We are looking for a Legacy & In Memory Fundraiser who will be responsible for growing long-term income through legacy and in memory giving. This role leads on legacy marketing campaigns and manages the organisation’s in memory programme, including the flagship Heart of Oak Memory Tree project. The role also has oversight of legacy administration, working in partnership with our external agency Legacy Links to ensure high standards of supporter care, governance, and reporting

RNRMC is the Navy’s principal charity which exists to support every sailor, marine and their families, for life. We do this by offering grants to and working with, other organisations to deliver programmes that meet the needs of our beneficiaries. Experience and Background
You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Legacy Fundraising or a similar fundraising role, with experience with experience in planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns, particularly those aimed at growing legacy and in memory income streams. A solid understanding of legacy fundraising principles, supporter journeys, and the sensitivities involved in discussing gifts in wills and bereavement-related giving is also important. Candidates should be confident managing projects end-to-end, from creative development through to evaluation, and comfortable collaborating with external agencies to ensure high-quality outputs.
In addition, the role requires excellent relationship-management skills, as it involves working closely with donors, families, colleagues, and partners such as Legacy Links to ensure compassionate and consistent supporter care. Strong organisational abilities are key for overseeing legacy administration, maintaining accurate reporting, and ensuring compliance with governance standards. Familiarity with CRM systems, data analysis, and reporting tools will support effective monitoring of income and campaign performance. A background in charity communications or stewardship, coupled with empathy, tact, and attention to detail, will ensure the fundraiser can successfully manage initiatives such as the Heart of Oak Memory Tree and continue to grow the organisation’s in memory programme.

Hours of Work
Hours of work are 35 hours per week, 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday.

Salary
The annual salary range for the post is between £29,000 up to £33,000 per annum, depending upon experience.

About The Role

Duties and Responsibilities
Campaigns
- Coordinate the delivery of the Get the Nation Learning campaign. This means: working with L&W’s head of lifelong learning to produce a comprehensive project plan; monitoring progress across team members to ensure work is delivered to time; undertaking all administrative elements of campaign delivery; managing the nominations and selection process for the Get the Nation Learning Awards; monitoring the budget; and working with the head of lifelong learning to manage relationships with sponsors, stakeholders and suppliers.
- Supporting the delivery of regional adult learning awards, including coordinating nominations and selection processes; undertaking all administrative tasks; and working with L&W’s external affairs manager to manage relationships with clients and award winners.
Events
- Supporting the delivery of L&W’s in-person and online events, including our annual Employment and Skills Convention and Get the Nation Learning Awards ceremony. This involves undertaking administrative tasks such as managing registrations, liaison with speakers and delegates, supporting delivery of events on the day, and working with the external affairs manager to manage relationships with sponsors and suppliers.
Other duties
- Support the external affairs team with communications tasks, for example website updates, drafting and preparing marketing emails and social media posts, distributing press releases etc.

The Purpose of the role is to lead in the day to day operational management of Vincentian Care Plus (VCP) through effective leadership and delivery of high quality care within the framework of Care Quality Commission’s Fundamental Standards of Care.
The Registered Manager will be accountable and will be working closely with the Chief Executive Officer to encompass the management of all services within the organisation’s policies and procedures.
To provide high quality homecare services that support the rights of the individual to live the lives they choose as far as they are able, and deliver the service as per the contract requirements of Westminster City Council.
To lead and promote VCP’s philosophy, values, aims and approach in providing high quality homecare services.
To efficiently manage the day to day running of the business, allocating resources and monitoring performance to deliver high quality homecare services within the agreed budget.
To manage all aspects of the staff team and provide sound leadership to ensure staff are clear about their respective duties and responsibilities and have the support they need to carry out their roles safely.
Manage the Safety and Quality of the Organisation

This fundraiser will work closely with senior academics in the Humanities Division. You will help our solicitors to maintain an active caseload, enabling our clients to enforce their housing rights. You will need a good understanding of litigation work, be able to carry out legal research and provide a good standard of professional service and client care. You will have excellent communication skills, both in writing/drafting and face-to-face along with proficiency using case management systems and time recording, as well as the ability to manage your time and workload. If you have housing law experience and Legal Aid/ CCMS this would be an advantage. Working closely with other teams in Shelter Services, we take referrals from them including certified litigation work, controlled work and Housing Possession Court Duty Schemes.
Shelter Merseyside Hub has been providing housing advice and support services to local people for over 20 years, helping those facing bad housing and homelessness. - Experience overseeing complex high-value fundraising applications and partnerships across a broad funder base, such as trusts and foundations, corporate sponsors, major donors and public-facing campaigns.

Then join Shelter Scotland as a Senior Housing Rights Worker and you could soon be playing a vital role in helping to identify and resolve the homelessness and bad housing issues facing local communities
About the role
You’ll be responsible for delivering high quality housing advice, advocacy and casework to clients in community settings and remotely in line with local pressing issues and managing others in this. You will develop relationships within the sector to gather evidence and insights into the impact of the housing emergency and using those insights to drive systems change. You will lead on the development and delivery of a programme of capacity building, ensuring other organisations have the skills to act on housing rights. Influencing a range of stakeholders and decision makers across the housing sector will be important too.
You will act as a leader within the project and the wider Communities Team to help deliver and evidence our strategy at an operational level. We will count on you to line manage, supervise, coach and mentor a housing rights worker.
Role specifics
To succeed, you’ll need to have experience of working with, and influencing, a range of internal and external stakeholders and enjoy collaborating with people from other teams and organisations. You’ll also need great time management skills, an enthusiasm for delivering workshops and presentations and a willingness to challenge practice and hold people to account. You’ll have a flair for leading and motivating others. Adept at engaging with individuals and communities, you enjoy gathering evidence and identifying insights, issues and trends. What’s more, you present information and arguments in a clear and compelling way and have excellent problem-solving skills.

Our three Communities Teams are responsible for identifying, investigating and intervening in housing and homelessness practice issues. We engage with our local communities to understand the issues people are facing and apply expert housing knowledge, insight and analysis to identify solutions to them. As well as providing advice and advocacy for individuals, we also use our insight, relationships and influence to drive systemic change, always ensuring that Lived Experience is at the heart of everything we do.
