long-term viability.

Key Responsibilities:

Space Setup and Launch

• Oversee handover and mobilisation of the affordable workspace and event hall as they are phased in between Sep–Jan 2025
• Liaise with Brent Council, contractors, and partners during transition and setup

Facilities and Operations Management

• Ensure buildings are safe, welcoming, well-maintained, and sustainably run. Manage contractors responsible for building maintenance and upkeep.
• Manage lettings, bookings, and contracts for both spaces including catering kitchen
• Monitor budgets and report on commercial activity

Workspace Activation

• Programme and deliver enterprise-focused activities in the affordable workspace
• Build a local network of entrepreneurs and facilitate community connections
• Manage and pre-let additional studio spaces opening Dec 2025

Venue Promotion & Community Engagement

• Market the event hall as both a community asset and revenue-generating venue
• Balance community events (weddings, cultural events) with corporate hires (Mon–Thurs)
• Ensure access and pricing remain fair, inclusive, and community-first

Strategy & Future Planning

• Contribute to visioning and strategic planning for long-term space management
• Help define the opportunity for an external operator post-2027 practical completion
• Support organisational learning and develop internal policies and procedures

Person Specification

Essential

Experience activating community or commercial spaces

Skilled in facilities and building management, and familiarity with CRM and booking systems.

Highly organised, able to manage projects end-to-end.

Confident engaging diverse community and commercial users

Proactive, personable and entrepreneurial

Comfortable working flexibly and responsively, including evening and weekend work.

Desirable

Knowledge of place-based regeneration or placemaking

About the role

As Head of Finance for EFI Group, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the Group’s financial health, enhancing operational insight, and supporting strategic decision-making. 

Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll lead a high-performing finance team, deliver insightful financial reporting, and act as a key business partner across all functions and subsidiaries. You will take a lead on month-end processes and reporting and preparation for the annual audit. You’ll also line manage, coach, and support junior finance team members, while providing accurate and timely financial information to budget holders across the organisation. Experience with developing integrated finance systems (Sage Intacct is in use) and the ability to work independently are essential. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a collaborative finance team where your expertise will directly support key financial decisions and continuous improvement.

About you

• Qualifications: CCAB qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
• Experience and Team Leadership: Proven experience in a similar finance role, including managing a team.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping and key accounting functions such as reconciliations and ledger management.
• Passion: Proactive, flexible, and a collaborative team player.

Citizens Advice Hammersmith and Fulham (CAHF) is a busy, dynamic award winning Service. We deliver a variety of projects via face to face and digital media.  

Since 2012 we have delivered a volunteer led community library service at Avonmore library.  In April 2024 we embarked on running a second community focused library at Askew Road. To support CAHF community library delivery at both libraries, we introduced the role of Community Library Coordinator.  

Purpose of the Role:

In addition to traditional library duties—such as managing stock inventory and delivering storytime sessions for under-5s—the Community Library Coordinator plays a key role in positioning the library as a vibrant hub within the local area. The library offers a diverse programme of activities for users of all ages throughout the week. Working collaboratively with colleagues, the Coordinator will oversee and help develop engaging library events, while also supporting the dedicated volunteers who contribute to the successful delivery of our community-focused services.

About You:

You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with enthusiasm for working in the library sector. You should be confident in promoting the library service and delivering excellent customer service to a diverse range of users. While previous library experience is desirable, it is not essential.

The roles require:

• A good level of community awareness, with experience of working with diverse communities
• Excellent customer care skills
• An interest in literacy and reading
• The ability to recruit, induct, and support library volunteers in service delivery
• Confidence in providing digital support to library users
• The ability to oversee the library events calendar and work with both new and existing partners to develop additional community-focused activities
