The shift pattern for this role is Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm, including hybrid working with a minimum of two days in the office.

Corporate Partnerships Campaign Lead

St Peter’s Hospice supports people and families across Bristol at some of the most difficult moments of their lives. This role will help bring more businesses into that mission, creating partnerships that directly fund compassionate care in our community.

As Corporate Partnerships Campaign Lead, you will take responsibility for the corporate strand of a major fundraising campaign. You will plan and deliver all corporate engagement, secure new business and re-engage existing partners. Role Purpose

The National Programme Manager will lead the development and delivery of Chiva’s national participation and support programmes.

The Fundraising Administrator is a key support role within Muslim Charity’s Community Engagement and Fundraising Team. You will help deliver smooth, effective fundraising operations by supporting events, campaigns, volunteer engagement and community activities. The role combines administration, community hub management, volunteer coordination and frontline communication, ensuring our supporters, partners and beneficiaries receive an excellent experience.

You will maintain departmental fundraising plans, support the organisation of events, campaigns and challenges, and act as the first point of contact for fundraising and volunteer enquiries across phone, email and social media. The role requires strong coordination with the Programmes Team for project updates and reporting, along with maintaining databases and online fundraising pages such as JustGiving, LaunchGood and Enthuse. You will also support national and international fundraising activities as needed.

We are looking for someone with administrative experience, ideally gained within a charity, fundraising or community-focused environment. You will have strong organisational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and confidence in handling enquiries through multiple channels. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage positively with volunteers, supporters and community members are essential, along with good IT skills, including Microsoft Office, online forms, cloud tools and CRM/database systems. Experience supporting events and an understanding of safeguarding, data protection and health and safety are required, as well as flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends.

As a Support Worker you will be expected to undertake duties and work as part of the staff team to support customers with daily support to achieve personal goals by using person centred approach.

What you'll do:
* Work proactively with the team to handle the service caseload and support an effective team approach to meeting each customer's identified needs.
* Contribute to a positive service environment, ensuring the service is supportive and a place of safety and stability for customers. This includes working flexibly and being proactively in delivering, reviewing and arranging effective support for emerging needs and risks in order to prevent escalating concerns.
* Ensure Look Ahead Health and Safety policies and local protocols are always adhered to, to ensure the safety of the customers, colleagues, visitors, contractors and premises including responding to maintenance, fire and health and safety issues.
* The ability to follow Infection Control guidelines and use initiatives to manage it. For example, following a thorough cleaning rota and completing all relevant checks such as living standards checks.
* Deliver all aspects of support to enable customers to develop independent living skills as appropriate to the individual needs of the customer. This may include practical tasks, delivering personal care (if required), including but not limited to prompting and or supporting with personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication management and personal finances support as required.

Individual Giving Fundraiser

RABI supports farming people across England, Wales and NI with expert, one-to-one practical, financial and emotional help, all year round. From confidential advice and mental health support to direct financial assistance, their tailored services respond to the unique challenges of farming life.

Over the past 25 years alone, RABI has delivered almost £250 Million in direct financial support to the farming community, whilst the charity’s professional counselling service has provided 11,500 free sessions to farming people since 2022. Summary and key purpose

This new role will be primarily responsible for developing, marketing and managing our individual giving together with working across other fundraising disciplines. You will be a key member of our fundraising team, producing compelling fundraising communications, stewarding individual donors, including regular donors and gifts in memory. You will ensure that our donors receive excellent care.

Our Individual Giving programme will incorporate one-off donations, regular giving, digital fundraising, appeals and in-memory giving. You will do this, with the support of our recently appointed fundraising agency, who you will manage our relationship with week by week.

A critical element of the role will be how we market ourselves to potential new donors, taking them on an emotional engagement journey in order to solicit regular gifts.

Your expertise and skills:

To excel in this role, you will need prior experience of working in a fundraising setting, with an understanding of good stewardship practices. You should be a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, working across teams and meeting multiple deadlines. Your excellent relationship management skills will enable you to effectively communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders and gather information on new projects. You must have a thorough understanding of individual giving, developing donor journeys and experience of work with agencies.

Key responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of the regular giving programme, project managing appeals and overseeing the thanking process for individual donors.
• Create, plan, deliver and evaluate multi-channel, compliant, insight-led, supporter-centric campaigns to engage and drive action from new and existing supporters.
• Manage our newly appointed fundraising agency, and in doing so, help deliver an ambitious appeal programme and income target.
• Review and develop operational plans for individual giving (including regular giving, in memory, digital fundraising and appeals) working to achieve agreed targets.
• Communicate and document key performance indicators across individual giving appeals. Ensuring you provide commentary to accompany results reporting, drawing on insights and the wider picture to add context and make recommendations from your learnings.
• Work with the fundraising agency and RABI communications team to produce and edit appropriate collateral.
• Devise and deliver supporter communications, including stewardship activity, welcome journey content and appeal communications.
• Help ensure that we comply with legal and compliance requirements including industry best practice, GDPR/PECR regulations and the CIOF code of Fundraising Practice.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships and liaison with other members of RABI staff.
• Take part and contribute to team meetings.

• Previous direct marketing or transferrable experience. This should include project managing or assisting a project manager to plan and deliver activity and evaluate results
• Planning, delivering and managing individual giving programmes.
• Delivering donor recruitment and retention projects from initiation to completion.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets from unrestricted donations.
• Presenting confidently to a variety of audiences.
• Building relationships and maximising engagement with donors and supporters
• Able to create and tailor engaging and emotive copy for a range of different channels.
• Empathy with the goals and objectives of RABI.
• A positive and creative approach to work, with the ability to multitask.

The Finance Officer will work within the Finance Department to provide essential day today financial processing, support and advice. The post-holder will be a key member of the team in keeping accurate and up to date records of the organisations financial activities on both the accounting system & associated files.

You’ll be based at the Wildlife Trust’s Head Office at Centre of the Earth, 42 Norman Street, Birmingham, B18 7EP, with some work at our EcoPark site in Small Heath and occasional travel across the region and nationally. 

Key Responsibilities

• Creation and maintenance of processes and systems to ensure the smooth running of the finance function including adding new suppliers and customers to the system
• To be responsible for keeping up to date and accurate records of financial transactions on Excel and the accounting system
• To raise and issue sales invoices, follow up outstanding invoices and resolve any issues.
• To liaise with suppliers and creditors to maintain relationships as part of cash flow management.
• To check and reconcile purchase invoices ready for payment, to investigate and resolve any issues.
• To be responsible for the petty cash system in line with the organisations Financial Procedures.

• To complete regular bank, Petty cash and credit card reconciliations.
