We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join the Executive department of Samaritan’s Purse International (SPI) and the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA), supporting the Executive Director (ED) and wider Senior Management Team (SMT). The role is part time (21 hours per week) and based from our head office in Coventry.

The post holder will need to have meticulous attention to detail, be highly organised and have excellent administrative skills. A key aspect of the role is building collaborative relationships internally and externally. Proven experience working at Executive Director level is essential.

Duties will include:

• Providing full administrative and secretarial service to the ED and SMT
• Providing administrative support to the Board members of SP and BGEA
• Building of relationships both internally and externally
• Manage and maintain electronic diary accurately, liaise with the ED and SMT to input and manage appointments
• Undertake general administrative duties as requested by the ED and SMT
• Organise meetings/conferences/special events, provide agendas/directions to attendees. This to include all ED meetings and SMT strategic and tactical meetings.
• Organise travel for ED and SMT
• Organise visits by international visitors, including schedules of appointments
• Attend meetings, take notes/minutes to circulate to attendees in an accurate and timely fashion
• Daily use of Microsoft packages
• Assist the SMT with administrative tasks to aid in the efficient running of the team
• Attend SMT meetings and provide agendas, papers and notes

We are recruiting for a Service Delivery Assistant based in our Reading centre to lead on the smooth running of our service, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients, volunteers and visitors. This is a newly created administrative role to increase capacity in Londonwide LMCs, the membership organisation representing approximately 7,000 NHS General Practitioners in over 1,100 practice teams in London, providing pan-London leadership and shared committee services for its members. Hounslow is an innovative young person's service. The service is spread over 6 sites in Hounslow and supports a broad range of service users including Looked After Children, Care Leavers, Teenage Parents as well as other young people being referred in for multiple support needs.

The service works closely with statutory services to provide wrap around support for each customer within the service. Support is provided by a large and skilled workforce with specialist roles including a therapist and mediation worker, as well as an enhanced frontline staff team of 16 day support workers and night support workers, an apprentice, peer mentors and night concierge across a number of sites.

This service support those with medium to high/complex needs to achieve the very best outcomes including tenancy sustainment, ETE, learning and enhancing life skills, managing mental health and emotional wellbeing and a successful move on from the service with greater independence, confidence and resilience.

The post holder will be fully involved in all aspects of the day to day management of the service, including line managing the relevant front line staff. You will lead and develop the skills of the team and will work closely with the contract manager to ensure that the service delivers on all targets.

• Provide comprehensive executive support to the Directors, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.

Programme delivery:

The Role:

As a PR & Communications Assistant, you will collaborate closely with Media Managers and Communications Officers to monitor and evaluate media coverage, maintain filing systems, manage relationships with media monitoring companies, and handle media enquiries with professionalism and efficiency. This role offers a unique blend of administrative responsibilities and opportunities to support the production of press releases, website content, and internal communications.

Main responsibilities:

We’re looking for someone to support our exectutive office. You'll be someone who is able to provide a high level of professional support to the Chief Executive in the effective management of their calendar, correspondence, as well as committee support of the Board of Trustees and it's subcommittees. This role is also responsible for accreditations and managing ad-hoc projects.

Key Information

• Salary: Grade 2.1 - £27,500 raising to Grade 2.2 - £29,592 after 3 months successful probation (pro-rata if part-time)

Essential Criteria

• Ability to read and write fluently to an exemplary standard in English
• Ability to read and write at a basic conversational level in Welsh
• Good general education i.e. A-levels, including English and Welsh to at least to GSCE or equivalent
• Awareness of the 1994 Education Act (Part II)
• Previous experience of providing high level administrative support to senior staff as well as diary management
• Previous experience of servicing multiple committees
• Demonstratable expert knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Teams

• Be committed to social inclusion, diversity, and equity

Desirable Criteria

• Knowledge of, and experience in delivering, the statutory requirements of Companies House and/or the Charity Commission

• Experience of submitting evidence for and projecting managing accreditations
